Peace At Last? [Shadows]

Scarlet walked slowly through the cold stone halls, her hands touching each stained glass window on the way. The colors danced on her marble skin for the moonlight poured through the windows. They donned beautiful desgins, capturing her attention. It distracted her from her loneliness, and the fact that her love just didnt seem to be exactly the same. Scarlet came to a stop, the soft pitters of her barefeet no longer echoing in the hall. Her head rested against a window that held a thick red rose. With a gentle finger, she lifted her hand and traced the metal borders that held the glass in place. There was peace here, and she was mellow. Some what.

To anyone who knew her, she looked the same as always. There were a few things though that were different. Scarlet had no shoes, her clothes were scraps and dirty, her eyes black as the night around her and glowing an erie green. She was feral. Her mind was wheeling, wanting blood, wanting violence. On the outside she was perfect, normal. Beautiful yet deadly. Scarlet shook, her body frozen because of the chilly tempatures. She wasnt thristy, but she had just left a nasty fight, anyone in the immediate area was dead. Anyone could tell from her bloodied figure. No one was here to calm her, no one to sooth her, so she was doomed to be an animal insead of a person until someone found her.

Gabriel walked through the village eyeing the corpses. A smiled wide on his face as he looked around at the carnage. A small chuckle escaped his lips before he sighed. "Well, it looks like someone had alot of fun...too bad I wasn't invited." As a man moaned and slowly crawled into the distance. Jogging over to the injured man Gabriel crouched. Pulling out his desert eagle he turned the man's head to face him. The man's face was horribly bloody, obviously blinded by the blood. "Hey man, need a drink?" The man's voice was raspy and broken." Please......w...water." Gabriel placed the barrel by the man's mouth. "Here, I have some in my bottle." The man smiled weakly as he pulled the barrel towards his mouth and placed it in his mouth. Gabriel laughed as he pulled the trigger sending brain matter and skull fragments exploding through the air.

After standing and dusting himself off Gabriel walked a little more before dropping to his hands and knees. Placing his nose almost to the ground in inhaled, checking for a scent. A smirk spread across his face as his orange eyes flashed with light. "Vampire...." Leaping to his feet Gabriel sprinted towards the massive complex a few miles ahead. Skidding to a hault he kicked the doors open, snow billowing in around him. Inhaling again caused his eyes to flash. Skin tight black jeans, no shirt, boots and blades strapped across his bare muscled torso, he moved silently. Finding a small hallway the scent was over powering. Turning into the hall a crazed looking female leaned against the window.

Gabriel walked slowly down the hall, a smile on his face. "Well hello beautiful......were you playing with no friends? Where's the fun in that?" Gabriel smirked as he circled around her. "Fuck..you look like you're a tad bit fucking nuts." Gabriel leaned closer, hand on the hilt of his curved dagger. Pushing hair from her face he looked slowly over her body. "Shit you look good......what's your name?" Gabriel asked as he slid backwards just incase she attacked. The female caused him to get excited in ways other than violence as he smiled.

Scarlets head snapped toward the end of the hall. Someone was entering the building. An extra burst of icy cold air carried a unfamiliar scent to her, but she took a deep breath of it anyway. The scent set her throat on fire with thirst, and she snarled at it. Who ever it was didnt mean anything to her and if they bothered her she would slaughter her just like those hopeless humans she had slain down in the town. Her fangs were so large that she almost couldnt close her mouth, and they were throbbing painfully. She wanted to bite deep into flesh and consume the poor soul that happened to be her victim. Just as she turned her head back to look out the window, soft steps stopped at the end of the hall.

The smell was a wet forest like scent, something she had never tasted before. Her mouth watered, glowing eyes narrowing at the searing pain in her throat. The male, who she had come to identify him as, spoke to her, and earned a feral rumble from her chest. "I am not here to play. Leave before you're the next person i kill." Her voice was hoarse and not sweet as Scarlets usually was. He reached for her and Scarlet snatched his wrist, bending it in a way that the bones were on the verge of breaking. "DO NOT TOUCH ME." Her voice was hard, black glowing eyes wide with rage. Before he knew it, Scarlet had vanished, hiding herself in the shadows so well, that her master might not even have been able to find her. When her rocky voice spoke again, it echoed from every corner of the place. "You... Theres such a delishous air about you...." Anyone would tell that there was lust in her voice. How she wanted to taste this new flavor of blood. "Do you not know its rude to ask someones name before giving your own?" She rumbled, Her body shaking with the restraint she was exercising. Scarlet wanted to play with her food.

Gabriel laughed as the female bent his wrist. With little power being used he was onkly slightely stronger than a human, the rest sealed away untill needed. The pain, the delicious searing pain sent spasms up his arm and and brought a sigh of pleasure from his mouth. Little did the female know that pain was not a deterant to Gabriel, in fact it was a turn on. Gabriel chuckled low as the girl disappeared.

Gabriel orange eyes stayed on the wall as he reached out with his senses. The slow...almost inaudible sound of the vampire heartbeat was easily picked up by Gabriel's ears. Also the powerful scent of fresh blood told him that her position was behind him and to the right. Gabriel's eyes moved to that spot. The darkness didn't allow visual comfirmation but he didn't need it. "Well then. I am Gabriel, head enforecer of Shadows and his force." Gabriel's body moved fluidly around the corner the female was in. "I probably smell so good because I'm a pure blood lycanthrope. Born a king but turned it down. I have power in my veins that any alpha would kill to posses or any pack would destroy to have as their alpha. I turn it all down because I have no need or want for it. It's alot more fun doing things my own way." Gabriel's orange eyes flashed slightely, the slits elongating. "Now tell me yours vampire. If you play nice I may let you have a taste." Gabriel smirked. This vampire was strong and very very fast. Yet she wouldn't beat him if it came to a fight. Gabriel, as head enforcer, had certian gifts when it came to knowing these things.

She watched him carefully, her eyes scanning him, trying to analyze what sort of struggle she would get out of him if she were to attack. He was big, sure, but Scarlet was fast, acurate. Her assassin skills came back in times of need, and should she forget to restrain herself, they would be used. He smelled utterly delishous, and the fact that she had no mind to stop herself from hurting someone didnt help. One name made her freeze, everything about her nothing but stone. Shadows. The name rung a bell off in the distance some where, but it didnt sink in. "Shadows..." Scarlet crackled darkly, coming down slightly into veiw. Her long fingers were visable, her little bare feet and the tips of her crimson hair swayed. That was it, her face was still shadowed.

Scarlet dropped from the shadows to land behind him, her blank eyes staring as her head tilted slightly to the side. "My name is Scarlet." she grinned, showing her dangerous dagger like fangs. "How nice to meet you...." Scarlet flitted around to the front of him, her nose buried into his neck. Dear lord he smelled good. Her tongue snaked out and licked at his skin, making her shudder. "The blood that courses through your veins is so powerful..." her body trembled before she jumped back about ten feet. Scarlet was shaking her head then. "Because you are an immortal being..... i am giving you a chance to get out of here before i kill you...." her eyes were deadly as her feet slid apart and she crouched, ready to launch herself at him. "Three seconds to turn away....... one..." Scarlet snarled. "Two..." her muscles coiled, "THREE!" Scarlet flew through the air with a deafening snarl, latching onto him with such emmense strength that Shadows would be proud. Her fangs sank deep into flesh as one hand had a fist full of his hair, pulling Gabriels head back.

Gabriel smiled as the female started to count. With a growl he preparred himdself. 'Yesssssssssssss." Gabriel's eyes transformed into cat eyes as claws sprouted from his finger tips. When the female slammed into him and latched fangs into his flesh a laughed echoed through the room. Blood that should have shot through the wound suddenly stopped, not even a drop escaped the wound as Gabriel used the technique Shadows had taught him. Momentary Heart stopping. Before the female could react clawed hand ripped into her sternum baring the flesh and shredding the muscle between her breasts. Bringing a knee into her stomach the wind would explode from her lungs. Skidding backwards Gabriel laughed.

"Very nice famle...that felt very good. Sadly, you're not playing the right way so I'm not going to let you have a taste yet." As the blood started to corse again the wounds had already healed. Gabriel had preparred for this female long before. Pulling out two syringes he injected the fluids into his body. They were the anti-vemons he had designed from her saliva during their last training. Turning to face her Gabriel inhaled slowly. "Shit, you alnmost made me hard....more pain for that though." Gabriel's laugh echoed as he crouched. "Try again." Gabriel had stopping his heart right in the front of his mind. She wouldn't taste his blood untill he was damn ready.

What the hell? No blood? Her fangs dug in deeper to try and retrieve the substance she craved, but nothing came. Scarlet snarled as her skin was torn open, she felt nothing. Being feral for Scarlet was nothing more than a numb block of killing flesh. Not even the knee to her stomach made an effect, Scarlet didnt need to breathe. She was already dead. "Stupid animal..." Scarlet rumbled. Her eyes intensified, looking down to the tear in her chest. She watched the blood with hungry eyes, letting her toung touch her fangs. There was so much venom in her mouth that she was practically drooling. Her eye turned to watch him, and she laughed when he injected anti-venom. "Good boy! You learn quick! Wanna peice of meat?" She mocked and laughed.

Her hand streached out to a window, and in a blink a hard current of wind shattered them, glass most likely littering Gabriels skin. The hall was a blurr of rainbow glass, no place to escape. Scarlet was safe with her force around her. She was able to stop the wind from touching her, there for the glass had no effect on her. "Give me what i want... and mother nature wont harm you." Scarlet flashed from her place, coming at Gabriel from the side and knocking him into the stone wall. Bricks fell away and the wall cracked, yet it held its shape. "Just let me see a little blood." Scarlet growled.

Gabriel laughed as the wind shattered the glass sending it digging deep into his flesh. With a growl his flesh sent the glass falling to the floor. Healing instantly had become a second nature to himself. When the female sent him into the wall Gabriel's hard body caused it to collapse in slightely. laughing he pushed himself from the wall, dusting the fragments from his body. As he walked around his eyes were wide as they watched the wind bow to her command. "You damn vampires really are a piece of work. No wonder Shadows is all but fucking insane when it comes to finding someone to teach him how to bend it."

Gabriel walked from the wall, his sex pressing against his pants. The pain the female inflicted was what he had been craving and what he had gotten. Growling he crouched slightely. "I get nothing I want, neither do you." Gabriel was sure to put enough energy into the word so she knew exactly what he wanted. But he didn't care, fighting and sex were closely matched in his mind. Suddenly a blur Gabriel slammed a palm into the vampire's nose nearly driving it into her brain. Spinning her sweapt her legs from under he and backflipped landing on his feet. "You fight like a decapitated human. Quit using powers and show me your strength!"

Scarlets body straightened, her eyes fixed upon Gabriel. he really was one twisted bastard. "Haha, you poor sick animal..." Her head rocked back and forth, her hair shifting about and letting her thick scent envelope him. She was disgusted by the way he got so excited over a fight. At least it didnt impare his thinking, she'd laugh at him for that. Scarlet took in a breath that seemed to heal all the wounds she had been given. her pale chest was flawless once more, dispite the damage that Gabriel had inflicted upon her. He flew at her again, a hand to the nose and a leg reaching out to sweep her off of her feet. Scarlet grinned as the blood ran from her nose, eyes glittering with the pleasure of pain.

She jumped lithely, just enough to evade his legs. It was just like jump rope. One of her own wrapped around his though, knocking him to the floor. She hoped he hit his head, and hard. Scarlet was then on hands and knees above him, her tonuge slipping along his skin. Her nose dripped blood onto him steadily, her face always holding a grin. She pressed her body flush to his with some force and rubbed against him, a rumble coming from her. "Is this what you want?" Scarlet purred, her voice nearly irresistable. "or do you just want the pain to get off on?" She laughed softly as her barely clothed body now hovered an inch or so just about his, no contact, but the presence was there and teasing.

Gabriel snarled as his skull hit the hard floor causing stars to explode over his eyes site. "Fuck..." When Scarlet was over top of him with her teasing Gabriel knew she was fucking with him. Using his own desires against him. The intellect of this vampire made a smile spread across his face. "It's exactly what I want, you have no idea." Gabriel slammed his fists to the ground on either side of them and then opened his palms. Two small dagger looking items beeped as he slammed Scalet down ontop of him.

And Explosion inveloped the pair in flame and rubble, not so much Gabriel as he used Scarlet as a human shield. As the floor gave away Gabriel's claws slammed into the stone as Scarlet dangled from his other hand. Below them was what seemed and endless pit with jagged stones not even a vampire or lycan could survive. With no wall the only thing holding them both from falling was Gabriel's claws. With no malls it stopped each fromusing their strength to leap and no wind could reach the cavern.

Gabriel's eyes flashed as his muscles bunched from the strain. The female was light but his arms and shoulders were torques with the twisting strain causing his tendons to pop and rip. "FUUUUUUUUCK!" With a growl Gabriel lifted Scarlet slightely to his level. "Shadows'll fucking kill me......climb up before my grip." A crack cut him off as one of his three claws in the stone snapped off. A Howl exploded as his blood leaked down his body. "Don't fucking touch it. I didn't get what I wanted you don't get what you want!" Gabriel, even in a moment of possible death was still utterly Gabriel.

Flames and rock swirled around the two, her vision impossibly vivd because of her feral side being provoked. Everything was ten times brigher, making her hiss that brightness of the light. The heat was bareable, a nice toasty tempature for her icy body, and the rocks barely bruised her skin. Without warning everything fell away and for a second or two, she was falling. Scarlet jerked to a stop when someone gripped her arm, and she swung slightly. She stared down, watching fragments of the building fall into a bottomless pit. Why wasnt she falling again? Her eyes looked up to see a hand wrapped tightly around her arm. Scarlet snarled, snapping at it until she realized that it was Gabriel. Even then she wanted to take off a finger or two, but he was saving her. Some of the darkness in her eyes began to drain away, and they became slightly more green.

He lifted her, and she hated that he was so close and holding onto her. "Ugh...." she grumbled. He was having trouble keeping the two of them from falling, but it wasnt like she cared too much. Scarlet didnt have her normal mind, and wasnt think of how Linx would fall apart, how Shadows would be upset by her death. She did what she was told, and crawled up him and latched onto the wall. Scarlet didnt have too terrible a time clinging there, and she smiled. "Why would Shadows kill you?" She ginned and then a more Scarlet like trait clicked into place. "Would he be upset you killed his pet?" She laughed softly, then was ulimately distracted by the lushious scent in the air. A claw of his had broken, and blood poured from the wound. Instinct kicked in and she leaned toward it, until his harsh voice made her turn to look at him. Scarlet snarled at the denial, but for his life, she supposed she could behave a while longer. "Well then genius, what the fuck now? We're clinging here for our lives.... you more than me so i dont really care, but what the HELL are we going to do? I can climb my way up this, you i dont know." She was grinning, with a mischevious look in her eyes.

Gabriel snarled as the female ughed as he pulled her up. 'Get over it you crazy bitch." As the dangled and the female clinged to him Gabriel had to stop the urge of inhalling her sweet scent. Shit she smelled good for a vampire, almost irrestistable. "Yeah and not because your his pet you fucking retard. It's more because." Suddenly Gabriel's throat closed as a hand wrapped around it. Shadows growled as he raised the two bodies from the pir and threw the each of them into the wall. Crimson eyes flashed as he looked at the sure death below and back to the two of them. "Stupid fucks, watch what you're doing." Shadows turned and kicked the wall hard causing it to collapse over the hole covering it up.

Turning away he walked back out to the awaiting chopper. "I sensed you were in danger my pet. Now the two of you....just don't kill one another." With that Shadows was gone. Gabriel laughed as his claws healed and he skidded to his feet. Turning to the female his laugh echoed. 'Well that was fun, you quitting or do you still wanna play. Shadows said you were hot but I never had any idea." gabriel laughed as he looked her over. 'Fucking beautiful.'' With that he skidded up to her and crouched. "Or don't you want my blood?"

Scarlet was about to snap at Gabriel but a scent made her head spin, and she was tossed into a wall. Scarlet shook her head to see a handsome face scolding her. Another puzzle peice of the real Scarlet clicked into place. "Thank you Shadows." She said softly, her voice a little guilty even though it was Gabriels fault they had been dangling there. As he was walking away Scarlet shifted to her feet in a crouch, ready to spring after him. Oddly enough she wanted to follow, Shadows didnt bid her follow though so she stayed put. He was gone now, and she sat back on her butt, wiping her nose. Blood was still oozing from it a little, and she sighed.

With a bright red blush, yet another part of the real Scarlet, she looked at Gabriel. "He thinks i'm hot..?" Her eyes were almost fully emerald now. She was quite flattered to say the least. "If playing involves much more distructive fighting... nah.. Of course i still want a taste...." she breathed softly, trying not to let his smell bother her too much. "Why does everyone think im so beautiful?" Scarlet looked down at her clothes... well... her strips of clothes and was unsatisfied with what she saw. When Gabriel was before her she looked at him, emerald eyes glittering brightly, her true self. "I would love a taste... reallly... but i dont want to upset Shadows anymore. He's always got to save me."

As the female spoke Gabriel purred. So much base was in the purr that no doubt the female's bones rumbled. Leaning in he inhaled softly, the smell of her body caused him to shudder, he wanted to know what she smelled like aroused if she smelled this good normal. Gabriel smirked as he crouched more. "Well I'm willing to grant you a taste, Gabriel tapped his throat. "But I don't give freebies. I give you, you give me."

Gabriel laughed as he looked over her body. 'You're fucking stupid if you don't see it. 'You're hot as shit and fucking beautiful to match." Gabriel purred again moving closer, his head almost exploding with the will to touch her, carress her, be inside. Shadows had given him the go-ahead but only if she was willing. Shadows would not force her to do anything and since Scarlett's last encounter with linx in the mansion, where Linx left treating her like trash. Shadows was very un happy about the pairing, especially when he read Linx's mind. "You get a taste....if I get a taste." Gabriel was so close to her lips as he whispered. He needed a damn shock collar for himself.

Scarlet sniffled, the blood was begining to stop, but it still tickled her nose. It smelled of herself, Sickly sweet like candy and flowers. She was amazingly appealing to the male kind, which was a problem for her now. She was the most beautiful thing to walk the earth, but would kill you in a second. Thats why Shadows wanted her. If Gabriel thought she smelled good now, he would love to smell her when she was excited. It overwhealmed the senses to the point where you probably wouldnt remember your own name. His purr showed her that he was enjoying this, but she just didnt get it. She couldnt see her own beauty, she ownly saw flaws. "A taste for a taste...?" she asked softly. What did he want a taste of?

"I guess im blind... or stupid as you say... because i see flaw and...-" She shook her head. What was she saying? He wouldnt have his mind. "It doesnt matter. you're intitled to your opinion." Scarlet confirmed as he seemed to move even closer. "What do you want in return for my taste of you...?" she asked, an eyebrow raised as his lips were close to her own. So much so she could move without even thinking and the two would kiss. "I think you need to be put on a leash...." Scarlet giggled, her sweet breath hitting his face. She leaned back against the wall she had been tossed against, her body at peace with itself now.
