Currently unable to do much else, I'm going to whinge...
Less than a week into my stay here at university, and I have contracted some dreadful bug or other. I doubt it's really flu, as the name might suggest, but simply a hell-be-damned bad cold. I'm sitting in my bed at the moment, wearing the thickest clothes I possess and with the heater on, while everyone else complains of the heat, and shivering like it's January in Scotland. Not to mention a complete loss of balance (which sucks when I live on the third floor... woo...) and a hacking cough that disrupts even quite noisy gatherings. The vaguest hint of exertion sends me dizzy and being outside too long is hell. Big smegging woo. If I ever catch the girl, or indeed boy, who gave me this virus/bacterium, I shall visit torment upon them indeed. I have missed far too much because of this, and we've matriculation photos tomorrow... I look like a ghost at the moment. Perfect timing, I dinnae think. And I can't go have a shower because it'll make me hell-be-cursed cold and then I'll be shivering even worse. Complete BLEH!
