Are you stuck on powers or strengths? Well this is the place to look. Any acceptable power will be on the "Able" list while those not allowed will be on the "Not Able" list. If you think of some interesting power then please send a PM to "admin" and the admins will look it over.
And of course if you see a power with a little * in front of it, that means it must be applied for and your bio must be excellent, above the regular bio standards. You will have to post the bio in the Application Board, that means a group of staff members will look over the bio and review it promptly. It must be accepted by the majority of staff and meet the qualifications of *this* thread. Not everyone gets accepted, sorry.
DEMONS*, ANGELS*, NECROMANCERS* need to be applied for.
Remember, using powers diminishes your strength. Remember, no one likes a power player or god modder! With that said, look onwards.

Able
- Telepath - Talk to another vampire or weak minded human through their mind.
- Telepathy - The ability to read minds of weak people
- Pheromone Control - The ability to seem irresistible
- Super agility/speed/senses/healing
- *Pyrokinesis - The ability to control fire
- *Aerokinesis - The ability to control wind
- *Terrakinesis - The ability to control earth
- *Hydrokinesis - The ability to control water
- *Illusions - The ability to cast illusions
- Defy Gravity - Walking on walls, up a tree, etc....
Not Able
- No sun
- No flying
- No sensing hunters
- Telekinesis - That is an ability only for humans
- No turning to mist
- No controlling animals
- No turning into an animal
- No silver, it burns
- No holy water, that also burns
- Not able to trade a "soul" for demon favors

Were's
Able
- Transformation - When the moon is full or not full (weaker weres transform with the moon) into a larger form than human self and hurts less with older weres
- Telepath - The ability to communicate with other were's when transformed
- Super senses beyond vampires
- Super Healing/strength/speed
- Darkness - The ability to see as well in the dark as the light
- Body Transformation - The ability to turn specific body parts into that of a claw, ex. hand to claw
- Bone Sculpture - The ability to change around your bones so that you look like someone else, must be over 100 years old
- *Rip - The ability to rip / force the change of a were from younger were's (must be the same type were) either coxing their were out or ripping it out painfully; this means that an Alpha Were-Wolf can force a younger Were-Wolf to change into their Wolf form against their will, it can hurt or it can come naturally (not a cure!)
- *Cutsom Power - Please PM an admin to make sure power is acceptable.
- Call of the Wild - The ability to call and ask for help from other were's; ex a pack of regular wolves
- *Psionic manipulation- The ability to control weather, such as moving clouds, or calling upon thunderstorms
- Turn - turn humans into a were through different means
- Control - To have full control over your actions when in were form
Not Able
- No using telepathy to contact vampires, humans or hunters
- No sensing hunters
- No silver, it burns
- No half transformation, they are painful
- No transforming to were form when the moon is not full and you are a pup (new were)
- Not able to father / mother children with a vampire

Necromancer's*
Able
- Raise the dead (controllable zombies)
Not Able
- Bring a person back to true life, though they are raised, they are still dead, no matter how much they may look like a normal human
- Live longer than a normal human lifespan
*Please follow the chart of raising dead bodies, depending on your post count you'll be able to raise bodies that are rotten to human like. The age of the body you're raising matters greatly, not the age when they died, but the age of their death. Ex: Age twenty-five, been dead twelve days, you'd need 621 posts +.
0 – power surge; shall raise any body despite any age due to build up of once long ago power, bodies look human (one time only thing!)
49 – shall raise any body that has been dead for three days or less, bodies look like rotten flesh
99 – shall raise any body that has been dead for two weeks or less, bodies look like rotten flesh
150 – shall raise any body that has been dead for four weeks or less, bodies look like rotten flesh
299 – shall raise any body that has been dead for two months , bodies look like rotten flesh
350 – shall raise any body that has been dead for three months, bodies look human
499 – shall raise any body that has been dead for five months, bodies look human
850 – ability to raise a new cemetery where bodies are dead less than twenty years of age, bodies look semi-human but still have rotting flesh and mismatched parts
899 – ability to raise any body that has been dead for three hundred years or less, bodies look like rotting flesh
1,000 – ability to raise any body that has been dead for five hundred years or less, bodies look like rotting flesh
1, 500 – ability to raise any body that has been dead for five hundred years or less, bodies look human-like
2,000 – ability to raise any body that has been dead for six hundred years, maximum ten bodies
2,500 - ability to raise any body that has been dead for six hundred years, maximum twenty bodies
History - your ancestors should have necromancy which travels through your bloodline. On August 6th, 6 am, you should have realized you had the power to raise the dead. Your first body can be anything, a person of any age because of the power build up, but be sure to follow the posting chart for posts later onwards. Your character could google raising the dead and find necromancy, it should come as a surprise to most characters since the power was forgotten long, long ago! {Necromancers should be naturally fearful of demons by gut instinct! Demon's love to capture necromancers and enslave them!}

Demon's*
Able
- Block mind from everyone to prevent reading
- Use telekinesis (responsibly)
- Jump Leylines (to teleport and travel) or Use Electricity (to travel)
- Invoke protective circles
- Make bargains. Barter with humans and weres and werewolfs for a soul (vampires can not bargain with a soul). Example: A human makes a binding agreement with a demon, the demon will kill someone you want dead, and the demon will take 1/10th of your soul or 3/10th's of your soul (must specify how much of your soul or what you will give to the demon in return; the demon will most likely try to trick you for all of your soul, though you may barter in pieces). {{Once you have no soul you will linger between heaven and hell once you die and later you shall descend upon hell.}}
- Create acid via spray / touch (deadly)
- Replace body parts with other forms
- Psionic blast - Ability to overload another's mind causing pain, memory loss, lack of consciousness, vegetative state or death after having created a psionic link into that individual's mind.
- Shape shift to any type of animal, normal sizes only
- Shift from demon form into human-like form (try to keep demon form hidden from humans please)
- You are allowed an Imp, though only in the demon world. The Imp may not travel to the human world. Imps stand at around three feet in height, they can serve as messengers and spies.

Not Able
- Break through summoning circles / pass a circle / pass circle of salt
- Decline being summoned if true name is called
- Break through protective circle (of another person)
- Be in the human world during daylight hours
- Can not die (death only by another demon of greater power)
- Can not lie! You may dance around things, ignore things, not state the truth, but a lie may not pass your lips
- Raise dead
- Walk on holy grounds (such as entering a church)
- Enter a blessed home or grounds
- Listen to bible versus if the speaker is a true believer, else, won't work
- Unable to father children with anyone other than a demon
- Unable to take others as of current to demon realm
History - The portal to the human world via demon world has been opened on August 6th, 2009, 6 am. If you traveled to the human realm earlier then it must have been via summoning where said group or person or persons have known your true name. A demon never gives away their full name! Demons always have a very complicated name to prevent accidental summonings. Demons do not like being summoned to the whims of a human / vampire / were. If a demon gives a name, it is always a nickname, never a full name. That is very important! {Demon's love making necromancer's pets since they can not raise the dead and it is a very useful power!} Demon's also adhere and abide by a class system and respect fully Demon's born to higher ranking. Demon's should be original characters and not Demon's from legends. And no one should be allowed to use plot demon's as NPC characters or create them at this time.

Angel's*
Able
- Block mind to prevent reading.
- Can teleport over long distances by using incorporeal “wings” (their wings aren't physical, rather, they phase in and out of reality as a sort of high-speed flight), can also transport others.
- Can wield angelic flames (that don't obey the laws of normal flames – eg, they're not extinguished by water or fueled by wind).
- Manifest angelic flames into a weapon (that is only usable by angels).
- Can kill demons (must incinerate their body with angelic flames or smite with angelic weapon).
- Superhuman Strength, Agility, Speed, Endurance.
- Can lull non-demons into deep sleep through “angel song” (the angel's true voice), which is painful for demons to hear.
- To siege the demon realm with other angels to liberate sold souls.
- Can create a temporary “Twilight Zone” in which reality is bended to the angel's whim.
- To become human (by voluntarily tearing out their “Purity”, which is what essentially makes them an angel and is an extremely excruciating process)
Not Able
- Can not die unless by another Angel (If defeated by a demon, sent to heaven temporarily).
- Shapeshift
- Become demons by "falling" from grace. (None of that biblical nonsense, thank you.)
- Unable to move into a demon's protective barrier (without first breaking it down)
- Unable to intervene in the cosmic affairs of mortals unless explicitly ordered to by higher powers.
- Unable to resurrect the dead (strictly forbidden for the above rule).
- Unable to disobey an order from higher up without rebelling (meaning the can rebel, it's just a very bad idea.)
- Unable to take others as of current to heaven (without them first dying).
History
When the portal to the demon world was closed, the angelic army stilled their hand on the siege of the demon realm. While the practitioners of necromancy still existed and werewolves and vampires were still a new species, the angels were ordered to leave them be for they were to be humanity's problem and a test to their continued survival as a species. Pledged specifically to keep the demonic horde at bay the majority of angels withdrew while a few were left behind, stationed so as to monitor closely the progress of humanity. Occasionally, a demon would appear having been summoned by their true name and often an angel would appear to strike them down. The balance has always been served and the angels remain as agents, soldiers and messengers of heaven.
For more than a millennium they have often watched as incorporeal observers, when the portal to the demon world was opened for reasons unknown, the angels were alerted and many descended onto the earth. Beginning their secret war with the demons, they find it difficult to keep them at bay whilst trying to stay hidden from the rest of the world such that demons find it easier to walk on the earth's plane.
Notes
Despite popular media, angels aren't merciful or always kind. They are often times warriors and rarely altruistic whilst at the same time remaining almost fanatical and pure; few empathize with humans and often times the ones that do, rebel. The numbers of angels are finite and their numbers are difficult to replenish such that in the modern day, when one angel dies the group is hard pressed to receive a replacement.
Important! Angels usually have a name ending with "iah" or "el", unlike demons their names aren't long or overly complex although sometimes the name may include the name of the garrison to which they belong to and rarely even their rank.
While demons operate in a class system, angels operate in a hierarchy much like an army – usually in squads or in groups, from the lowest grunt to the higher orders. And, much like an army any disobedience is seen as rebellion and therefore as a heinous crime and over the course of their years since the sealing off of the demon realm angels have “fallen”... not becoming evil, but simply choosing not to obey. Often times, the rogue angel is hunted down or too powerful to be destroyed; those lower ones choose to hide themselves by removing their “Purity”and becoming human, often times impregnating a woman so that they may be born and be a “clean slate”, burying their memories and hiding their “Purity” elsewhere which usually gives rise to holy sites or miracles.
Angels see the world from a very different perspective; the death of a single human doesn't necessarily alter their cosmic fate as a species nor does it even influence the fate of that particular individual. Likewise, sometimes it is even acceptable for angels to wipe out entire towns although generally they avoid doing so – to an angel, a human death usually means very little so long as the soul is preserved. While it is possible for them to retrieve a soul by sieging hell it is rarely done.
Fallen or not, angels do not make it a habit to indulge others in the grand scheme of things; they don't speak of the creator (or creators), knowing that should they do it could lead to catastrophe.
Unless you are an angel or a demon, please don't have angels in your history!
