If they want to find out who put the drugs on the pigeon, give it a chip, let it fly back to Tuzla and arrest whoever the pigeon lands on. Free the pigeon!

Man.... I didn't think drug runners would actually use carrier pigeons to transport drugs rather than messages.

And there's always that small case of drugs making the user believe they are a pigeon, bird, things. Waltzing through town to notice a gigantic nest staining a beautifully disused building... that was an odd week, throwing hay from his nest, flapping his arms, then vanishing and leaving a six-foot tall egg in his wake... sorry, rabbiting again. *buggers off*  |

Perhaps that fellow received his LSD via carrier pidgeon and this image is a direct result of it being a bad idea to send bird with your drugs?
