Two words. They suck! I told them my problem, but all they heard was 'backlight' and seemed to ignore everything else I said. I tried to show the Geek that with my computer opened two inches you could see the screen if you lowered your head, and then he put a hand on my screen to stop me. I was just really pissed off! He said that they don't fix computers but they ship them out to be fixed. And then he's like 'can I help the next customer' and I was pushed out of the way! How rude! I hate impersonal companies like that! The only nice people were the sales men who directed me to the Geek Squad area, and the door guy. Which is why I see why a door guy is needed, to greet people and to greet people when they leave so that you don't seem to fucking pissed off! So then the lazy next to me said her computer wouldn't keep on and it would turn off. Then the Geek said he was going to dust off it. And then I told the woman to just try it by taking out the battery and voila, it kept on for more than a second, because the same problem happened to me ages ago. Point of the rant, I hate Best Buy Geek Squad!

And this is why you save up money and go by a new computer. Duhhhh.
