Eve recoiled and cowered into the wall as she saw images of her twin naked with another woman, over and over again. She sank into herself, her chest aching. Gabriel had gotten angry at her for seeing the things he had been keeping to himself. She had known her brother had loved her...but not truly. Eve saw now that her brother not only loved her, he wanted to be with her forever. In a way that would be wrong for a normal sibling pair.

Eve also knew, as she held very still in the corner, that there was a large part of her that loved him just as much. A part of her soul that was tied to her twin forever in a manner that should have been wrong. But she knew she would never be able to give Gabriel the satisfaction that he deserved in a mate. She couldn't even bring herself to look at her naked body. How would she ever be able to give anyone, especially Gabriel, who had seen almost every shameful thing that had been done to her, what he deserved. A true mate that would give him her entire self, body included.

The sorrow of the entire situation was impossible for eve, and she felt herself shaking with the effort to stay in her human cage. "I know you didn't mean to hurt me Gabriel. But why are you alpologizing? It should be me saying sorry." She turned her face up to him. All of his sorrow was reflected in her eyes. "Oh god Gabriel I am. I'm so sorry that I can never be what you want me to be. I can never give you everything you deserve."

If only all of thier past could disappear. If only her father hadn't been a sick bastard intent on using his children as a show of power. Things may have been different for them then. Now they were both so fucked up. Would Eve ever be able to have a normal life? No, she knew she wouldn't. She was too far gone on her path to hell, and she was afraid that now she was brining her beloved twin down with her. "I'm sorry that dad did this to me Gabriel. you don't deserve this!"

Gabriel's body trembled as Eve fell silent. The beast within him was begging to get out. To run from this pain, this agony that never stopped. Gabriel smirked as he knew the only escape would be to go out and find a female. Have her rip the flesh from his body as he used her and picture Eve the entire time. This routine developed long ago but it had become a need. A release for his self hatred. Gabriel loathed himself because of his feelings, because he didn't kill their father sooner, because Eve would never be his.

As Eve spoke Gabriel spun suddenly, the trembeling growing untill his teeth rattled together. "Never think that about yourself Eve. Who gives a fuck though? Really? I've never been anything but a show of power and that's still all I am. You were used as a fuck toy. So? I killed them Eve, I ripped their hearts from their chests." Gabriel snarled as he spoke. "You're safe! You need to find a mate Eve! You need to be happy! I can't do any more! I..."Gabriel let out an animal scream as his eyes flashed.

Gabriel's body was shaking so bad his feet were sliding. Energy was making the air thick and hard to breathe. "I'm sorry EVe....I'm sorry I can't help you anymore. I'm sorry you can't be with me. I'm sorry I was so....weak." Gabriel roared again as his body trembled even harder. "I love you forever Eve." With another screech Gabriel's body literally exploded. A massive leopard screached in pain before bolting for the door.

The thick iron groaned as the massive animal ripped through it, claws and some teeth left behind. Gabriel's heavy body was a blurr. He wasn't sure how far he could run at this speed but didn't care. His legs could fall off and he wouldn't give a shit. As he ran Gabriel knew all this was fucked up and he hated himself more. Never before had he ever felt this amount of hatred, not for Alora, Not for any other opponents,........not even for their father. Gabriel screamed another time as he bolted for the city. He needed a heavy dose of pain, maybe he'd die this time, maybe not. He didn't give a fuck.

Eve stayed in her position in the corner for a very long time. She sat, shaking and alone, curled in on herself, the words of her twin echoing in her ears. She knew in her heart that a part of what he said was true. Those men...they were dead. She knew Gabriel had killed them all, to keep her safe...because he loved her. But she remembered it all so well. And a voice was always in her mind, asking her 'what is there are more of them in the world?' Eve didn't want to be in a position for that to happen ever again.

but finding a mate? No...Eve didn't want a mate. She didn't want anyone that had the chance to somehow hurt her again. That was why she always stayerd so close to Gabriel. Because she knew for a fact her would never hurt her. Why did he want her to be with someone? She didn't understand! Gabriel had always been the strong one to her. The one that could save her from everything bad. What would she do without him?

Her body shook harder, and tears that she hadn't known were coming started to fall. "I love you too Gabriel. Forever. I wish there was some way for us to be happy." She knew that the only way Gabriel would be happy was to be with her. But she also knew that he wuld never let that happen. Somehow she could sense it. He wanted her to be normal.

As her body continued to shake, eve gave in to the pawer of her own beast. The transformation was painful, filled with the pain of her heartache. Once she stood on four legs with her fur shining black in the light, she fought against her instincts to follow her twin's scent. He would want to be alone now. She only hoped that he would come back to her. It was on that train of thought that she herself ran out into the night, determined to prove soething to herself. She needed to know that she had some semblance of strength left over. Maybe enough to save herself for once, or even enough to save her brother too. She could see now, finally, that he needed just as much rescuing as she did.
