While I do enjoy the rain due to our little drought I hate when the power keeps going out.

Chyeah....I know how you feel. especially where it just goes out even at night. I mean daytime sure but night? Oh no no no no. Not for me. Heck I hate when it goes out at where I stay at, you would hear the annoying beeping thing from the fire alarm crap they have.

1) Love the little rhyming-ness.
2) Storms are awesome... they mean you can use candles!! Candles are doubly awesome!

*refrains from making twee "poet... didn't know it" comments*
You can read by candle light, you just have to have working eyes. Jane Austen, and indeed Ovid, probably managed it, so I don't see why we moderners can't.
