Saturday night in a japanese techno club. What a dream. A swaying sea of bodies, a thumping beat, the flashing lights, the smell of drifferent drinks. Scarlet was the only fairly tall and pale skinned one in this club and got quite a few glances. With her fresh new tattoos, her long crimson hair pulled back beautifully with chopsticks to reveal her graceful neck and shoulders, she looked stunning. Her marble skin glittered under the hot lights as she danced, sweat trickling down her chest and her boots being careful not to break anyones toes. A smile was on her face as her emerald eyes looked at the dj to watch him change the song. Every human form changed thier pace on cue, thier faces lighting up.

With So many people in a small place, it was terribly crowded and the smell of twenty different colonges and perfumes were suffocating. Finally, Scarlet slipped through the bodies and took a seat at the bar, ordering a drink. She thanked the bartender and sipped at the glass with a sigh. "Ahh... what a night." She leaned on the bar with her long legs crossed. Scarlet was alone tonight, Linx not being anywhere around and a certain someone didnt need her at the moment. This was her treat to herself of behaving and resisting the temptation to run off to Linx. What sort of shenanigans could she get into?

Suddenly the music stopped as a small japanese man stepped onto stage. "Everyone attention please! Attention! Everyone we have some news, the club has been sold!" Everyone in the crowd booed at the news and complained. [color=green to worry everyone! The club will remain open and the new owner, in celebration of his new purchase, has everything on the house tonight!"[/color] The crowd exploded with cheers as a new music started to play. (Through The Fire by Disturbed) "Now I'd like you all to welcome, Our new owner, Matt Shadows!" Everyone turned to the doors.

The doors opened and two very large lycanthropes pushed the doors open and growled causing the crowd to back up. Shadows stepped through between the two looking astounding. A million dollar suit clung to his body obviously made for him. Everything about him said money and power. Smirking he flashed Golden and emerald encrested caps over his "vampire-fangs" Walking through the crowd he jumped up onto stage, the two massive hulking body gaurds moving with him. SHadows smirked as he looked out over the crowd. "Thank you allfor being here tonight but sadly I have bad news. The clubs style is going to change. You're all creatures of the night the way it is.(The crowd cheered) So this club will be a haven for all of you ghouls, were -creatures, witchs, sirens,.....an....vampires.'' Shadows smirked as the crowd exploded and the lights went black for a few seconds. When they came back on the crowd let out a gasp. The entire interior had changed, it was now a vampire/freak night club causing everyone to explode and the techno turned darker somehow but came back on causing the dance floor to thrive once again.

Shadows pushed through the crowd easily. Random people thanked him, others reached out to touch him, while a few others backed away. Shadows flashed his brilliant smile through the crowd and tossed a few hundreds into them cauing screams. Hitting the bar Shadows ordered a row of shots and instantly started shooting him. Frustration and annoyance flowed from his body.

Scarlet let her eyes flick up, looking midly amused by the dj, her hand put the glass down slowly. Her ears almost tuned him out until she heard one word. 'Shadows' Scarlet gasped and jumped like hell, falling off of her stool. "SHADOWS?" Scarlet coughed on the mouthfull of drink that she had tried to swallow. Scarlet hopped up, her short skirt ruffled. She adjusted herself quickly and shoved through the crowd. Watching as his form graced the doorway, it brought about a dark and eerie feeling in her. As the lycans growled people stepped back, accept for Scarlet of course. Noticing she was supposed to move She hopped back, being slow. Scarlet was strangely happy he hadnt noticed her right off, her hair was a tad bit of a mess. When the lights turned off her eyes adjusted and then the light came back making her flinch. "Ow..." She grumbled.

Scarlet gasped at the new surroundings, her eyes wide and staring. Once again he had demonstraited the power he had. The music was back, much heavier with darker tones. She didnt mind it and just made her way to where he was knocking back shots. Scarlet slowly walked over to Shadows, her boots thumping. She hopped gracefully into a seat beside him. The tattoo he had asked for stood out marvelously on her chest against the marble skin. "Good evening Shadows..." She said gently, her eyes glancing off. "Something got you pissed off?" She asked, a slight grin on her face.

Shadows didn't seem to hear as he threw back six more shots. Finally he turned crimson eyes towards her and froze for a few seconds as they raked slowly over her body a few times. A smirk spread casually over his face as he spoke. "Why my little butterfly, don't you look quite ravishing this evening." Shadows smirked as one of his bands songs started playing, it was one of their first songs called "Unholy Confessions". Shadows stepped closer to her and traced his fingers over the tattoo slowly as his eyes moved over her boy yet again.

Shadows smiled and licked his lips. "I see you've gotten the tattoo in a very nice place and you look mazing. I told you that you could, fucking stupid females and their low self esteem." Shadows sighed and turned back to his liquor and lit a cigarette, holding one out to her he shrugged. "It's not like it'll kill you." Inhaling sharply he spoke with smoke billowing from his mouth. "Yes I'm pissed, I tried to buy a club in New York but it was bought out from under me so I had to by this shit hole, but it'll do for now I guess. WHat the fuck are you doing in Asia anyway?" Shadows asked as he narrowed his eyes. "That little fuck better not be here."

He hadnt noticed her at first, and that was alright. It was best not to pester him. When he did though, Scarlet raised an eyebrow at his expression, and grinned devilishly. At least he liked how she looked. Scarlet didnt particularly like the skirt, just because she wasnt one to wear them much. "Thank you Shadows. I only did what you asked." She giggled gently, tucking a stray peice of hair back behind her ear. Her eyes flicked out to the dance floor, the urge to start dancing to this song tingling throughout her body. Shadows was here though, and it was her job to stay beside him. She watched his face with soft eyes as his fingers touched the soft, cool skin of her chest.

Scarlet laughed gently. "Okay, well you're male. You like females so automattically your opinion of me is going to be better because i dont swing that way. I just see myself as another girl." Scarlet shrugged a little. When he turned back she almost left to dance, but restrained herself and took the cigarette. "Eh... i guess not..." She took it and then snatched his lighter, and lit it. She breathed in, the taste horrid but bareable. Scarlet pushed the smoke from her lungs, and made a face at the taste left over. "These arent ever as great as people say." Scarlet's sloping shoulders shrugged. Her eyes watched him mumble on about not being able to get a club in New York. "Ah, well sorry about that." Scarlet took another drag of the cigarette and shook her head. "Calm down. I told you i wouldnt see him unless i had permission. Asia is my second favorite place. When i get bored of where i live i come here. I honestly dont know where Linx is." Her eyes bore into Shadows so that he could see that she was telling the truth. "Besides... i dont know where he is... i intend to keep it that way. If i find out i'd have to leave to see him." Scarlet looked up at the ceiling and then back to Shadows. "But i have been a good little butterfly. As i promised." Scarlet winked.

Shadows smiled as he threw back another shot and glanced around the club. Crimson eyes returning to hers his fangs extended slightely. "Go to the dance floor, this place needs to get heated up." Shadows threw back his last shot and flicked the cigarette into the ashtray before disappearing. Everyone on the dance floor stopped as the lights dimmed. A lone guitarkicked on somewhere in the background as Shadows' voice filled the club. "Have you ever wondered what it would be like to pass into the nether realm just to find that it throws you straight back into this world? Have you ever wanted to tear the flesh of another human with your fingers and fangs?" The voice went silent then as power filled the entire club, though to humans it would merely feel like excitement.

Lights turned on at the far back of the stage as a dark figure walked across the stage slowly. "Do you ever crave the night as a seducer craves a husband or we crave air. I can grant you your darkest wishes and deepest desires...." Shadows dropped to his knees with a hiss that no mortal could ever hope to match that echoed through the room." Standing slowly he dropped his head. "Just remember.....Whoever makes a beast out of himself...(The crowd exploded as more figures moved on stage) ....Gets rid of the pain of being a man!!" The starting scream exploded as the crod rushed the stage and hit the barrier. The entire group was there, all of Avenged Svenfold as they sang the song that first made them famous from the "city of evil" album.

As The lights came on brighter and bright Shadows was leaning backwards, the echoeing laugh still spewing from his mouth. Tight black leather pants clung to his legs with boots, as sunglasses and his medallion were on his upper body, all else was bare. Shadows stopped with another scream as the crowed exploded again. Leaping from the stage a fine layer of sweat covered his entire body was he interacted with the crowd. Shaking hands, throwing his sunglasses and signing autographs.

Scarlet got rid of the cigarette and dashed out into the dance floor, her body craving the beat, wanting to move, to dance. But as soon as she got there it was quiet and the lights lowered, making her sigh. Shadows was going to make a a scene. So him. When his voice reached her ears she was compelled to move to it, the power he radiated making her skin tingle and shudder. Scarlet moved through the crowd, her eyes fixed upon him as he was talking. Her Body wanted to be closer to him, her hands tingled wanting to just brush his skin. The power he held over so many people was undeniable, and his power over her was just the same. It made her feel weak, like he had given her close to nothing by making her his. She shook it form her mind as his laughter burst through the air.

Scarlet Shivered and began to dance a little, swaying and moving gracefully as he hopped from the stage, buising himself with fans. Scarlet let him be, just watching, admiring his power and strength. She could only wish to be so amazing. The stray strands of hair swayed as her body did, looking seductive and almost addicting. A few men looked her way and reached to touch her, but her eyes narrowed, turning the darkest black as a rumble came from her. They backed off and she grinned, starting to sway with the beat, wishing she had someone to dance with.

In this crowd it was easy to get hot quick and sweat was soon rolling down her neck and chest looking tempting. Scarlet couldnt stand being away from Shadows any longer. To know that he was here, to know the closer she was, the more of his addicting power she would feel. Scarlet slipped through bodies and appeared infront of him, holding her hand out for him to shake with a devilish grin on her face. "Its so nice to meet you Shadows." She laughed, and it sounded like music.

Shadows smirked and flashed her a brilliant smile as his fangs were still slightely elongated. Signing a few more autographs he turned back to the stage and leapt back atop it. "That's the only song we're doing tonight. (The crowd booed and he laughed) Sorry but it's true, if you wanna see more head to the states." Leping off the stage he walked back through the club, his two were-wolf body gaurds pressed tight against him as they shoved mortals from their path. FLowing through the rowd without even brushing a single body took finece and lots of concentration but Shadows made it seem easy. Stopping infront of Scarlett he smirked "So I see you liked my music." '

Suddenly Shadows had her arm in his hand and glanced at the lycans. The two males nodded and began shoving people from their path. Shadows moved through the path dragging Scarlett with him as they headed for the back. Striking the VIP rope the bouncers nodded once and opened the door. Walking with Scarlett up the stairs they stopped ad entered and elevator. Shadows inserted a key car and another button appeared. Pressing it the door closed and they started to go up. SHadows whistled as he glanced around. "So....you look good." As the elevator stopped they were in a suite that was massive. Shadows stepped through the threshhold and went for the bar. Pouring a row of shots that lined from edge to edge he started on the line.

Scarlet smiled at him, watching him come back to her after leaving to talk to the crown atop the stage. "I always like your music. If i didnt do you think i would have been dancing? Do you think i could have even come up to you that one day in the theater? Definately not." Scarlet eyed the lycans beside him carefully. the damn things always made her nervous, but lately it was slowly begining to die away. Shadows then had her arm and she was following his pull. "Jesus Christ Shadows... All you gotta say is follow me instead of dragging me." She grumbled, still watching the lycans but more concerned with Shadows hand on her arm. He could twitch a finger and snap it in half. Was he upset with her? Had she done something? Scarlet was so confused.

She followed him into the back, passing the bouncers, walking up the stairs, and into the elevator. Scarlet was silent, just following and would ask questions later. Her eyes watched him acess the elevator and then they just stood in silence until his whistled. She jumped a little at this, having gotten to the quiet. "I think you said that earlier..." Scarlet grinned and then looked out the doors when the elevator stopped. She followed him out quickly, and gazed around, amazed by the huge room. Shadows was drinking again and she shook her head. "I swear, if you were human you would have been dead before you hit 35." she laughed.

Shadows nodded as he finished the last shot from the row of 27 an nodded wiping his mouth. 'No shit, but I passed that age abut...fuck...'Shadows fell silent for a few minutes before speaking. "About two hundred and seventy years ago...fuck I'm old." Shadows shook his head as he slid up ontop of the bar and leaned back. "We're waiting for Aiden, you'll notice she's a little different. When I found her she was feral and insane. It took a very long time but she's back to as normal as she's ever going to get. She's also alot stronger, the damn blood gulh grew in her and our two react to eachother which I found out the...hard...way." Shadows scowled slightely and lit another cigarette.

Jumping from the bar he tossed his leather jacket onto oe of the many leather chairs and couches cluttering the room. "I'm going to go take a shower, do what ever the hell you want just stay here." Shadows disappearred into a massive bathroom and left the door open. Walking into the corner a shower the size of a kitched was built into the wall. Stripping down he stepped into the shower and closed the glass door. Turning on the water the windows almost instantly fogged as he washed himself.

Scarlet sat in a chair, her legs over one arm, her back against the other. "Yeah, You are alittle old arent you? You still look as good as ever." She grinned and leaned her head back, and pulled out the chopsticks, letting her hair down. The long trusses of crimson hair fell gently and brushed the ground. When he talked about Aiden Scarlet fell silent, her eyes closed. So she was different too? Stronger? Was Scarlet the only one who was as weak as ever. She was quite frustrated with herself and sighed. "It will be nice too see her again if she doesnt hold a grudge against me breaking her door." She said softly, a little edge to her voice. Scarlet nodded when he told her he was off to take a shower. "You do that. I'll try to stay here." Scarlet still laid there across the chair as he left for the shower.

The sound of water signaled his distraction and Scarlet got up wandering to the bar. She did grab a glass and the bottle of vodka. Scarlet looked at the glass, then the bottle, and shrugged. She just opened up the bottle and took a drink as she hopped up and sat on the bar. So Aiden was coming. It would be nice to see her once again, if Aiden didnt hate her. Scarlet began to wonder about the other members and if they had progressed any. She took another drink from ther bottle and looked at her reflection in the shiny bar top. her hand touched the tattoo upon her chest and she sighed. Scarlet sat quietly none the less, stewing in the disappointment of herself and drinking the vodka straight from the bottle. It phased her none.

Shadows turne the shower off and stepped out. Walking across the bathrook he grabbed a towel and wrapped it around his waist. Water beaded over his skin but Shadows didn't give a fuck about the whole drying off process. Walking out his eyes moved over Scarlett's long legs and smirked as he headed for the massive windows. Sliding one open he starred down at the streets far below and laughed. "Jesus Christ they're all so insignificant. I could kill most of them from her with a strong enough thought." Shadows turned from the window and raised his arms to either side his fangs extending. "I'm the closest thing to a god anyone will ever see." With that Shadows power exploded in a violent rush, so much energy hit the walls so fast all the windows cracked in a unsion of splintering sounds.

Shadows eyes were glowing red as his power made the very air thick and more difficult to breath. The hot water made his skin tighten around his muscle so with every movement the muscles through his body corded and bunched. As he walked across the room he stopped infront of Scarlett and leaned into her, his lips hovering above hers. "Only one has invoked my wrath since I've returned, a human hunter, and now she's half paralyzed." Shadows breath lightely against Scarlett's lips. "And she tasted so....sweet." His voice was a whisper as it hit the last words and his lip skimmed the surface of hers slowly. Suddenly he leaned back, the bottle of vodka in his hand, he winked at her and took a long drink before his power receeded. Leaning against the window frame he starred out at the lights of the city in silence.

The water stopped and something opened. Shadows was finnished with his shower. Scarlet heaved a sigh and took another swallow from the clear bottle. Had it been in anything else, only Scarlet would know what it was. His form was there, she saw it from the corner of her eye. Scarlet turned to see him in nothing but a towel, a slight blush falling over her cheeks. He was still gorgeous, but it only brought around the memory of Linx and how beautiful his phyisic happened to be. It made her look off and give a dreamy sigh, missing him. None the less she distracted herself with the present.

Shadows had opened a window and was looking out of it, seeming upset about the people below. "What have they done to you to deserve such a fate Shadows? leave them be." She said softly, defending the human kind. It happend that Scarlet had a few good human friends that she would give her life for and was slightly insulted to hear him talk in such a way. Scarlet was about to take a drink from the bottle when she choked on the power laiden air. her body tensed, seeming ready for an attack of some sort. Her eyes glared, them being a black abyss, but she only found Shadows. They softened immediately, and watched as he made his way to her.

Shadows leaned over her, making her heart race in fear and excitement. Her blackened eyes bore into his as he began to talk, the words not really meaning much. Scarlet was much to distracted with the proximity of his lips to her own. "And.... why... why are you telling me this...." Scarlet breathed. When their lips brushed her teeth snagged his bottom lip gently, tugging just barely on it. Then he moved away, taking her bottle with him. Instantly she scolded herself and glared off, mentally yelling. That was definately the wrong move. When he seemed done with the bottle she snatched it back, drinking more.

Aiden stalked through the seething crowd of lowly swine with a snarl on her face. How could anyone stand to be surrounded by a seething mass of idiots seeking sex and disease like this for any amount of time was beyond her. Regardless of the crowd, she stalked over to the bar, her body moving like a cat as the crowd instinctively parted while she walked. Maybe it was the clothes that made them avoid her. She had a bit of the leather/ass kicking machine look going on right now. Knee high spiked heels, short skin tight leather shorts, and a leather vest that showed her midriff all topped off with her long hair pulled back into it's usual braid, a few strands hanging loose into her ice blue eyes.

She caught the eyes of one of the bartenders and he came to her instantly. "Give me a shot of tequila." He just nodded and gave her what she wanted without a word. The pull of Shadows' power tugged at her insides again and she growled. Strangers stopped to stare but Aiden just got up, shot in hand, and followed the call of her sire. She slammed down the shot half way through the dance floor and threw the shot glass over her shoulder. It might have 'accidentally' hit some guy that was staring at her ass in the face. Maybe.

When she got to the VIP section the bouncers stood in front of her, looking all tough shit like they were important. "Excuse me miss, but you don't have the clearance to come into this section of the club." Aiden laughed and pushed the hair back from the right side of her face. There in plain sight, right on her face, a tattoo of a dragon curled from the top of her eyebrow down to her cheekbone. The bouncers eyes widened. "I think you're terribly mistaken, asshole." He nodded and moved to let her through.

Aiden was relieved to be in the 'quieter' or at least less crowded section of the club. She stalked quickly through the room and went straight into the elevator. As it went up and stopped, she felt Shadows closer to her. Before the door was even half way open, Aiden slid out of it and into the open space. She took a few steps into the room and nodded slowly. "Nice place Shadows. Don't know why you wanted me to come all the way out to Japan to see it though." As she moved over to the bar, Aiden saw Scarlet sitting there and remembered vaugely the last place they met. It was all a little fuzzy in her head still when she thought of anything that happened before Shadows came back. "Scarlet right?" She grabbed a bottle of Tequila from the bar and sat on the counter with it. "What the fuck's up?" That one was aimed at both of them.

Shadows was smirking out the window when suddenly he turned towards Scarlett and closed his eyes. "She's comming." Shadows walked into the bathroom and then walked back out randomly. Going to the bar he opened a new pack of cigarettes and lit one before going back to the window and starring out at the people below and again curling his lips at how feeble they still were no matter how he looked at them.

As Aiden hit the club his body gaurds tensed, they were down below with the rest. They sent him images of the female wanting into the VIP section. Shadows sent a telepathic snarling roar as the body gaurd then stammered and let her through. Shadows stood in silence taking drags from the cigarette. As the elevator doors opened and Aiden entered it was as if an artic storm struck,causing Shadows to smirk. She was groing stronger every day.

Shadows turned and his energy plowed through hers raising the temperature to that of an inferno. Shadows raised his eyeborws as he thought it amusing that their energy's feel differed as complete opposites. Flashing a smile nd showing alot of fang Shadows appeared infront of the two females. "Now that we're all here I have something to tell you about." Shadows had two envelopes in his hand and tossed one to each female. "In there are plane tickets to Ireland. I have a fortification there that from now on will be our homestead. Our base of operations and our place of refruge. Also in those envelopes are quite a sum of money for you to buy armaments, vests, it doesn't matter. You can een spend it on clothes as long as everything you buy has something to do with combat." Shadows turned away and pressed a button on a remote as music started to play.

Turning around his power slammed into Aiden's and forced it back into her body. "Fucking Aiden! Control yourself goddamnit! Don't let that shit fly around you like that. We know what happens between us, it fucking annoys me, and it'll show you as a target for some very badass mother fuckers." Shadows smirked as his energy licked over the two females before it was gone again. "Shit I need to kil something." Turning Shadows walked to the window again and leaned into it a little harder than normal. Leanig his head against it he closed his eyes as his breath came a little faster and his arms shook. The blood gulch was taking more and more out of him these days and in his condition it was taking a toll.
