Should there be laws prohibiting the possession and sale of fist loads? I'd just like to read everyone's posts on this subject first. Then I'll post my own little opinion on it.

You knew this was coming...
They are dangerous in the hands of the unskilled, and I would not want to wander round at throwing out time to find drunks with them, ready to cause even more mayhem than they already do. At least the punches they throw now heal relatively well. Laws limiting, perhaps would be a better summation of my views.

Ok I'm a little out of sync here, what the hell is a fist load? A device that increases the mass of the hand and reinforces it so it increases the amount of force the bearer can deliver in a punch. You knew this was coming... *rolls eyes* I know, but it wouldn't be any fun if I didn't oppose your views in practically everything.
Speaking of fun, I don't want to spoil anyone's, but please, please, please three, on-topic sentences per post. First warning is free. Next time, there may be consequences. Just so you know. And by "three sentences", I am not including quotes, tiny phrases and things which are technically sentences by all linguistic terms but contain few words and less sense.
Right. On once more to the topic at hand.
I just think that a weapon, which they are, should be regulated. I don't like the idea of such things being freely available to anyone, and therefore easily carried by the sort of people who would use them in an uncivil and unscrupulous... or perhaps just un-sober way. As with knives and guns, I'd quite hope that they could be kept from the hands of the inept and the criminal. I am aware that the argument will return that anyone who desperately wants one will make it themselves or buy it on the black market, but I wish to point out that if there are regulations, it will at least reduce the numbers of the things around, though eradication would never be possible... as with knives and guns.

Do you think it would help any if I posted a few pictures? Pictures of the two most common fist loads that have ever been sold and are still being sold? *rolls eyes* I know, but it wouldn't be any fun if I didn't oppose your views in practically everything. You're right about that. However this isn't going to be fun (for you) after a few more people post. Found four. These are the most common that I have seen and personally have carried.
