Linx thumps patiently along the hall, devoid of any and all emotion. He submits to the search, offering every weapon up, every spare item that he could use, which was admitted;y a fair amount. He was left in just his dark pants and a t-shirt, his boots thumping along continously, occupying his thoughts. He ignores the guards, the servants, everything. He lets himself into the meeting room, taking a seat facing a window, crossing his leg and dropping his chin into his hand, waiting patiently once more. He'd been recently enlightened about a few things, and his memory had returned fully. He was here for three reasons. To report, to make an apology, and a single request, perhaps two if his first is granted. He sighs lightly, staring out the window, his thoughts blank, not that he was worried about anyone reading them.
Since his revelations, his mind was a broken and decimated land scape. No thoughts were coherent enough for anyone to read, or even to decipher. His mind was twisted beyond recognition, filled with hate, pain, and regret. He brushes the annoying thoughts away, staring in absolute stillness, not blinking, not breathing. He wasn't concerned, there was nothing that could happen to him now that could even begin to approach the torment he'd endured. Hopefully his employer wouldn't be too busy to meet with him, it was a little sudden. His job had gone better than he'd hoped to dare, and it was finished. That was his report. His apology was for Shadows, because he remembered now how unnaturally kind he had been to him, as close to a brother as he'd ever had really. He'd been blind with youth and an inflated since of honor. It was stupidity, and he knew he owed Shadows much more than an apology. And the request...he'd wait, it wasn't guaranteed yet, so why dwell? He waits patiently, his mind falling silent, the seconds ticking by.

Shadows slid the blade deep into the sternum of the were-Tiger before him. The echoeing howl brought a laugh from his throat. 'Die you fucking traitor!" Shadows hissed as the blade pierced its heart. Suddenly a knock was at the door. Shadows turned. 'What?" The woman bowed low. "My Lord, Linx is here requesting an audience." Shadows growled low. "perfect. Show him to my audience hall. I'll be up in a moment." Shadows walked to a hidden room and opened it. Black bladed, diamond tipped katana appeared at his hip along with various other weapons hidden over his body.
Walking up the stair case Shadows couldn't stop the smile on his face. 'For too long had this human, now vampire been a thorn in his side. For too long had he refrained from destroying him. Now...it was time up. Shadows pushed through side doors and barred them. He could feel linx in the center of the room. Hitting a button on a remote hidden on his body everything locked down. impenetrable from outside and inside, not even he could get out, unless he knew the certian procedures, and he was the ONLy one that did. Turning his eyes were black showing his aggression and his lack of feeding. Shadows was now at his strongest, and most deadly. "Well now. I heard you've taken vice. I didn't give you the go ahead or a yes or a no and you did so anyway."
Shadows smirked. "That was very kind of you....what do you want?"

Linx looks at him, unphased by his entrance or the lockdown. Like he wouldn't notice. "Yeah. Like you told me to I took it. You told me you wanted it, and so I did it for you. Do what you want with it, the people are pathetic. A few callous and merciless murders and people seem to learn when I'm being serious." he says with a shrug, standing. He should feel afraid, in pain, hatred, nervousness, but he felt nothing. He looks at Shadows, his eyes unreadable, his face expressionless. "First off, my report." he says, flowing right into it. "You own everything within the Vice City limits, and the area within fifty miles of it. Everything beneath the city as well, the lycans were the hardest part of securing it, though they offered little resistance after I'd decided to quit trying to hold the immortal population intact for you." he says with a shrug. "The city, however, is in perfect running order, with the greater populace unaware of the power shift. Very little damage was done structurally, and that which was was repaired." he says, shrugging again.
"That's it for my report." he says with a shrug. "Second was..."he sighs, sinking down to his knees, bowing low upon the floor, as the japanese did. "An apology." he says, "I remember everything about our history, and I relaize how foolish I was. I offer you my heartfelt apology. I was young and stupid, full of a black and white view of morals. I acted upon impulse, and all I did was fuck up a good thing. You were the closest thing I could ever call a brother since I left the military, and I chucked it. Again, stupidity." he says. He remains on the floor a moment longer in a show of respect, before rising. "I am sorry, and it's only my respect for you that allows me to do this." he says. He pauses, looking off into space for a moment, blinking only a few times. The next part wouldn't be easy for him, thus he'd wait for his response before going into it, best not to antogonoize the dragon while the foolish kid playing at warrior was unarmed and unarmored. Though not defenseless, he didn't want to fight. Not yet, and especially not Shadows. Not because he was afraid, but because he still felt that respect and comradarie that he'd shared with him when they first met.

Shadows watched as Linx gave his report. Black eyes unwavering, unmoving. Shadows arms were crossed over his chest had given the report. Though Linx didn't know that the men he used to acquire Vice were all that was left of Shadows force. Since his assualt on the lycan strong hold here in the city he still hadn't replaced his men. Though he wasn't concerned. He ripped them apart himself when the assualt was botched. Since Scarlet taught him aero Shadows had tweaked it untill it was his own and insanely more powerful than hers.
Shadows smirked as Linx dropped to a knee and apologized. Though it was a very nice gester and using the japanese way helped Shadows didn't care much. Though, for such a show, it bought Linx a few minutes of Shadows time. Walking over he sat upon the throne and crossed his legs. "Something's on your mind Linx.....I know it's not the apology....I know it's not calculating your chances in the fight....I know it's not anything in this room....What do you want? You have ten minutes before I decide to kill you now, or let you go and track you." Shadows black eyes were merciless and cold. Ever since Amoura did what she did Shadows was broken, his power greater than before but the old Shadows was gone. This one was....colder....harder.... more sinister.

Linx looks at him, "Nothing is on my mind that concerns you, it's my own buisness that I will deal with in my own time. It is nothing that affects you, directly or otherwise, but something I feel that needs to be done for my own piece of mind." He says, shrugging. "Ten minutes before you decide to kill me?" He laughs, long and hard, his voice still devoid of emotion, mirth or otherwise. He grins coldly at Shadows, "Shadows, do you HONESTLY think I care if you kill me?" he asks increduily. "I've got nothing to lose. Sure, you can take my life, but you can't do any harm to me that will affect me." he says with a shrug. "If you still want me as a soldier, let me know and let me go. I have no reason to not serve you, despite everything that has transpired between us, regardless of what you may think." he says with another shrug. It was the truth too. He'd serve Shadows until his dying breath if he wanted, what the hell did he care?
He sighs once, "You're not the same Shadows I know, but I honestly don't care about telling you anymore. I've lost everything. My family, my friends, the person I gave up everything for. What do I have to live for Shadows? Absolutely nothing. My personal buisness is to live a few days in the life I could never have, and off myself. If you want me to serve you fine, I'll make it look like I off myself so Scarlet thinks I'm dead. As far as I'm concerned, I honestly have no realtion with her anymore. She's yours, it's been made abundantly clear. But my only warning about this arrangement is this: If you want me to work, don't bullshit me, give me your orders, and they'll be carried out, regardless of what stands in my way." he says coldly, his voice hard. "I don't care if I have to kill every creature on the face of this planet to get it done, but I'll do it. I have nothing to live for, nothing in my heart but pain and hate. You want a soldier that will follow your orders unquestioningly, and without hesitation? I'll do it, my only request is that you give me the month it'll take to fake my death and heal, then I'll return for my first mission." he says simply, crossing his arms over his chest, waiting for his reply.
