I would dress people in incongruously silly clothing, and put them into funny and compromising positions, then take pictures, then unfreeze time and laugh. I would also possibly wander into the Houses of Parliament and sit where I'm not allowed. Just because.

Scream. For a very long time. Possibly scream some more. Then, after another bout of screaming, try to figure what the hell drugs I'd had to give me a) this freaked out dream or b) the freaked out dream that was my life in the UK. Then scream some more until someone knocked me out. *nods*.
