In her semi-walking, Reli heard a familiar voice from her side. She looked up a beat after the woman from the bar asked her the obvious, but merely gave a toothy grin in reply. The woman wasn't looking at her anyway - she seemed to be scanning the road for something or someone. Drawing out the words, the woman announced that she was 'off'. Reli didn't care much - she was used to running solo - but she couldn't help but give a snicker and ask, "In case the vampires are already out?" Typically, she couldn't manage to use the word werewolf in such a teasing manner. She lifted her face to the sky and searched around for either the moon or any clouds. A sudden cold breeze sobered her just a little and Reli commented, "Creatures of the night - maybe you're too late."
She started humming a tune under her breath as she continued to semi-walk down the path, occasionally glancing at her once-drinking-buddy. Curiosity was nagging at her clouded mind. Whispy questions of why the woman would mention werewolves or vampires at all. Mentally, Reli scolded herself, she could almost hear her Uncle snapping at her to get home and away from the potential threat. Beacuse anyone who knows something is a potential threat. She snorted at the thought. If everyone who knew anything was a threat then she'd never meat people who would believe what she was, would she? Her twisty stumble reflected her self-induced confusion.
((I am back. I will try and be regular, and soz for such a delay.))

“I’m late. I’m late.” Isi responded to the fact that the creatures of the night were already out. She hiccupped when she spoke and black coffee spilled from the edges of the cup onto her skirt and onto the ground. “Ouch.” Isi muttered as she licked her hand that had been dosed by the exceedingly hot liquid. She couldn’t stomach any more of the black liquid then the amount she had already swallowed so she threw it into the gutter of the street. She had almost missed. Isi bent down to look at her skirt and ruffled it with her hands.
Slowly and drunkenly which was really hard to do as they were walking, Isi grabbed both of her arms and put them around Reli’s neck as if she needed support walking, but she just wanted to whisper a few things into her ear. “Me and you!” Isi slurred, “we gots to look ‘out for one another ‘cuzzz they’re out there. They’re fuckinnnnnng out dere. They’re fuckinnnnnnng out dere!” A normal human might not know what Isi was talking about, drunk off her ass. But even any vampire, werewolf or other would think twice about the words of this drunken human. Isi did seem sort of paranoid. “Safety numbers. Numbers safety.” Isi was trying to say that there were safety in numbers and when she tried to repeat herself she said it in the wrong order. She was d-r-u-n-k!
ooc - Good to see you back again!

(( )) Reli grinned at the woman's words and her held-back-laugh turned into a snort the coffee cup spilt. She heard to land somewhere, but couldn't be bother looking where exactly. She was still watching the sky. Stupid blinding moon. Then she felt arms around her neck. Reli twisted her neck away to get a glimpse of the woman leaning on her - she didn't feel like she was grabbing on for the balance so she turned her ear back to the woman. In her ear came the slur that they had to stick together, that 'they' where out there. And, of course, sticking together gave them safety in numbers. Reli gave a toothy grin at that and mumbled (her tongue thick with vodka for the moment); "Safe inna pack. Even jush pack a' two - Uncle says... Oncle says... Like a game! Shimon...mn..." She trailed off, unable to remember her point or if there had been a point at all. Reli flung an arm around her companion's shoulders and told her (after recovering from a small trip) "We'll be right - we'll be fine-dandy, we will." The thought still nagged the back of Reli's mind; why is this woman so paranoid about supernaturals? But Reli was used to ignoring little things like that. Even though she kept being told that her inattentivness would get her killed one day. She shrugged at her own thoughts, half-walking almost to the end of the first intersection since the club.

Isi was immediately comforted by the drunken words of her companion. Together they were safe as two drunken women could be while walking. After all, who wanted to drink the blood of two very intoxicated women? It would certainly give any vampire or werewolf a drunken haze, one in which they did not need. Though some supernatural’s did indeed go for the drunk they seemed to always want the man with the beer belly. In a way they were trying to play God and weed out undesirables. But though no one wanted to drink the blood of two very intoxicated women there were still many who would like to do something with two very intoxicated women.
It was not long before Isi and her companion heard the familiar catcalls. ‘Hey baby let me buy you a drink’ and, ‘Want to come home with me ladies?’ It was after all on intersections where the women who sold themselves hung out. More so they were girls, not really women at all. “Get losssssssssst!” Isi slurred her voice sounding more drunk then threatening. Was the man a twin or was Isi’s vision just poorly blurred? Anyhow, she could still fight. Or at least she hoped so. “W’rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrre we’re a paaaack!” Isi mentally added on, ‘stupid motherfucker’. She always swore in her mind, saying things she would not normally say out loud.

Typical - why was it that in any species you found the males were always drooling after the females? Some survival instinct, maybe? To keep the race going? Silly reynards- we are not for you. A fair number of shouts followed the two women who stumbled along. Reli staggered as she turned to see which man her companion was now yelling at. With the long words 'we're a pack' Reli gave a bark of laughter to punctuate the fact. She could hold her liquor as well as the next Russian - but she may have overestimated herself tonight. Barriers were falling down and it's either her fault or they're doing it all their own. "Grrr..." she warned the man. That seemed a safe enough sound - it was all human vocal chords. "Mess wiv a pack an' you'd be sorfy you did." Vodka still warmed the bottom of her throat.
But - despite the two girls scary warnings - the man came closer. Did he think they were so off their faces that he stood a chance? Are we so off our faces that he does stand a chance? Reli sneered at his approach. "Go 'way, stupid man. Go." She raised one of her hands and made shooing motions in his general direction. She found her night's companion and it sounded like the girl next to her didn't want extra companionship (not this kind, anyway) tonight either.

Isi couldn’t help but laugh at her drunken companions comments. ‘Go away stupid man’ sounded like they were at least lovers. “Whut you want?” Isi asked the man as he was the only one of the males who was catcalling who dared to move forwards. The alcohol lurched inside her stomach and mixed with the coffee. Though coffee wasn’t always the key to sobering up. She would most likely sober up tomorrow, but not now. Though what she did need was maybe a bit of food (if she could manage to hold it down) and sleep. However if that man got her then she wouldn’t get food, nor would she most likely get any sleep. It was reasonable to assume that she would get a shallow grave. Both of them.
“Go away! Come clozer and I’ll kill you!” It was comical that Isi was threatening this man’s life. He looked to her right hand and then her left. Empty and no weapon. He then looked at both of Reli’s hands and found them to also be weapon free. ‘Are you girls going to beat me to death with your purses?’ the man laughed. Isi looked at Reli and she couldn’t help but join in on the man’s laughter. Of course Isi had weapons in her purse. She was too drunk to accurately fire her gun, she knew that. Besides, there were a lot of witnesses. Young women selling themselves, the occasional car driving by looking for a cutie pie. But that wouldn’t stop Isi from knifing the guy and then kicking him in his balls. The plan seemed to make perfect sense in her mind. She should just knife him a few blocks away. “Should we run?” Isi asked Reli.

Her companion's words didn't trouble her - perhaps they would if she could think straighter. But maybe not. Reli just added her bit by poking out her tongue while the other girl talked. Then the man looked at them, at their hands. She didn't know why until his next line came. Oh! Weapons, right. No claws in this neighbourhood. For a moment all three of them were laughing - sharing a joke in the supposedly defenseless girls. Reli didn't know about her buddy, but she certainly was not defenseless. But once she started would she stop? Her Uncle warned her about how strict human morals tend to be. If she was caught in this lit corner then she would quickly fall out of her depth. A few other men seemed to be cheering him on - or were they jeering? They seemed to be encouraging him even more towards them in some manner. This intersection felt to enclosed, all of a sudden. She wanted out of there.
Which is why Reli took the suggestion to run so well. She gave a toothy grin before practically shouting "Yes! Run run run!" before dodging out around the people congregating and running past the intersection. It wasn't like she was running at top speed, but the cold air did nip at her face and her hair was blown back from her forehead. She let out a short laugh and kept running.

Isi let out short burts of laughter which sounded much like, ‘hehehe’. She was running in heels and was right behind her companion. “Wait fo meee!” Isi yelled. She didn’t want to be left behind. She stopped, looked over her left shoulder and saw that the man was right behind them giving chase. “He’s afta us! – Hehehehe.” Isi laughed as she picked up the pace and continue to run. “Eeek!” Isi screamed. She could feel eyes on her back and casual glances. It was a shame that humanity didn’t give a damn two help two obviously drunken defenseless women.
“Hehehehe.” Isi replied under her breath as she slid her purse from her side. She felt the handle of her gun but looked for her blade. She unsheathed it in a handmade sheath. It was nine inches long and a hunting knife. But it was perfect for carving through flesh. It was a total back up weapon to be used if Isi ran out of bullets from her two guns and was desperate. This knife hadn’t seen flesh for months! And now it was about to get some use. Isi pulled the knife from her purse and hugged it to her stomach. The guy was going to get a surprise when she turned around. “Hehehehe. Let’s go in this alley!?!?” Isi asked hoping Reli had the same idea.
[[Alright. See you soon. Hehehehe.]]

Sorry for leaving an unfinished thread. But it's been swell fun, Isi.
Maybe I'll see you around.
