Luna stood across the street staring at the building with blacked out windows and heavy bass trembling its walls. She did a quick glamour to make herself appear older so she wouldn't be carded but she doubted the bouncer even cared about such a thing. She could feel each humans presence mixing in with the predatory vampires that were also looking for an easy kill.
She crossed the street and went inside, her glamour dissolved as she passed through clouds of smoke that filled the small hallway that led to the floor. Strobe lights flashed in different colors all around the room and people were crowded on the floor moving to the beat.
She moved against the wall and watched very carefully to find the right prey. There were several junkies on the couches, a couple of loners, and a few people who were doped up on anti-depressants. She grabbed one of the guys on anti-depressants and pulled him out of the side door that led into an alley. He had short blonde hair and blue eyes; he was wearing a thick leather jacket but the collar didn't cover his neck completely. She pulled him closer and he kissed her neck while her fangs slid out of her gums and her eyes turned a deep blood red. He barely saw the glint of light of her white teeth as she bit deeply into his jugular.
His blood was smooth and warm as it ran over her tongue; it was perfectly sweet and tangy, it made her want more and more. But soon his went limp and she could feel his heart beat slow dramatically. She forced herself to pull back and retracted her fangs from his lifeless body. His body was heavy and left a trail of blood where she dragged him over to the dumpster and dropped him in.
Luna leaned against the building and stared at the sky for a moment. It began to lightly drizzle and slowly progressed, soon the blood would be gone and all that would be left was the body. She ducked back inside the club and decided to down a few drinks and maybe dance for a while.

Drum and bass poured from the ubiquitous black speakers, splashing onto the dance floor, stirred by the writhing limbs of human, vampire and were-creature alike. And as they danced in their drunken daze, a single figure leant against the bar watching the flesh move this way and that; taunting him, tempting him. Maroon eyes scanned the lot of them, drinking in their scent, observing the smoothness of their flesh – they all looked appetising.
Passing his tongue over his top lip, the vampire lord pulled a platinum cigarette case from his pocket. Eyes fixed on the dancing creatures, he slipped one between his lips, hand snaking back down to return the case to its bed. Smirking, he snapped his fingers and cigarette crackled, orange embers kindling on the tip. His lungs filled with smoke, a rich taste hitting the back of his throat.
"You're going to have to put that out," said a voice from behind the bar. He ignored it, continuing to puff on the cigarette as he watched sweat rolling off bronzed skin, hitting the dance floor. "Look, you need to––"
"I don't need to do anything," interrupted the vampire, a Romanian accent accompanying his menacing tone. He turned slowly, pulling the cigarette away from his mouth, looking the bartender straight in the eye. Leaning forward on the bar, the vampire beckoned him forward and, in hushed tones, explained, "If anything, you need to pick up one of those bottle openers, go out into the alleyway and drive it through your own throat." He leaned back, “Understand?"
The bartender nodded. Picking up a bottle opener, he discreetly exited the club, the vampire lord watching him as he went. Smiling, he turned back to watch the throng of dancers, continuing to smoke.
After a few minutes, his attention turned to the girl next to him, silvery white hair, downing her drinks. But she wasn't human; she was a child of the night, a nosferatu, a vampire. He laughed to himself and patched a telepathic link with her, "Drink all you want, vampire, you won't hide the smell of blood from me." Finishing his cigarette, he let it fall to the floor.

The bartender poured her another shot of vodka and left the bottle when some vampire lit a cigarette next to her. She waved away the harsh smoke that had lilted over to her and turned so she could see who was blowing it her way. He was busy manipulating the bartender into letting him smoke so she gave him a once over. He dressed elegantly but maliciousness was implied by the way he looked at others; she could feel power emanating from him so she guessed he was an older vampire. Her train of thought was disrupted when the bartender picked up a bottle opener and began towards the alley she had just left a lifeless body.
She felt him create a small link that connected their minds but only for conversation. It's not you i'm hiding it from. she picked up the last shot the bartender had poured and lifted it in front of her lips but couldn't drink it.
Of course she couldn't just have fed for the fun of it; the purpose was just to prepare for the text she was now receiving. She flipped her phone open and studied the picture of the vampire that she had to collect before sunrise. The text also told her he was going to be entering the club in five minutes so she had time to kill.
"Was killing him necessary?" Luna asked the vampire next to her with an arched eyebrow. She wasn't one for killing anything except when it was beneficial but that was because of her being brought up as a witch. But she couldn't deny that she didn't like the feeling of draining a human either.

The vampire lord pulled the platinum cigarette case back out, popping open the lid and fishing out another perfectly preserved cigarette. Pushing it between his lips, he snapped his fingers again once the case was back in his pocket, watching as the end of the cigarette burst into flame. He sucked on it lightly, filling his chest with smoke before releasing it back out into the club.
The scum, curs and maggots continued to writhe in the same pit, rubbing themselves against one another in a constant cycle of carnality. It drove him mad to see such pointless sacks of flesh, bobbing around to the music that droned on and on at them. He wouldn't be surprised if he snapped at some point and set them all on fire, bringing down the club with them. Such pointless lives they lead, they all begged to be put out of their misery, to find an end to their miserable little existence.
Xavier turned his head a little, but keeping his eyes on the crowd for a few moments longer. "You should be hiding it from me," he said telepathically, turning his head, along with his eyes, to look directly at her. "I'm absolutely mad for the stuff." He grinned, pulling the cigarette away from his mouth, sending another wave of smoke to hit the woman. As he looked her over, he wondered if she'd willingly sacrifice a limb for him to eat, to keep him happy.
Snorting with laughter, the vampire lord turned his head away from the woman, focusing his maroon eyes upon the dancing bodies once again. "Killing is always necessary," he retorted. "You should know that better than anybody, vampire." Bringing the cigarette back up to his mouth, Lord Xavier took another long drag, getting the full flavour of the tobacco, before once again dispelling the smoke out over the club, silently imagining the smell of everybody's flesh roasting slowly.

Luna glanced at the door every few moments, growing impatient, just to make sure he hadn't arrived earlier than expected. She hated wasting her time in clubs that weren't good for anything except picking up an easy meal and that she had already done. She wanted more, always did, but didn't want to loose her target just because she couldn't control her blood lust.
He had lit another cigarette and deliberately blew a cloud of smoke towards her. She clenched her jaw and stared at the ember at the end of the shrinking shaft of tobacco willing it to suffocate. The orange light crackled before disappearing leaving one last wisp of smoke that rose to the ceiling slowly.
"Unfortunately." She took one more glance towards the door before adding, "And I prefer Luna than vampire." She checked her phone and he must have already entered the club but couldn't see him among the crowd. Quickly she typed a reply to the first message before slipping the phone back into her pocket. "What do you prefer?" she asked as she turned around on the bar stool and leaned back setting her elbows on the counter. Her grey eyes scanned the crowd until she spotted him with a girl on the dance floor. After a minute he began leading her towards the alley.

Lord Xavier continued to smoke, occasionally observing the woman turning her attention to the door; it was clear she was expecting somebody, but it wasn't clear why she was waiting for them. Perhaps she was waiting for somebody to dance with or perhaps she was looking for her second meal of the evening. As he turned his attention once again back to the crowd, puffing slowly on his cigarette, he mulled over the idea of killing her, cooking her flesh and drinking her blood.
A second later, he took a drag from his cigarette and wrinkled his nose in distaste. He despised the taste of an extinguished cigarette, cheap and bitter. Pulling it away from his mouth, running his tongue over his teeth, he said dryly, "So, you can control fire as well, vampire?" Pushing it back between his lips, lighting it without snapping his fingers, the vampire lord sent several plumes of smoke around the two of them. "But if you extinguish my cigarette one more time, I'll tear your fucking head off," he explained calmly, grinning darkly.
She revealed her name to be Luna, and he continued to grin – he had come across and killed many lycanthropes who went by that name, but she would be the first vampire. Her tapping away on a mobile phone caught his eye, although he was too late to make out what she had written. "Expecting company are you?" He took another drag and, through another great plume of smoke, he revealed his true name, "I am known as Lord Xavier."
Following her line of sight, the vampire lord's eyes fell on a male vampire in the writhing mass of dancing bodies. "You're going to kill him, are you?" Xavier's eyes watched as he slipped out of the club with a human female. Maybe he would let her kill the vampire and he would take the human female for himself, he was starting to feel rather peckish. "I think it's time for a snack, don't you?"

Xavier was studying her with a menace behind his eyes, like he was imagining fifty different ways to kill her as painfully as possible. It wasn't as if she was going to let him but he was strong enough that he could get close.
She laughed a little on the inside when he asked if she could also control fire. "No, my power is a little...weaker than that. That was just something i learned when i was human." She wished sometimes she could do everything she had learned but only fragments remained after she was changed. Things were never the same after that night and small spells were easier to do sometimes than the more complex ones but it really depended on her. "You can have both of them, i just need something from the male first."
She slipped off the bar stool and headed for the side door that lead into the alley, she could already smell the tangy sweet scent of blood in the air. She found him drinking deeply from the girls neck against the alley's wall. Carefully she pulled out the knife she kept on the inside of her jacket pocket before she ripped him away from his prey. His back slammed against the clubs wall and his teeth were still red when he bared them at her.
She jammed the knife in between his left rib cage but stopped her hand before the knife pierced his heart. His eyes narrowed but he didn't make a move against her. She slipped her hand inside his jacket and checked his pockets until her fingertips brushed against a cool small surface. The talisman wasn't very large but it was complicated. It was a bronze circle that was filled with triangles at different angles and many different demon symbols that spelled out a name. She couldn't read it but that didn't matter to her as she slipped it into the inside pocket of her jacket.
The male vampire grabbed her wrist and twisted it to the side so he could kick her into the alley wall. He pulled out the dagger but kept it in his hand, turning it smoothly between his fingertips. She narrowed her eyes and they turned a silky crimson color as she slowly stood up. He threw the knife at her heart but she caught the handle and used the momentum to spin it around so it dug into his shoulder. She was a blur as she moved towards him until she could grab his neck lifting him slightly off the ground. Her eight fangs protruded from her pink gums and she ripped his throat out. He fell to the ground writhing in pain as his throat slowly healed. "You can do the honors."

Maroon eyes following the snowy-haired vampiress as she slipped silently out of the club, the vampire lord continued to rest against the bar for a few minutes, smoking his cigarette casually, having all the time in the world. He wouldn't get himself into too much of a mess just yet, letting the female vampire sort out the competition, the low-class vampire that had snaked its way out of the throng of writhing humans. But it wasn't long before the smell of human blood managed to trail back through the darkened, throbbing room and reach his nostrils, signalling that he had lost out on his snack – but his mind worked quickly, deciding whether or not he would instead sink his teeth into the vampiress's flesh instead.
Grinning, he let his cigarette drop from his hand, crushing it under his heel as he walked away from the bar. The dancing forms were oblivious to his movements as he swam between them all, not a single body crashing into his immaculate black suit, not a single foot crushing his highly polished black shoes. Darkness was his realm and he moved through it as a king rightly should, complete mastery and not a shred of tolerance for anyone who dared cross him. Before his hand turned the handle, the smell of fresh vampiric blood swamped his senses; he had lost out on another snack. He would definitely have to kill the female vampire now.
Stepping out into the refreshingly cool evening, Lord Xavier looked around at the carnage as the club door swung closed behind him. The pretty, little human was dead and gone, and the male vampire writhed on the floor as Luna sank her teeth into his porcelain throat. Watching in silence as the freshly torn flesh hung between her numerous fangs, she had put him off the idea of feasting on the boy's flesh now that she had tainted it with her own teeth.
Listening to her invitation to finish the fledgling off, Xavier watched as his flesh and skin slowly knitting back together again, white orbs rolling as he strained to escape from the alleyway. Whipping one of his oversized pistols out, Jekyll, the vampire lord walked slowly towards the wriggling maggot. His dark laughter drowning out the boy's garbled screams, terrified by the sight of the infamous and demonic vampire – pupils shrinking to pinpoints at the sight of the raised barrel of Jekyll. There was no time for goodbyes; the only sound that was emitted was the firing of one round: blessed silver bullet spiralling into pallid flesh, the mercury-core exploding a second later.
Weapon still trained on the now fully deceased vampire boy, Lord Xavier studied the arms which were now several feet away, legs joined by the remnants of an exploded torso, head nowhere to be seen. "Beautiful," Xavier muttered through his trademark grin. "Only in death can you be beautiful." He paused only to laugh. "Speaking of which..." The vampire lord's arm twisted so that his right hand rested on his right shoulder, gun expertly trained on the white-haired vampiress, index finger squeezing the trigger. With his supernatural precision, the bullet was trained to tear off her left leg.

The vampires blood was revolting as it dripped down her tongue and she spit the blood and flesh from her mouth. Xavier pulled out an interesting gun and aimed it at the vampires head, he looked terrified which made her think there was another reason other than his arrogance to why he called himself Lord. Her head turned away as he pulled the trigger, the sounds of his flesh hitting the pavement followed. When she turned back all that was left was his legs and arms; Xavier's' laugh was hollow and he was already lifting his arm aiming for her leg. She barely had time to raise her arm with her hand facing his direction.
She struggled to hold the bullet in mid-air, she felt the small wave of energy flow from her hand towards the bullet and it responded by exploding into a cloud of blue light. Her hand fell to her side quickly and her other went to her nose where a fresh line of blood was slowly making its way over her upper lip. "That wasn't very nice." her fingers felt around her lower back for the hilt of a silver dagger she kept wrapped in a piece of dark blue cloth on the inside of the back of her jacket. Carefully she grabbed the led hilt and started exploring her options of how to disarm him. Unfortunately for her he had her cornered at gun-point at the end of the alley.
She expanded her chest with a deep breathe even though she no longer was required to breathe every few seconds, she used it to focus in on her target. As quickly as possible she sent the dagger flying through the air towards Xavier, it curved and the hilt sent the gun into the alley wall while the blade sliced across his palm leaving a decent gash. The flesh sizzled and darkened from the silver but Xavier barely even noticed, or acted like he didn't feel it. He was definitely older than her and that made her reach for her other dagger, it may not have been silver but she could still do quite some damage regardless of the strength difference. She stood still, turning the dagger slowly in her hand, waiting to see what he would do next.

The vampire lord turned slowly around to face the woman, watching his bullet tear through the air, scrabbling towards her leg to tear it from her torso. It would make a decent snack, and if she was particularly fortunate, he would leave her alone after he'd eaten; sacrifice your leg to live? Would she do it?
He continued to grin, razor sharp teeth glinting in the moonlight as a flash of scarlet crossed his maroon eyes, refocusing his attention to the extraordinary blue light that emitted from where his bullet had been travelling. She had destroyed it, the little bitch had actually managed to stop his bullet mid-air and... well, vaporise it. Oh this was good, he thought to himself, a decent opponent among the throng of pretenders, she would make decent sport before he killed her.
Laughing hysterically, cackling at the moon like a madman, he watched as she threw one of her little knives at him, unable to feel as it tore through his flesh and causing him to release Jekyll. The oversized pistol dropping to the ground with a resounding thud, impossible to weild by most mortals and many inexperienced immortals. He didn't wait for his hand to heal itself, although he could feel the energy coursing down his arm to regenerate the ruined flesh.
But his left hand was already moving inside his black jacket, seconds later withdrawing the twin pistol, Hyde, which was designed to tear whole chunks out of fully grown lycanthropes - this was the more powerful of the two. He had designed and created it himself to deal with larger and/or more aggressive opponents that you're bog-standard Jekyll couldn't quite cope with.
"Come on!" he shouted at Luna, "Do something else! Your little knives bore me!" Laughing maniacally, he squeezed the trigger and kept squeezing it, following a fast beat, pumping out round after round. Lord Xavier watched as the bullets sprayed in her direction, some burying themselves in the ground, exploding rock and concrete into the air, great plumes of disorientating dust, but most of the bullets were aimed to rip the vampiress to shreds.
As he came to the end of his assault, he mulled over the idea (if there was anything left of her) of feasting on the remaining flesh. This was to be done in the hope of soaking up her magical abilities and keep them as his own, as he had done with his ancestor and the ability to generate and wield fire.
As he squeezed the last explosive blessed silver round at the girl, he reached down slowly to seize Jekyll in his now fully healed hand, the skin singed a little from the traces of silver in the dagger. Xavier snatched up his pistol, rising back up to his full height of seven feet, waiting patiently for the dust to settle before he unloaded the remainder of Jekyll's bullets.
Grinning and waiting, he wondered if she would unleash a volley of assault to match his, do one of her little magic tricks to cause him to explode or dissolve or... something, something interesting in the very least. Either way, he would always come back one way or another and tear off her head with his bare hands, toying with her soon-to-be mangled spine.

Her eyes were fully white as the dust began to settle and she walked towards Xavier holding his bullets in mid-air. She had never been able to access this much power before nor had her eyes ever been any different color than red. Anger flowed through her, something she had always had a hard time controlling but it never was linked with a power surge like this one. It seemed like it took over but she didn't care, she just wanted that arogant maniac's face in the pavement.
The bullets simoultaneaously turned towards him, "Do you really want something interesting?" she let the bullets go but he was expecting her to use her power again and dogded every single one. She could feel where he was moving and brought down a lightning bolt at the right time sending him to the ground. Afew wisps of smoke blew off of him but she knew that was no where near enough to kill him or even knock him unconcience. He rolled over and another bullet rang out of his guns barrell; the bullet just grazed her cheeck and took a good sized chunk out of the clubs wall.
Her cheek healed quickly but a thin scar would remain there from the silver bullet. She raised her left hand and pushed as hard as she was able sending another wave of energy causeing his guns to vaporize in the same blue light she had used earlier. "Let's have a fair fight, powers only." her voice barely sounded her own and she tried to pull back but she knew one day this would happen. Her sire had made her bind herself from her full potential because he was afraid of her extra powers and the binding must have begun to fade. It had nearly consumed her once before but her sire had bled her enough that she was to weak to be of any danger to him and replaced the binding. After that she had always repeated the spell but this time it slipped out of place earlier than expected. She could already feel herself getting slightly weaker as the seconds slowly went buy, hopefully Xavier was better with fire than he was with guns.

With Hyde still aimed at the vampiress, waiting patiently for the dust cloud to settle and disperse, waiting to see the whites of her eyes before he unleashed Jekyll's remaining bullets. Rather than seeing Luna ripped to pieces and strewn across the alleyway, the vampire lord extended his grin when he saw the heavyweight bullets suspended in mid-air by the girl's mysterious powers.
Quite, quite delightful! She was surprising him at every turn, and it was becoming clear that she wasn't your average fledgling but she still stank of cheap blood, impurities flowing through her aged veins, she had once been a human and that made her inferior to him. The pure bloods would always outclass the impure vampires, that had always been the way, it would remain like that to the end.
She twisted his bullets around in mid-air and sent them in his direction. He mulled over whether or not to allow them to kill him and on this occasion he decided death was not becoming. He could toy with her and regenerate himself but he wouldn't give the little bitch the satisfaction. Without moving a muscle and without mental strain, he melted the bullets mid-flight through the use of his ability to generate and govern fire. The silver liquid spilled onto the ground and formed reflective puddles of the toxic stuff. Lord Xavier would shrug off everything she threw at him, teach the little vampire some respect and humility.
Since she had realised she couldn't kill him with his own weaponry, he chuckled as he saw dark clouds building directly above them, the crackle and sparkle of lightning accompanied by heavy thundering tones. He slipped Jekyll and Hyde back into their individual straps under his armpits. As the lightning came rocketing down, refusing to move from his spot, the vampire extended his left hand into the air, a fountain of tremendous fire exploding forth and swallowing up the lightning.
Smoke trailing from his hand, the vampire looked back at Luna, still grinning maliciously, "You're really going to have to do much better than that." Whipping out Jekyll, he unloaded the remaining bullets, watching as she dodged most except for one that just managed to graze her cheek. "You're not as fast you think, vampire." But in the next instance he watched on as his pistol dissolved in his hand, the fine grains of metal floating off in the air. To be fair, this caused him to frown; annoyed about the amount of time it would take to make a replica of Jekyll. She was really going to get it in the neck now.
"Fair fight," he laughed, spitting the sentence at her. "I could just stand here and beat you at every turn. This was never going to be and never will be a fair fight."
Unbuttoning the front of his black blazer, the vampire lord rolled his shoulders and flexed his fingers. Raising his arms like a conjuror, a flash of white light blinded the alleyway, replaced by a crackling and dancing red glow. If one were to look up, one would see walls of fire lining the roofs of the surrounding buildings; every exit was filled with similar walls of fire, arching over like great suspended waves. They hung there, spitting like giant snakes.
Lord Xavier grinned at the white-haired and eyed vampire, "It's been fun, vampire. But now you really have to die." The Vampire Master lowered both arms quickly and with force, the waves of fire released from their suspension and coming crashing down into the alleyway, tearing through the alleyway.
Each wave's target was the girl and just for good measure, as one of the waves tore past Xavier, untouched by the flames, the vampire spread both palms and shot great fountains of flame in the girl's direction. Civilians could be heard screaming as the fire melted the club door and swept inside, burning everything and everyone to ash. A cascade of fire to baptise the impure, he thought. Perfect.

Screams filled her ears and her attention was torn away from Xavier to see his fire was going to burnthe club down along with everyone inside. It was as if someone whispered it in her ear and she knew how to deflect it. The words passed her lip softly but their power was strong enough to bring the fire specifiley to herself. She could handle the burns, pain was something she had learned to deal with but guilt never left her even after she was turned. It was her curse to live a life of remorse and even when she fed she tried to make it as peaceful as possible. A vampire with a conscious is not a very fearsome creature.
The flames were licking at her flesh, searing it down to the bone painful enough that her knees buckled underneath her. The only reason she wasn't charred completely was because her healing process was so quick, but that also made the fire even more painful because her nerve endings kept repairing themselves. He could me here as long as he wants. her thought actually put a little fear into her. She was fighting a vampire that was older and by far more powerful, the few spells she had done was all she really had. The weather wouldn't work for her either because of the pain she was enduring; she hated being so weak, her sire used that to his advantage when he punished her and that drove her to be stronger always.
All there was was flame, they surrounded her and engulfed her almost entirely. They wrapped around her legs and torso but left her face open possibly so he could see the agony she was experiencing. Everytime she tried to push the flames off of her skin the energy just fell apart, she couldn't hold it together but she couldn't even draw enough to her to do any good. It was utterly hopeless for to try anything and she felt what she thought a human would feel when she fed. A strength that could not be overpowered or weakend no matter what you did if it gave you that chance. Now she was getting weaker and his flames were burning through all her flesh and past her bone. Her body was motionless, her eyes locked upwards, and she just laid there with a nuetral expression. She wasn't about to give him any more satisfaction as he slowly killed her even though it was difficult she tried to not show the white hot searing pain that she was in.
Her eyes were grey now and she would never know where her random power surge had come from but at least it would never happen again. The pentacle she had always worn around her neck was cool even though flames ran over it repeatedly, it would never be anything other than cool to the touch. It will still remain after she was gone, it had lasted through many fires before this but now it hung around her neck and not in a shops window. She wanted to hold onto it but her arms were burned enough that their feeling was begining to fade away like the rest of her body.

As he baptised the alleyway in fire, he couldn't help but pick up on her primitive mumblings, weaving his hellfire back out of the club and towards her own person. He wrinkled his nose in disgust. If there was one thing he despised more than mercy it was self-sacrifice. She was a vampire with a strong conscience and it turned his stomach over and over. She was an abomination, a wasteful existence, not worth her own salt; he was doing the world a service by disintegrating this vampiress. Sacrificing the life of a vampire over a handful of dull-eyed humans, ridiculous and disgusting, no vampire should value the life of a human.
Watching as she swamped herself in his flames, glaring down his nose with flickering maroon eyes, he knew with each second he was drawing closer to wiping the little vampiress off the face of the earth. He relinquished the jets of fire shooting from his palms, although the waves still washed and soaked her body, crippling her flesh and burning it back down as it kept trying to repair itself. It was a truly beautiful sight to the ancient vampire, who took daily pleasure in the misfortune of others, particularly when it was he that was causing their misery.
He could feel the pain oozing from her body as she was barbecued alive, it brought such tremendous satisfaction and pleasure that his enormous grin could be seen glistening between the great towers of fire. He watched with delight as she bathed in his fire, washing over her simple form, a potentially great vampire-opponent that had fallen under the might of the Master of Romania. As he watched her hang on the precipice between life and death, he couldn't help but wonder if his plan to eat her and consume her powers would work. It had worked with his ancestor but he wasn't convinced it would work this time.
Mind ticking away at an incredible rate, Lord Xavier now considered ending this torture, this charade and making a deal with the vampiress. Spare her life on the condition she shared her powers with him; while control over the weather was beyond him, his energy could only govern flame, just maybe he could pick up some of her incantations. Continuing to grin, the vampire master walked casually through the ubiquitous fire, parting around his form as he stepped towards the vampiress, standing over her at the great height of seven feet.
"Your fate is to perish by my hand," Xavier explained, looking down as Luna slowly roasted, a long pig roasted on the flames of hell. "But it doesn't have to be tonight." With the fire still swamping the alleyway, the vampire lord eased them off the vampiress, looking over her charred form. "Try and hide your pain all you want, vampire. I can feel it as intensely as you can feel my flames." Crouching down next to her, he continued, "It's time to make your deal with the devil, Luna. Teach me your little magic tricks and I'll let you live... for now."
The terrible grin stamped on his face, all he could do now was wait for her to acknowledge his offer. If she agreed, he would carry her wreck of a body back to his castle in Romania, holding her hostage till he was satisfied with what she had taught him. Then she would run, run, run away as he chased her from his lands, threatening to crucify her to one of the many silver crosses littering the land in front of his castle. If she disagreed, he would crouch there and watch as she was wiped clean from the world. Which fate would she choose?

Her mind felt heavy and she feared she would black out and be finished off right away. He didn't give her much of a choice but she still mulled it over for a few minutes. Her hands were over her chest gripping the necklace that had no string to hold it around her neck anymore, she hadn't even noticed that her hands had moved. Her arm was stripped of its flesh and all she could see was white bone with black streaks where the fire touched it. She squinted her eyes to focus on his face which was grinning devilishly down at her, flashes of his aura came into the image but she dismissed it. It couldn't have been what she thought it was. No aura is pure black.
She closed her eyes and nodded after trying to use her voice which was to mutilated to make the slightest sound. She hated thinking about what was to come but assumed it would be a lot like when she followed her sire. He wasn't much different from Xavier except he never had an extra ability, only a twisted blood lust. She'd find a way out eventually, preferably before he acquired the need to spread her blood across wherever he wanted to take her.
Her vision began to darken around the edges and the heaviness grew until she began to slip away. Her hearing went first taking the humans screams away then her thoughts ceased and her vision blacked out completely.
