Welcome to the Clearwater Residence
If you were to turn off onto a paved drive way and head on down it, you would see trees lining the way. However, when the trees begin to thin you will see a colonial style house that was built in the 1990's. The circular drive would start around the rock garden in the front yard that also holds a frog pond. Once parked in front of the door that sits under an arched porch, you would see the brilliant craftsmanship upon the cherry wood door with glass in its center. Once you step from your vehicle and ring the chiming door bell, you will be allowed entrance to the marvelous home of Lady Abigail Clearwater.
The foyer of this home is not large, but it is also not meant for a large gathering either. A long wooden staircase is in front of you as you step through the door way but the smell of cooking is coming from somewhere in the house. If you would continue into the house you would stumble across eleven complete rooms, six of them being bedrooms and five complete baths, plus a finished basement. In four of these rooms are fireplaces, one for the basement, study, and both sitting areas (one formal as the other is informal).
When you exit the house through the back door you will see a generous back yard where children could play and a garden where residents can take a stroll after taking their evening meal. Not to mention the light trees circling the estate to give shelter to high winds. Off to the side, closer to the trees, are a handful of homes where other members of Lady Abigail's clan lives on their own. They stay there with their own families and come up to the main house for meetings and formal dinners. However, the place you have just landed on after leaving the house would not be grass. It would be a soft cherry wood porch with a glass table for eating outdoors on a nice day.
From there, you could either go back into the house to visit with residents or travel the grounds. By any means, our tour is complete. Enjoy your stay at the Clearwater Residence.
