“Take the boat, leave me here, go now don’t wait.”
Please, for the love of God, go! Everyone had to go, Sai was not in a good mood. Not at all. He was hungry, he hadn’t fed in two weeks and he was feeling it. So he had tried to take the night off, called in and everything. What really happened? His understudies, all three of them, had made plans. They were so used to not being used, they had side jobs. They were working tonight. One of them could take over tomorrow, letting him feed for reals. But right now, he was running on empty. He had to eat something, soon. As he sang he had to fight hard to keep his fangs from showing. Every time Jenny came near, (she was playing Christine tonight) he felt the need to grab her and eat her. Cool air hit his face the moment he hit the green room. He loved being dead, no sweat to ruin your make up. But he went into his room, tossed his mask onto his table, shed his clothing, donned his jeans, wiped the makeup off, threw the hair into his face, and was gone before Jenny stopped getting her roses. He got them too, but he didn’t care. He was hungry. Grabbing up one of the roses he kicked the door open and disappeared into the night. ”Hello my darling, care for a night on the town?”
Sai snuck up behind a woman, wrapping his arm around her shoulders and offering the flower. Just because he was going to eat didn’t mean he couldn’t be debonair.

What was Isi doing on Broadway? She had quite possibly thought to see a show but then realized that once she sat in a seat it would be impossible to leave. Isi hated the feeling you got from being crowded though she wasn't claustrophobic, that was the least Isi was. True, very true she liked her space but there was a difference between a fear and a paranoia. So there left Isi dressed up to see an event but without one to attend to. It left Isi in a tight tube dress, a glock with loaded silencer in each of her boots. There was a small pistol in the pocket of her black coat which was draped over her right arm. Quite possibly, Isi looked normal, time to cue in the apocalypse.
She turned to be an arm on her shoulder, a flowers, a rose, offered to her. She disliked being touched. "You're touching me!" she said in a cold bland tone of voice, that should have been a hint to anyone that Isi was not normal. She took the rose and dropped it to the ground, with that she squished it with her boot, ruining the perfect pedals. She glanced back up at the man and grabbed his hand, determined to remove it - if he wanted it attached to him he had best move it now. [/blockquote]

Sai froze as she removed the flower from his hands. She was fast. Even to his eyes. She was no normal human, that was for sure. She was cold, both in touch and in voice. Her grip was hard, tight, holding his wrist in a threat to his well being. It was captivating. How long had it been since he had met up with another vampire? Too long. And though this was not a vampire there were similarities between her and them. She was someone to watch, that was true. Fascinating! Mind coming back to his body he decided he needed to do something, that was his fencing hand. Slowly, for even a human, he lifted his arm and drew his hand back, eyes alight with fun. Quicker than she could react he retrieved the flower from the ground, from under her foot, and was standing again. As though he hadn’t even moved he touched the destroyed flower before looked at her again. He had to taste her blood now, he was sure it was like fire.
“There are more where this came from, dozens more. Sometimes so many they fill the room and even if I gave handfuls to the others there would be too many. Shame to ruin this one though. Tell me, child, did you see a show tonight?” The idea that his hand was about to be ripped off just moments before didn't flap him. It was a thrill, an adrenaline rush for one with dead heart and selfish mind. Tugging off one of the now brown petals Sai held it up, letting go and watching as it fell, slowly, lovingly to the ground. Everything was slower now, the promise of a thrill taking his mind somewhere else. Through the strands of black hair he watched her, hoping for something to write home about.

Isi let the man have his precious hand back, it was full of germs; she would most certainly wash her hands as soon as possible! She blinked her brown eyes once, careful not to wipe the eyelash out of her eyes for it would smear her eyeliner and eyeshadow, besides, her hands were full of germs right now. She had a grin on her face as she watched the man, no, she wasn't watching a man, she was watching some monster. She didn't bat an eyelash, blink, or even look disturbed that the man had picked up the rose again before she could even breathe. "I" , Isi spoke as she raised her eyebrow up and tilted her head sideways, "don't like flowers" she spoke slowly as if really thinking of what she was saying. Isi was trying to figure this guy out, trying to put a face to the man but he was carefully hidden beneath his hair, smart. "No, I don't like shows" she spoke again, this time her voice seemed a little dull, a bit cold and rude. Isi had purchased a ticket for one once, but then when inside the theater when she realized she would have to sit in the middle row, be trapped until the show ended...no way; that was just not something Isi could do. "Do you want to know what I like?" she asked as she turned the grin into a bashful smile. If this guy was careful and smart he would realize what sort of person Isi was. Who else could go from psycho grin to bashful in a few seconds? Isi liked killing, humans or vampires, but really everyone was a vampire in her eyes. Perhaps tonight she had found a real one. She stroked the small pistol with her hand which was holding up her coat. This was all a prop, an act to Isi, this was like a stage, this wasn't real, it never was. [/blockquote]
