GOT MORE RECORDS THAN THE KGB M.I.A. THIRD WORLD DEMOCRACY § Isi was doing some shopping in New York City itself. There were some pricy places, but Isi stayed out of range not because she couldn’t afford them, but because she disliked the surveillance systems. Also – one couldn’t pack “heat” and pass through the metal scanners intact. Precautions were everywhere these days. So Isi stuck to the small shops with displays placed outside cheap areas, where you were watched by at least five pairs of eyes – To make sure you weren’t nicking anything.
“Huff!”
§ Isi couldn’t help but give a “huff” of annoyance. Beggars were everywhere in the city. You sort of learned to ignore them. Just recently, a deceased beggar left one million dollars in dirty cash for the city. It was sort of funny how everyone fought over the money yet couldn’t care less about him. His death was no big deal until he had in his possession one million dollars. Cash. Isi reached into her pocket and dropped a few nickels, dimes, pennies and quarters onto the floor, not caring to aim for the cup.
§ Why should Isi spend her hard earned stolen money on helping the less fortunate? She had spent a good thousand dollars on things and her hands were filled with bags from various shops. It felt good to shop! Usually Isi just had things delivered to her estate. But it felt good to shop! Very good! The daylight was shining, giving Isi a perfectly good reason to use her new sunglasses. She stepped over another homeless as if the ground had a muddy puddle. People were moving in rhythm, the streets were crowded.

A shrill shriek suddenly escalated over the bustling crowd. It pierced the air with a disturbing, and painful sound.
Up ahead, a few people began to gather as a young man and a few of his friends were getting up off the ground. One had apparently been thrown against the nearby wall of a building for he took the longest in regaining his consciousness. There was a bit of a dent in the bricks and a tad of dust in the lingering air. Onlookers were appalled, but amidst the bizarre occurrence, a trouble girl had managed to flee the scene.
Seras hid in a nearby alleyway, cherishing the cool feel of the shade against her exposed skin. She was yet to be used to the pain the sunlight brought to her recently. It startled her. She had lost her coat in the confrontation prior and her sunglasses had been broken as well. No matter of the pain she experienced, the vampiress was more shaken up over the loss of her bag of newly purchased clothing. She sighed and wiped a few tears from her eyes as she took off her sunglasses and inspected the damage. The lenses were both cracked heavily. It upset her dearly.
"Stupid boys..." Seras muttered, only to soon apologize to those who disturbed her. "Im sorry... I didn't mean it...really!"
A few people began to assess the situation and look for this girl witnesses had said threw the boys about and hurt them so. Nobody was willing to acknowledge their intent to harm her, not even Seras herself.

GOT MORE RECORDS THAN THE KGB M.I.A. THIRD WORLD DEMOCRACY § Isi was slightly confused as to the situation. What was going on up ahead? She spotted several people gawking. Good old New York! You only stopped long enough to gawk so you had something interesting to talk about at work. But no one would help. A woman could be raped in broad daylight and the business men in the Armani suits would walk on by, letting another guy be the White Knight, anyone but themselves.
§ Isi spotted a nice little bag lying on the street, unnoticed. It was a bag from a designer store. And it was left alone. Was it empty? Was it a bomb? Curiosity killed the redhead of course. Isi varied not from her walking pattern, angled down on her right side, swooped up the tiny bag and let it join her masses. She would inspect what was inside in a moment. It was heavy, something was inside of it. However, if it was a homeless persons item, she would be very, very mad.
“Interesting!”
§ She muttered to herself. Since Isi had no one to talk to, she often spoke to herself. Her walking slowed until she was a bit away from the gathered crowd. Some men were still on the ground, they had look which was hard to fake of, “what the hell just happened?” As if they had gotten themselves into a match against a skinny dude who just so happened to take advanced level jujitsu. Isi chuckled to herself, stopped by the entrance to the alleyway, and without bothering to check or not if the alley way was empty, she peeked inside the found bag, letting curiosity get her.

Seras sat upon the cold pavement, her knees brought to her chest and her arms wrapped tightly around her legs. She burried her face in her knees and wept softly, hoping nobody would hear her. She wanted to go back out into the streets and go about her business. To pretend as if her days were nothing out of the ordinary, but most of all to retrieve her newly purchased clothing. Though it were only a few small pairs of skinny jeans, and a cute top, they were designer and rather expensive. The girl often found herself being incredibly materialistic. She had also spent a few hundred dollars on hair spray and other cosmetics at a neighboring store before having been rudely acquainted with the previous men. It would seem she often found herself being pursued by rowdy men for she was more than likely always alone, quite frail by appearance, but more than anything incredibly well kept and beautiful to others.
Seras tried her best to wipe her tears away, but smudged her eyeliner in the process. Hectic, she carefully dried her eyes on a handkerchief she always carried with her, and checked her pockets for a pen of liquid eyeliner. When her pants revealed nothing, the girl stood in an instant and checked them again before looking at the surrounding ground. She began to cry again when she couldn't find it and wondered how she would venture on back home looking as horrible as she always thought she did.

GOT MORE RECORDS THAN THE KGB M.I.A. THIRD WORLD DEMOCRACY § Isi stopped and turned around at the sound of the girls voice. She had no idea why she stopped and turned. She always ignored people. And if mortals tried to talk to her, she either broke their jaws, walked away, or ignored them as if they were not there. Isi turned to the right, stopped, and stared at the girl. She was quite pale. Isi would have instantly thought of a vampire except it was very bright outside, no vampire would be stupid enough to wander about. . Goth's were also pale.
“Bag? These are MY bags.”
§ So the bag belonged to the Goth? Well it was Isi's bag now! She clutched the bags tighter and brought them closer to her body. She flashed the girl a "dismissal wave" with her right hand and began to continue walking. If the girl decided to try anything she would be pleasantly surprised. Isi went straight for the easy bones to break, it wasn't enough to have a hand behind a back.
“Drama. Crying Goth's. Emo's."

The girl took a few cautious steps forward, he image becoming more clear to any onlookers as the shadows parted. Her deathly pale visage was steaked with black eyeliner and her cheeks were wet.
Seras sniffed lightly into the air, catching a soft scent on or near the person before her whom was walking away slowly, her back turned. Then, she saw it. This woman was holding her very bag! A bizarre sense of irritation brewed deep in the pit of her heart, but was instantly put to rest by her severe depressive nature. The girl wanted to speak up but when she opened her mouth nothing came forth. Instead, she simply went to follow the lady out of the alleyway, but alas the sunlight hurt her eyes. She stopped just shy of the street and finally mustered the courage to speak.
"Um.... miss.... t-t-that bag.." The girl stammered, obviously still shaken up from her previous encounter. "Never mind... I'm sorry..." Seras whispered, looking down at her shoes. They were now quite dirty and it upset her. Thankfully the girl hadn't lost her purse either and decided to continue shopping. Still, she wished she could talk to this lady before her and opted to follow her.

"Oh.... Im sorry..." Seras whispered in a sad tone that suggest she was too convinced it was in fact this stranger's merchandise in the bag.
Still, the bright sunlight began to bother her even more now. She was only recently turned, but since her human side was withering swiftly in recent weeks, her pale skin burned more under the bright rays. The vampiress retreated under the shade of a nearby awning, her gaze beginning to blur. The colour in her eyes had faded to nothing but a near pink shade and her cute fangs began to poke their way between her pale lips.
Seras forced a smile upon her face and attempted to speak once more.
"Enjoy your purchases, wench."
Suddenly her voice was enthusiastic but along with the demeaning glare in her brilliant eyes it was very much short lived. She immediately put a hand over her lips and gasped. What had she just said? In that instant, Seras felt somebody else speaking words through her lips, a side of her she had never once been in touch with. It frightened her normal, pathetically depressed self. She truly hadn't meant to say such a thing to this woman and had no idea how she ever could. Simply having heard herself speak it upset her.

GOT MORE RECORDS THAN THE KGB M.I.A. THIRD WORLD DEMOCRACY § Isi couldn't help but grin, even if it was just to herself. She had that effect on people - All people. She had some brand new free designer clothing. And what was better than designer clothing? Nothing? What was better than free? Probably everything. But free + designer = good. Isi clutched the bags in her hand. She was used to carrying around heavy things but the handles were digging into her skin.
"W... w ... what ... WHAT?"
§ Isi froze as she just stopped in the sidewalk. People walked around her, mumbling and complaining about having to walk around. Isi's face was blank but it was shaken up. It brought up some horrible memories, the word "wench". Wench ... wench ... wench ... WENCH! It wasn't a word Isi liked to hear ever again. Her breathing stalled and the grip on her bags tightened. Her face was red from both embarrassment and anger - Though she hoped the girl only knew about the anger part and not why she would/should be embarrassed. She turned around and walked back to that alley.
"What did you call me?"
§ Isi dropped her bags. She could hear the sounds of the fragile things like sunglasses breaking. The sound of her voice was unbelievably frightening. The blank mask had dropped and actual anger could be seen. Her eyes had the look of a killer, one could only tell if they had seen a killer or had killed themselves. She was still standing in the sunlight, but in about a moment she was going to wander into that alleyway and kick that Goth/Emo ass!

Seras stood face to face with this girl now, but despite being once again in the shade of shadows there was nothing left to comfort her. She could not believe what had just came out of her own mouth and it quite possibly upset her more than it even did this lady before her. However, the look in Isi's eyes frightened the girl. She had only ever seen a similar look but once, in an instant her Hiro had killed a group of men who were to harm his lover. The vampiress had hoped never to look upon that gaze ever, but here she was looking a person in the eyes who wore the very same anger. Except it was directed towards her.
"I-I-I'm Sorry..."
Seras stammered in her speech, her voice was weak and frightful.
"P-Please I d-d-didn't mean it. I don't know w-w-what came over me."
There were tears falling down her cheeks as she couldn't hold herself back anymore. Seras had never been in a fight before, not with a female. But today she could feel it. She knew alot of pain was to befall her.
"I'm sorry..."
A strange voice spoke in the back of her head.
"You're not sorry. Stop playing that heap of bollucks. This wench stole your bags. Are you going to just stand here and let that happen?"
"But she didn't mean to! They're hers. Honest!"
"STOP IT! just get your bags back and let's get out of here!"
Seras fell to her knees and began to hold her head in pain. She had a strange, empty look in her eyes.
"No, please... get out of my mind! Please!... Just get out! I don't want to do this... please..."
Between tears she managed to speak to the girl whom still stood before her, probably dumbfounded by her conversation with someone who wasn't among them two.
"Please... I'm sorry... I didn't mean to! Honest! She made me say it!"

GOT MORE RECORDS THAN THE KGB M.I.A. THIRD WORLD DEMOCRACY § Isi was good at striking fear into the hearts of many a people. Most would think that there was nothing to be feared from the young Victorian Gothic Style Girl but there was much. All you had to do was open your eyes. She had lost her naive innocence so long ago. All that was left was hardened slivers of soul. Was her soul intact? If there was such a thing as a God ... If Isi had to take a guess, and her life depended on it, she would bet in favor of a destroyed soul.
"You're sorry?"
§ Isi hissed. She stepped forwards. Her boot landed on her bag and a loud crunch noise could be heard. It wasn't as if she had spent more than five hundred bucks on her items which she now considered stupid. The items were all but forgotten about with the issue at hand - Pulverizing that girl! Her hands weren't gloved, nor was she wearing any rings or anything, but a punch from Isi would still hurt. She knew the human body in and out. And more importantly, she knew where it would hurt.
". . don't know what came over you."
§ She stepped into the alley way. The light was behind her, and she was now in semi-darkness. She moved closer and closer to the girl like a Tigress moving in to stalk and kill wounded prey. Isi saw the tears for from the girls lips. She was that scared! It only made Isi angrier, excited, happier. She had a few weapons on her person. But Isi's number one rule was, never bring out a weapon unless you mean to use it! If she pulled out a gun she would end up killing the kid. Isi just wanted to perhaps, break a few bones or make her pay for that comment.
"What the fuck?"
§ Isi muttered as she stepped backwards as the girl fell to her knees. For a second, Isi looked to her own hand now fists. Had she punched the girl? She looked from the girl to her fist. No, she hadn't punched her ... yet (unless she was in a blind furry). Her mouth opened in a large "O" shape, shocked. The girl didn't seem to be playing crazy. Hell, she was fucking crazy!
"I don't give a fuck who made you say what. You said it and you're gonna fucking pay!"
§ She was swearing loudly now. But she knew that no one would interfere. Why would they? It sort of looked like Isi was talking to herself. The girl was on the ground. Isi shouted angrily, she raised her leg in the air and went to kick the girl. She went to kick her hard.

Seras could hear the girl moving towards her without even shooting a glance in her direction. Her tired, depressed eyes were fixed upon the ground. Then suddenly, she felt a boot up against the side of her head, knocking her further to the pavement.
She let out a slight yelp of pain, or perhaps pleasure. There was now a most bizarre smile across her pale lips. Seras tasted blood and somehow the pain didnt translate to her as such. Without so much as an argument, the girl slowly made her way to her feet and took a slow step towards the lady once more. She flung her tattered hair aside and fixed her bangs the best she could, giving the lady a prettier target to ruin with another hit from her boot, or perhaps a punch.
"I'm sorry, Miss."
Seras smiled and again brushed her hair about in an attempt to fix it. Wether over their quarrel or out of sarcasm, her apology seemed a bit less than sincere. The look in her eyes had shifted to one of happiness and determination. However, a crying girl deep inside her desperately tried for her body to not upset the lady further.

GOT MORE RECORDS THAN THE KGB M.I.A. THIRD WORLD DEMOCRACY § Isi's foot made contact with the girl. She knew something would be hurting! And in the morning? Let's just say, "ouch!" Isi pouted her lips, trying to give the impression that she didn't like hurting the girl, but she had to. It was for the girls own benefit that she hurt her. Of course, this was probably of the same mind-set of a wife beater too! Isi enjoyed hurting the girl in truth, she just didn't want anyone, any witnesses, to describe later that she enjoyed it. Not that anyone by far seemed to notice what was going on around them.
"Fucking bitch!"
§ Isi shouted in a soft, yet angry voice. The voice was in no way soft the way one would speak to a baby. It was soft as in light, to not be overheard. The anger was there, dripping from each letter. If she screamed at the top of her lungs, you never knew where Coppers where in the city - The Police had to interfere. And then things wouldn't go so swell. She could see the blood. God, Isi loved blood! Especially when it wasn't her own.
"If you got blood on my boots I WILL kill you."
§ Isi watched, sort of startled as the girl got up. She took a step towards Isi and fluffed her hair as if to say, "is that all you got?". That wasn't all Isi had. In fact, that action only made Isi madder. It infuriated her! Her blood was boiling now that the girl made yet another apology, sarcasm dripping from every word. Isi took a step closer to the girl. Somehow, she seemed different. Different than anyone else. Normally someone would scream, beg for help; but this girl, she just got right up.
"I'm going to wipe that smile off your face!"
§ What was Isi going to do? She didn't know yet. If she brought out a gun, she would kill the girl - Something she knew she really shouldn't do. If she brought out a weapon, she would possibly injure the girl - Something she knew she shouldn't do either. You either knifed someone and they lived, or you knifed someone and had to kill them because they had seen you knifing them! Isi raised her right hand into a fist again, and went to take a strike at the girls face. She would break her jaw.

The smile on Seras' face only grew when she saw the lady before her raise her fist once more. She hadn't meant to infuriate the woman with an attitude or out of sarcasm, but it would appear she came off that way. This upset her and the vampiress did her best to frown or appear frightened, but the onset of pain only made her joyful. The last blow to her head was certainly something else and Seras enjoyed every bit of it.
"Im sorry... I just didnt want you to have to hit something so gross..." She whispered to the lady just as she noticed a punch going to her head.
In an instant Seras stumbled a step back as she put a hand to her cheek. The pain was wondrous! Again, she still smiled.
"Thank you heaps..."
The words escaped her lips ever so faintly as a slight tear welled up in her eye. She couldn't remember the last time such anger was forced upon her, despite it being only a few hours prior to everything. She often forced herself to forget such instances, but this one felt oh so wonderful.

GOT MORE RECORDS THAN THE KGB M.I.A. THIRD WORLD DEMOCRACY § Isi's fist made contact with the girl. Damn, did it hurt to hit someone! It had actually been a while since Isi had hit someone with her bare fists. Her face made a soul expression, she was trying to cover up that her hand was aching. All in all, her sore hand was worth it. The next time she went shopping she might cover her hands with an assortment of jewelry.
"How thoughtful of you!"
§ Isi couldn't help but stare as the girl still smiled, and thanked her! This time there wasn't a hint of sarcasm towards Isi's ears. What was wrong with the girl? Was she touched in the head? Or .. was she one of those types of people who enjoyed pain? Isi had read all about them in the newspaper a few months back when there was a murder taking place in a fetish club where the rich frequented.
"Ugh. Don't tell me you have a fetish for this?"
