here comes the rain again falling
drenched in my pain again becoming who we are as my
Xitlalli wondered if he realized she didn’t want to have sex with him. . . ? Or really at all. He spoke to her as if it was something she was really missing out on even though she honestly didn’t think she missing anything at all! It was getting increasingly more apparent that she had really made him miffed, and she stepped back mentally from the conversation, knowing it was only a matter of time before he just left.
Like everyone always left.
It was their choice, though, like it was his. It mattered not to the Aztec vampire whether or not someone remained to have a conversation with her. If they couldn’t handle being given the blunt, uncensored truth then they shouldn’t be having a conversation with her.
“It was a pleasure meeting you, Mr. Volkova. Please have a safe trip home,” she bade, sounding quite sincere in her farewell as she watched the man shift from his wolf form effortlessly into his wolf form, fleetingly thinking that perhaps all vampires and werewolves had a little bit of the gods in them. If she had been born with the power to shapeshift into an animal, would she have been treated the same way? Or would she have been treated like a monster?
Sighing, Ali looked around. Alone again. Used to the feeling, it didn’t bother much at all and she just turned and headed back toward civilization, following in Urjasz’ loping steps. “We’ll meet again much sooner than you think,” she muttered to herself. In the next few hours she would be on a plane to Europe, then from there headed to New York to keep her eye on one particular hired hand. Her. . . special abilities would prove useful against him and the rising threat of a vampire running rampant in the city doing whatever she saw fit.
It was quite a walk to the city, though. . . it was a good thing Ali preferred walking over any other kind of transportation or she might have been miserable. Or asked Urjasz for a ride. . . . Of course that might have upset him further.

my memory rests bust never forgets what i've lost
well hey there! this wonderful thread is tagged for the magnificent Urjasz! Them and Xitlalli are hanging out in a Russian forest and having a grand old time going their separate ways. My post also happens to be 359 words in length! Like this template? Well I'm the one who coded it! Don't steal it! Oh wait, one more thing; Well guess that's the end of the thread then!
