Physical Age: Somewhere in his 30s
Species: Were-Wolf
Sire: N/A He’s a pureblood
Religious Affiliation: None
Wealth: A lot more than the average citizen
Job: VariesDear Diary;;
Specialties:
1. More powerful when Angry
2. A bit more tolerant to silver, but not completely resistant
3. Speed
Summary:
When Sal gets angry, he gets more powerful. The more anger, the more power, and it’s all because of the adrenaline and blood pumping through his veins. His angriest stage is when he loses control of himself and starts to kill anyone that gets in his way. This power thing though doesn’t occur with all lycans, and he’s not sure why he’s one of the ones where it does occur. Not that he’s trying to get rid of it, he likes this little ability he has, and he hopes that it’ll stay with him.
Silver wise, he was born a bit more resistant to it than some of the others are. He can pick up a silver bullet or an actual piece of silverware, and it won’t burn him all that bad. To him, it’ll only feel warm, not hot. If he holds it for too long though, then his hand will start to get red, just the same way as a person’s would after touching a hot stove or getting a sun burn. It also doesn’t cause him as much pain if a silver bullet or blade enters his body, but this doesn’t mean he’s completely resistant. Get him with two or three bullets, and then you might get a reaction from him. It’ll also kill him if silver pierces his heart or brain.
Being a lycan, Sal is extremely fast and can easily catch any human who tries to run from him. He can also keep up just as well with any other lycans or vampires. Even since a young age, Sal was much faster than any human being.
Weakness:
1. Has a “darker” side that he tries to keep hidden
2. Trust
3. The smell of vampire
Summary:
Sal can be what some call a “good guy”, but he has a much darker side that he tries to keep hidden. Most often, it’s triggered by anger, or when a full moon is out or near. The main thing at fault for this is the fact that he’s a werewolf, though his past has some effect as well. Whenever this side shows, he’s aggressive towards anyone and anything that gets in his way, even innocents. His wolf basically controls him, but he remains in human form. It doesn’t happen too often, but in order for it to wear off, he has to take some time to himself and calm down.
Sal’s other weakness is trust issues. Since he was wronged so many times in his past, he’s learned to trust very few…he doesn’t even trust himself at times. He believes that if you trust someone, you’re basically exposing yourself to them. They can take advantages of your weaknesses, and use your trust as a weapon. So with that in play, Sal is a hard person to befriend.
One weakness he has is very odd, but it doesn’t affect him all too much. The smell of vampire. If one is too close to him, he begins to feel nauseous, and if he stays around long enough, he’ll eventually get sick until the smell goes away. When he gets sick, he’ll become light headed and may even vomit in more severe situations. To keep this issue down to a minimum, he’s learned to control the way he breathes, thus making the scent minimal.Human Appearance;;
Hair: Darker brown, almost black, but kept extremely short
Eyes: Brown, yellow when about to shift
Height: 6’2
Marks: Has a scar across the left side of his chest from when he was younger and attacked by an older vampire.
Race: Caucasian
Skin Tone: Medium
Body Type: Athletic
Clothing Style: Varies
Footwear: Varies
Summary:
Sal has darker brown hair, that if seen in darker areas, some may say looks almost black. He keeps it very short and never lets it get even the slightest bit longer. He also has the start of a beard, but that’s kept short as well, so it’s nothing too much. His eyes are just about the same color of his hair, and they turn to a golden yellow when his beast has control of him, or when he’s about to shift. To keep up with his battles and what not, Sal keeps in shape, and it helps with martial arts as well. He’s muscled, though not too bulky and not too thin.Wolf Appearance;;
Eye Color: Yellow
Fur Color: Black, but shines pretty well in the light
Fur Length: Medium¬
Fur Texture: Smooth
Size: 8’5
Marks: NonePersonality;;
Likes:
1. A good chase
2. Hunting
3. Cause pain to those who deserve it
Dislikes:
1. People who prey on the innocent
2. Someone who constantly runs their mouth
3. Vampires
Flaws:
1. This “darker side” causes him to become violent to everyone
2. Often looks at everyone as his enemy
3. Sometimes won’t accept help when he needs it
Summary:
Sal hates people who prey on the innocent, and he’ll kill anyone who does so. His only exception to that is other werewolves. He doesn’t know why, but he just can’t kill one of his own kind, he holds them close to his heart. That being said, he loves to kill people who deserve it. Rapists, muggers, child predators…etc. They all deserve death in his opinions, so he makes them his target.
He also doesn’t like people who constantly run their mouth, whether it be complaints, or bragging about powers. If he starts to think someone’s running their mouth, he’ll shut them out, and may just voice his opinion on the annoyance. As said, he’s a straight forward person, so if a person gets too far on his nerves, he’ll actually tell them to shut up.
Sal’s biggest flaw is what he calls his “darker side”, mainly controlled by his wolf. If he gets too angry, his eyes will shift to a golden yellow and he’ll lose all control. Then he’ll go after anyone and everyone, and kill those who try to get in his way. It doesn’t happen all too often, and he tries to keep under wraps.
Then there’s what’s happened in his past, and it has caused him to look at most people in society as his enemy. If he doesn’t know you, you’re an enemy. Not enemy as in hating and must kill, but enemy as in he doesn’t trust you and won’t talk to most.
Sal can seem nice, but he’s got a lot of things hidden. He’s usually always sarcastic about things, and if he’s not careful, he can offend someone without meaning to. That being said, Sal likes to help people, especially those who have a lower advantage, such as innocent humans and lycans. Yet when he helps, he doesn’t like people thanking him or offering to pay him back. He keeps his emotions to himself, save for anger, and can be a quiet person at times. When he gets down to business though, he’s always been the kind who wants to get things done directly. For example, he’ll only want direct answers from somebody, not some kind of smart mouth answer. This has also made him a bit of a perfectionist. To him, if a job isn’t completely done, it isn’t done at all. However, he may over do things while hunting or anything related. He really only has to kill, but he’ll often do more than just that. He’ll make sure someone’s dead, then make sure again. (Making sure is only his excuse though. Really, he’s only doing it for fun) Under all this though, there’s times when he’ll think about his father and the life he had in the past. It’ll get him “depressed”, though he doesn’t show it, and it’s very hard to see it in him. He uses all the other aspects of his personality to cover it up.Background Check;;

History:
Born in Dover, England, Sal was living a normal childhood with both of his parents…for awhile at least. They both greatly cared for him, and taught him right from wrong. From what he could see, there wasn’t a single thing wrong, but he didn’t know they were keeping something from him. His father had been diagnosed with depression, and sometimes he’d get depressed over nothing. One day, he lost his job and one of his closest friends had died. As time progressed, the depression got worse, and Sal’s father took his own life with a silver bullet to the head. His mother was forced to raise him on her own and stress began to get to her as well. As a result, she turned to drugs and alcohol.
Like most would expect, she became addicted to them, finding them as the only relief to her chaotic life. Yet she had a bit of common sense, and she knew none of this was good for Sal. So she gave him up for adoption, and he was eventually put into a foster home. His foster parents didn’t seem to care all that much for him, they just got him what he needed and that was it. No toys, no friends to hang out with, none of that. Then after living with them for three years, they found out that he wasn’t human. It was because of this that they gave him up as well, and he had to live out in the streets for quite some time. While in the streets, he was often tormented by vampires and hunters, and even victimized by violence. (As a teen that is) Still, he managed to fend for himself and he fought off anyone who bothered him. Later on, he was moved into yet another foster home. These “parents” had been a bit nicer than his previous fosters, but they still weren’t doing as much as they could.
But after he kept sneaking out on full moons, his parents caught on and he was forced to tell them what he was. They refused to believe it, and after noticing that he was serious about it, they reported it, and he was put into a mental institute in another country. Upon arriving, they did various tests, including a blood sample to check for any diseases. What they saw stunned them. Sal did in fact have the traces of both a human being, and a wolf. Not wanting to create chaos, the main person who looked at the blood kept the fact to himself, not even telling their fellow coworkers. He lied at first, but soon realized that others would find out sooner or later. So he confessed, and they monitored Sal just to be on the safe side. When that time of the month came around, he became more aggressive during the days leading up to the full moon. Again wanting to be safe, they isolated him on that night and put him in a room with a heavy steel door. Everyone working there truly believed all his claims of being a werewolf as a hoax, but when they heard snarls and commotion coming from the room he was in, they went to investigate. Upon looking into the small window, they saw this massive, wolf like beast…and he was pissed.
Being young back then, Sal didn’t have much strength to try to break free from the room, so he had to spend the entire night in there and into the morning. When he woke up, the workers immediately restrained him, not wanting that beast to show itself again. After days of Sal staying calm and non aggressive, they moved him back to his original room where he stayed until the next month. Now as procedure, the institution moved Sal into the isolated room just before the full moon, and after his chaotic night, he’d go back to his normal room. They went back and forth with this for years, and kept it all under wraps. The only ones who knew were the workers, not the other patients, not the police, and not even a small portion of other workers. Sal had to live this life until his adult years, and by the age of 30, he stopped looking any older.
One night though, everything changed. It wasn’t even the night of a full moon, so Sal was in a standard room. One of the security guards came in, carrying a tray of his dinner. Yet, he violated terms and began to taunt Sal. He’d never seen this wolf for himself, and therefore, didn’t believe the things some people said. The verbal abuse turned to physical, and the guard got him to the ground and kicked him a few times. With it all getting under his skin, Sal’s anger built up, and he felt something deep inside of him. His eyes shifted to a golden yellow, and he grabbed the guard by the throat. The bones in his body shifted to new positions, and in only moments, Sal had become the very beast inside of him. Right off the bat, he slashed and bit at the guard, tearing out chunks of skin until he was near death. When the right time came along, he finally made the kill and tore the man’s head from his body. Then he fed for a bit before deciding to unleash his anger on others. Once finished, the beast repeatedly slammed into the door, trying to break it open. It only took a few attempts, and soon, the door gave way and Sal was free.
For the next hour or so, he wrecked havoc in the institution, killing anyone who tried to stop him. Everyone, including guards, lab workers, and even other patients fell victim to his attacks. Two hours after his initial break out, he was the only one left still alive. There were bodies, limbs and blood scattered throughout the building, and once he was satisfied, Sal made his escape into the free world. When he awoke the next morning, he was in an alley of an abandoned area, and he was covered in blood. His clothes torn, he got to his feet and tried his best to remember what had just happened. It was all so vague, but he could pick up on bits of pieces of the incident. It didn’t take long at all for him to realize that he had murdered everyone in the institution, and to try and get away from it all, he moved back to England and stayed there for about ten years. Later, he got into trouble there as well, and he had to go to the United States.
Now he had to start a new life here and he began by getting a job. When he made enough money, he relocated from an apartment, to his own home. Yet as time passed along, he saw all the violence in the city, especially the constant battles between lycans, hunters, and vampires. He’d never seen this while he was in the institution, so he began to think out ways he could help. First off, he wanted to kill those who preyed upon the innocent. He had been a victim of that in the past, both from that one guard, and while living out on the streets. Secondly, he wanted to help his kind, and he would do so by killing anyone who hunted them. In his opinion, werewolves would be the only ones who would truly understand what he had been through, so he keeps them close to his heart. From there on, he dedicated his life to this, and he still holds strong with it. The number of people he’d taken out for said duties is now countless, but it’s well past a couple hundred.
Then as he lived his first month in the United States, the day of a full moon came. The sun went down, and he could see the moon making its appearance. As time went by, he prepared himself for the shift he’s had to live with for his entire life. As usual, he tried his best to resist as he felt the change, and to his surprise, the resistance worked. He still shifted, but it wasen't as hard for him to take back control should he have to. Yet, he wasn’t completely out of the woods. He would still shift involuntarily if he got angry, and sometimes it’d happen at random. This part he is still trying to learn about, and he hopes that one day, he can overcome it and fully control every aspect of his shifting.
