As much as I hate to say it, powerplay (god-modding, whatever) is going to happen. As much as we all hate it and don’t like it done, if it’s not to some extent the thread doesn’t move much. It’s a lot of dancing around each other’s posts. Fighting or anything. Um, I don’t know really know much of what’s gone on, and I don’t want to get too heavily involved. Sorry. [/soapbox]
At the same time… it’s an open thread. How open do you mean? Werewolves, humans, vampires? Is anyone okay, or is it a kind of specific kind of open? Stupid question, I know.

No she means open, as in anyone. And yes I absolutely loathe powerplaying but if noone did it a little then the thread would be sixteen pages long n noone hit eachother yet.

I'm just going to touch down lightly on this discussion and drop out. For now.... Concerning people with vampire and werewolf characters. - Only two ways to die. Pfffttt.... You think a punctured lung is going to kill me?
- Loads of powers. Kiss me while I crush you.
- Use of current technology. Super strength/speed and force multipliers? Sweet!
Human characters. - More than two ways to die. A sword through the side piercing both lungs. Yummy.
- Hardly any powers. With no healing powers or way to avoid it permanent injury and mortal wounds sure are fun!
- Use of current technology. Which isn't that useful against super natural beings for some reason....
I'm just saying.... ;D A human is always going to bitch about power playing. With good reason. |

I know you never said anything about gods. I also know it's difficult not to power play in fight scenes. Was in one myself  And the vampire won!  *Nudges Isi and sticks out tongue* Your character just love to get into trouble. Job change?
