I was talking to a friend and she made me realize something...when someone turns another into a vampire...they transfer some of their genetics to them...and if they become...something more than friends...
That makes it incest.

Am I strange if it doesn´t exactly phase me?
I mean they´re dead; in most cases that means they´re uncapable of having a child with one another and this is the chief reason for incest being forbidden, isn´t it? I mean that the childern are usually deformed; so since that´s not a problem with vampires, I don´t seem to care if it is incest for a maker to have a relationship with the fledgling.

No, because although blood and DNA are passed on, there wouldn't be a familial link. Not enough DNA could possibly be involved in vampirism to give rise to an exchange large enough to equal that of a familial bond. Considering the vast amount of DNA, and the vast amount shared with a parent, a vampiric bond would surely only constitute a distant cousin relationship, which isn't incest.
