Does someone want to rp one of Rowan's parents? Either her Father or her Mother? They are both pure Were-Leopards. Both take the form of a Snow Leopard. And this is her birth parents, not her adoptive parents who left her out on the side of the street. I think that if someone wants to play them that they can go out and find Rowan and perhaps rekindle that lost love and get to know Rowan. Help her out with life and how to control her instincts. Make her a bit more proper.
Like Katherina of The Taming of Shrew. To make her nicer and more tamed. Submissive. In a way anyone can really do this with Rowan, if they want to. It doesn't have to be with her parents. I figured it would help Rowan know that she wasn't completely abandoned but yet like she was still loved.

Isi did a stupid thing with Hiro and Era. She backed up her car and tried to run them over in front of witnesses. In the end her car got ruined and the cops were called since Hiro shot a gun repeatedly at Isi.
Maybe Rowan was at the scene and chose to follow Isi in hopes to blackmail her and then gets caught and chained in her torture room which she's never really used before. And then because of [good reason] decides she needs to keep Rowan alive. Maybe their parents were good friends or something?

It just does. Though Isi doesn't like it nor does she accept it, her father is a werewolf. Rowan could try to blackmail Isi, Isi gets mad and goes: Who does this girl think she is? And since Isi is psycho, Isi wants to show Rowan what happens to someone who tries to blackmail her, prove that she's not afraid to kill anyone and has done so countless times before.
