::SUMMARY::
Kerr has a unique set of skills that set him apart from many others older than he and younger than he. Brought up in the cold winters of the northern Scandinavia area. At a young age born to the Viking clan of Magne one of the largest existing in the area years ago. Because he was born to the leader of this ancient clan of vikings he was instilled with the fearless nature that all of the Norse warriors possessed before battle. However the clan Magne was not only a band of warriors but of vampires as well which made them feared amongst the other clans and kingdoms in the area. Being born a Viking vampire was something that was not heard of in those days especially since vampirism and its routes mainly came from eastern European nations such as Romania and Yugoslavia.
Strategy was something that Kerr developed much later in life after leaving his clan behind in exile. Kerr has a very cruel nature which is taboo in north mythology and thought to be the a sign that one follows the path of Loki and his fellow giant brethren the enemies of the Aesir and the Norse Gods. Kerr believed in the gods of his time but also believed that the Gods but believed his race to be something more divine than humans. He believed that it was his birth right and the will of Odin that he rule over humans and other lesser life forms. These lesser life forms not only included humans but shape shifters such as Lycans, and other "Were" creatures. He believed these beasts to be nothing more than hunting animals much as one would use a hound to track down his prey.
During his long life he studied the Occult world such as his race, and the various other races that inhabited the world. Because of his studying the occult he learned the anatomy of not only his vampire brethren, but the weaknesses of them as well. He learned that almost every "Immortal" was allergic to silver including himself. Through studying and time he was able to accurately figure out the various anatomical aspects of his race and Lycans primarily as they were often used as his slaves and test subjects.
His super human abilities came from the vampire blood running through his veins. His super strength, speed, agility, and raw cunning made him a deadly adversary in battle and often times he was though of one of the best. While some of the Norse thought the Magne clan were divine warriors sent by Odin to test the courage and bravery of others Kerr knew that his foolish family were indeed cowards fighting inferior species such as humans and never challenging themselves and proving their worthiness. Because of his life in the cold wilderness of northern Scandinavia he has developed a greater stamina and feels more at home in cold weather.
Another ability of Kerr is Telepathy which is simply the ability to read and communicate through the mind. Since he has had many years to perfect this ability he can use telepathy on virtually anyone however there are several exceptions to this where he can not communicate with them via telepathy.
::WEAKNESES::
1.Silver, Holy Water, Hallowed ground
2. Split Personality Disorder
3. Alcohol
4. Lack of trust
5. Cruelty
::SUMMARY::
While any creature can seem Immortal they are truly never such a thing. They have ways they can be injured and most of the so called "Immortals" can be killed which Kerr found out early enough in his long life of learning. During his occult studies he learned the weaknesses of his race the hard way by experimenting on himself. Since he could not bring himself to experiment on those of his own kind whom he believed to be chosen by Odin to bring about a new age to Midgard which is what Earth was known as in Norse Mythos. He also learned that water blessed by Shamans, Witch Doctors, or Christian priests were also harmful to him thus making him believe that these religions were of Loki and should not be learned, or practiced. The Hallowed ground such as cemeteries and burial mounts were places that also caused him much misfortune and he believed these to be gates to Helheim in his religion where the cowards went which is why he felt greatly weakened when standing on them.
Kerr has a split personality which is the exact opposite of his naturally cruel side. This is thought to be a contradiction that arose from him studying the occult in exile. However it can not be confirmed or denied whether this other personality is permanent or simply a facade that Kerr puts on to lower others guards. Kerr is the cruel side and Aegir is the kind side of him and though to be born of the feelings towards his first wife and sons whom had been slain years prior to him returning to his homeland. It can not be determined when or where the personality split or even if it is a true separate personality within Kerr. They often argue with one another about things of great moral value.
Alcohol is something Kerr could never deal with too well. He would become drunken and violent often times after consuming large amounts of any kind of alcohol and finds that it weakens his state of being and leaves him in a vulnerable state and as such only partakes in small amounts now and again and refuses to drink certain "Impure" liquids such as those prepared by certain races or nationalities of humans. Kerr also has a hard time trusting anyone and as such has no one close to him. He does not believe in trivial mortal matters such as alliances and prefers to surround himself with slavery, and often times the screams and plea's of others under his control. In a way he views himself almost as one of the gods.
His cruelty while a strength as he is never caught off guard, is also a weakness. By refusing to show compassion and being a cruel master to any who enter service, whether by choice or not. Cruelty has made Kerr feared, but also left him alone in solitude without allies on any side of the field and even his own species fear him and refuse to affiliate with one such as himself. Kerr does no view this as a weakness but many servants feel that a time will come where he regrets leaving himself with no one to call friend.

::HAIR:: Shoulder length, straight and jet black
::EYES:: Ice Blue / Blood Red
::HEIGHT:: Six feet and one inch
::WEIGHT:: Two Hundred Pounds
:MARKS::
Several Identifying tattoo's and marks are branded onto Kerr's ivory skin. Most of the tattoo's are recently renewed and resemble Glyphs or pictures of past battles or hold some kind of meaning. A pile of skulls with a sword on the top is a symbol to show all those he has killed. There are dozens of skulls that are finely etched into his skin. Several other tattoo's are ancient runes whose meaning are only known to Kerr himself and adorn most of his body including his neck. Most think these are clan marks or they tell a story of his life in simple words or symbols.
::SKIN TONE:: Ivory skin, like a darker porcelain color
::BODY TYPE:: Athletic Body Type
::CLOTHES::
Varies from day to day, mostly casual wear that he keeps in his closet all locked up. He does have several pieces of armor from long ago that he hardly uses anymore. He does wear artifacts and jewelry that are near priceless since they have been with him since the ages long past. They are historical pieces some would consider that have sustained that weather of time just as he has. One is a ring with Runes etched into steel that are his full name. Another is a pendant with an Obsidian core and several precious stones adorning the outside of them. This is the pendant given to each Heir of the Magne clan. Other than these artifacts he maintains a low key profile regardless of where he travels or where he lives at a time.
::SUMMARY::
General appearance
Kerr stands at around 6 feet tall which is an average size for the normal person in today's world. He has a very pale complexion though it has been untouched by blemishes, it has its rugged nature from the few scars and signs of battle that crease his face. His overall body shape is that of a well trained athlete who has been playing sports and keeping in shape for many years. It is not that he is muscle bound but has enough muscle to show off every now and again. He has short black hair that is no longer than shoulder length and is of a straight style and texture. His face has a well groomed black goatee of the same color of his hair. His eyes are the most prominent feature on his face as they are a deep ice blue color. Most often associate his eyes with bright blue sapphires that can peer into a soul.
His upper torso is covered in various scars and markings from his tribal days one would say. Runes that identify him as who he is, and markings that he occasionally has redone to be more modern will let others know he has been here for many years. Some think he is simply a mediocre person with a fascination or obsession with the Viking life style, and often they find out they are most certainly wrong. Having lived the viking life style and followed the codes he marks his body as a Testament to those who do not believe in Odin as he does, and as a way of showing how superior he is to others. At least that is what he believes them to mean.
Casual Wear
As stated Kerr loves to blend in and as such he often buys clothes that a normal human would wear. He has a variety of clothing he has stolen from his deceased victims as well as bought from the stores under a fake name using credit cards and other measures too fool the humans into allowing him to make a purchase without any hesitations or questions. Most of his casual wardrobe consists of t-shits and blue jean pants. However he occasionally will wear something that is slightly more flashy, such as band shirts and the Gothic style of clothing.
By Gothic style he often will wear black or dark shirts with various band pictures, or cover art on them. He uses these styles to blend in with his prey in the various techno rave scenes which are his primary hunting grounds. He seldom adorns himself with flashy items or things that would attract others attention to him without him wanting them to. He often wears black dress shoes even in his casual attire.
Formal Wear
His formal wear consists of various Suits and attire that one would think best befit a noble man of the seventeen hundreds. The suits he wears are only used on occasions where his presence is required and for him to be in full noble attire. This seldom happens as his former Norse clan has only called him before their council one time before in the past thousand or more years. His black suit he has worn once during his long life at his exile from the clan. In his formal wear he breaks the trend of not attracting attention by adorning himself with precious gems attached to gold rings and various other artifacts as a method to prove his status among the elite of his kind.
Artifacts
Several artifacts that he keeps on him are items that are near priceless. Some of them are from hundreds of years ago when England was first forming under the rule of a Monarchy, some of them are from the time when Rome fell and some are even before that and were handed to him by a vampire who had been at the crucifixion of Jesus of Nazareth. These rings, stones, and amulets were thought to be fakes by many, other than those immortals who know of him or have heard of him through various stories or tales of bravery. None of the artifacts have any special abilities or powers, and are simply ancient jewelry of sorts.

::SUMMARY::
Kerr is a proud warrior from a people that have long thought to be extinct or only found in lesser or more evolved forms. His belief in the norse theology is evident with his occasional refferences to the gods such as Odin, Thor, Freyr, Fenris, and others. He has studied deeply in the culture of the Norse mythology and believes that vampires are the direct descendants of Odin and a human woman. An affair that created an almost god like being with the ability of flight and fantastic super human powers. Therefore he also takes pride in his heritage as a vampire and believes that humans and Lycans to be of lesser species.
He has also studied the occult learning the anatomy of his own species and that of were wolves. He learned the anatomy by tearing apart his slaves and those he had turned into vampires simply for the sake of learning their secrets. As such he learned his own species is allergic to sun light and several elements found in the compound of silver. Also learning that he has several other defects that he believes are weaknesses inherited from his human ancestors. Manipulating other people is also something that comes easy to him. He often manipulates people to do his bidding and often it causes them their life instead of himself.
He particularly dislikes other species such as Were Wolves, and Were Cheetahs. This dislike comes from the belief that the vampire race is a descendant of the gods and all of the other ones are inferior. He believes that impure vampires are ones that are not born with the dark gift are also inferior. They are simply the lesser forms of the gods, such as the offspring of the Norse gods when they slept with humans. He will seldom turn humans into vampires and only when his entourage is low on members. He does not view these changelings as equal to him but more a less as a body guard or set of people who are expendable to him.
His arrogance often gets him into several tight situations where he has to use whatever he can. Along with his arrogance is his blind belief that he is a supreme being that has clouded his judgment in the past. A split personality also developed in him during his exile that caused a break in him. It is seldom seen but he can exhibit signs of kindness to those he may consider close to him or care for. It has been seen maybe once in the past three or four centuries but even so it means that Kerr can change even if it breaks his personality into two. One day soon the two separate identities may clash with one another and destroy each other or merge to create a new personality only time will tell.

Seldom turns humans into vampires. Has only changed a dozen or so humans in 500 years. He bites the victims and the virus is transmitted through the salivary glands of Kerr. After a incubation period of three to four days the humans undergo a death like phase where they will lie dormant for up to a year depending on where they have been bit. Upon awakening they have a strong urge to search out Kerr wherever he may be. They can only ignore the feeling for a small amount of time before it causes them to feel physical pain. Once they have found him, he makes them feed for the first time and then they become a true vampire.
::HISTORY::
The Ice Age - Childhood to adolescence
In the vampiric community a child being born is something that is taken with great pride and honor. Not many vampires are able to bear children and it takes them many decades or centuries to finally bear a single child. However the lord of the clan Magne and his wife were considered to be the purest of their kind simply by being blessed with more than one child. Kerr was the first to be born and as such as destined to lead the clan hopefully to a new age of prosperity. Some would consider a child to be a small boy, however in the vampire customs and traditions a child can be considered to be a hundred years old or more compared to others who might be there. Though during the first 20 years of life the vampire child grows at a normal rate that a human child would. On the twentieth birthday especially in the Magne clan, the vampires it seemed would inherrit the dark gift of their parents and become true vampires feeding often for the first time on a few select villagers.
These villagers who are offered to the vampire child in the Magne clan are turned and as such become indentured to their original master whomever it may be. These customs from the clan stretched back hundreds if not thousands of years before most people knew the written language existed. The indentured servants would grow with the vampire child as his mentors and often his moral compass. However in the case with Kerr he soon became too attached to one of them. A young female by the name of Rashel and he were having a secret love affair and while he was considered to be pure blood she was not and it was forbidden for the clan members to have children outside of pure bloods. It was a way to keep Clan Magne the strongest in the lands.
So when Geir, the lord of the clan found out about this he had his son punished and the girl put to death for breaking an oath to him and the clan. This caused a break in Kerr's personality a small fracture that would affect him greatly but not till years later. Learning more about his heritage and justifying the reasons the young girl was put to death only fueled an inner pride that seemed insatiable. He went back through the tomes, books, and ledgers to see where the clan came from and learned that his people's history had started 4,000 years prior. This time line was similar to events held in norse mythology as holy events. Therefor the idea and theory that Vampires came from Odin began to stir in his mind.
For three hundred years he was considered a child not allowed to partake in certain events, and was resticted to learning how to defend himself in martial combat with weapons and without weapons. On his 400th birthday he was admitted to the clan as a young adult or an adolescent. He was given a career within the clan as much children were. He was too noble to be a simple guard so they bestowed upon him the apprentice ship to the librarian. The librarians were elite warriors who were gifted in battle and chosen to protect the history of the clan and its treasures. They were allowed access to the vast amount of knowledge housed in the great black cathedral. Vast amounts of books awaited him and he began to read through them and absorb the knowledge fueling his insatiable appetite to know more about his people. Four nearly 300 more years he held fast his position as a librarian until it was time for a promotion to him.
The Wilderness - Becoming an Adult
Shortly after his 700th birthday, Kere was bestowed with the title of Baron. He was given a large plot of land near the coast of Iceland and a large sum of gold and slaves. By now he was a man to be feared and respected both. His training as a librarian made him a formidable opponent and even though the teachings of Odin became scarce amongst the vampire race in Iceland Kerr held fast onto his beliefs. Transferring many of the tomes in secret he began his own library at his castle. It is around this time that his first incursion with Were wolves is sought. Feeling humans to be too frail for the work he needed to be done, at first he hired several Lycans who were looking for money and shelter. They worked long hours and often times were given little but at the end of it were rewarded with large sums of gold. This was just a taste of what Kerr had been planning for months now. Hoping they would return with a dozen or more of their friends ready to work he hoped to enslave them.
His plan worked, after several weeks nearly two dozen lycans showed up wanting to work for the riches their friends earned. However what they received was hard slave labor and a cold bedding. Using the Lycans brute strength to create an undergroun tunnel around the castle nearly 15 miles in diameter allowed him to move about underground unnoticed. The maze of tunnels was only known to Kerr and a Human overseer who had been killed by Kerr when the project was done. The tunnels were sturdy enough and could house him for the rest of eternity if need be. Here he kept his laboratory and other various experimental rooms. His gold suppository was also hidden deep within the catacombs and even had several large boulders placed over top of it. He however never slept down in the maze as he felt that he should still enjoy his royal privileges.
During this time he also secretly kidnapped low ranking members of the Clan and dissected them to learn more about the vampire anatomy and learn how it worked and what they were allergic to. Along with learning more about his race, he dissected Lycans to learn more about them and how to use their weaknesses against them. During daylight the lycans were nothing more than fragile humans but at night they were vicious beasts. He had several concubines during this time but none bore his children and he believed it was due to Odin having more in store for him, others thought it was because he was wicked in nature.
After 300 years or so of servitude the Lycans managed to free some of their brethren. Requesting aid from clan Magne, the lycans feared that Kerr would soon find out about them and fled the lands towards the sea. However Geir who had been ready to appoint Kerr the lord of the clan giving him dominion over all of Iceland soon became enraged at his sons grotesque nature. Kerr was brought before the high council and put on trial for Treason, Crimes against the Clan, Crimes against the Gods, among a few other lesser crimes. Each one of these crimes was punishable by death to any one else, however the high court held Kerr in high regard and felt it their fault for not leading him to the right path.
Therefore Kerr was stripped of his title, Exiled , chained and placed in a coffin. The coffin was then lowered into a crypt deep within where his maze had been. The crypt was sealed with several stone doors and had a blessing put on it by a shaman of Odin and a priest that was chartered to do such. Kerr's black castle was to be destroyed and all of his books and theories burned. The slaves were set free and those who had become to attached to Kerr were burned alive.
Inferno - When you go on a journey of revenge, dig two graves
Darkness consumed Kerr for nearly 400 years all he knew was the sound of quiet darkness. It was like death to him, a constant hunger that scratched at his skull like nails on a chalk board. His body felt as though every limb, every organ, every cell were on fire and this was his punishment. He endured for these four hundred years thinking of how his father, mother, and his family betrayed him. He felt as though he were in the right and would show them the vengeance of Odin when he was finally free. He had lost track of the days so he had not the slightest idea of what the world looked like now and only knew a thousand years could not be over.
However as he lay doorman in his crypt life began to thrive over his black castle. The ruins were no longer even there burried under the earth over the years as if the earth herself were crying out to erase his memory from herself. In the place where his home once stood was a lush forestry that existed with others species of plants and animals in peace for those many years. However the Crypt marker that stood in the middle of the forest kept animals, people, and all others alike away from it. An Ankh stood in stone with a line of runes etched on it. Some still too this day say it looked brand new as if some one or something kept replacing it with identical stone statues every year. However one could feel the anger, the hatred and the blood lust rising from the stone as if it was a single channeling point for Kerr's emotions and feelings.
In the modern era the forests were cut down, the animals moved away and were replaced by the city of Kópavogur. The small town grew into a larger metropolis that seemed to hold many people especially for a place like Iceland. The stone Ankh that served as a supernatural way to keep Kerr's powers locked away was broken. With it being broken all the anger and hatred that had been festering was released in a giant ball of fire that scorched the earth and killed dozens. Upon hearing this the Magne clan dispatched several of their "Watchers" which were modern day warriors to see the disturbance. However inspecting the crypt had not been touched or broken the watchers simply placed a new Ankh to funnel the hatred.
However, it was already too late by then. The sorrow and blood of the victims had saturated the ground above the crypt and the scent drove Kerr mad. With the first Ankh broken, it allowed enough time for Kerr to muster the strength to break out of his chains and his coffin. Finding himself in an ancient and empty tomb he could smell the blood above. However he was still by far too weak to go above ground so he hunted the small rodents and rabbits that happened to wander into the area. After nearly 10 more years of waiting and growing stronger he broke the stone doors and the blessings that were placed on the crypt. Since the Magne clan owned much of the mines that connected to Kerr's former labyrinth it was easy for him to find his way out to the top. Knowing it would be too soon before his brothers and sister found out he was free, Kerr left his home land with hatred in his heart. Knowing one day he would return and make them suffer for the agony they caused him, he set out on a frigate hiding in the shadows to keep himself alive until he arrived at wherever the ship was. When he awoke a week or so later he looked out at the majestic view of .... New York City, where his new terror would begin.

Prologue to Disaster
The deep seeded hatred spilled from his very heart, or at least what was assumed to be a heart. He sat in the damp cold darkness screaming in his mind at the constants burning that caused him so much pain. The fool family of his believed him to be a son of Loki and yet they had the audacity to align themselves with filth such as the humans and half breeds. No, Odin would not stand for such treachery amongst one of his greatest agents. The insanity began to swirl about his inner mind like a vortex of hatred and malcontent. Those who had locked him up in this hell and forced him to endure so much agony over the countless years would feel so much more pain when he was able to get his hands on them. As he struggled to stifle the growing madness that threatened to destroy his very mind.
He kept his eyes on the day when he would be free, either by some random chance of the fates, or by Odins will himself. When he was free from this infernal tomb he would destroy every thing his former family held dear. As he lay here over the years struggling to remain what existed of himself he began to feel some of the anger and hatred giving him strength. He knew that a charm of some sort had been placed to drain his hateful energy in some way. Feeling strong enough he broke the bonds that held him in place and broke free of the coffin. Waking up in a dark and damp room where his eyes had to readjust to what little light was there. The large stone walls with the blessings on them stood between him and the outside world. He knew he was still too weak and would have to feed on rodents and small animals that had seemed to make their nest here.
As such he waited in the darkness draining the red life essence from every creature that walked towards him. After what seemed like an eternity he had enough strength to break out of his prison and be free once more. Breaking the wall with brute force was something he could not do as he would have to make the seals weak first. By channeling a deep rooted hatred he was able to over power the blessing for a short time and then broke through the wall. After all, blessings used the power of Love, and Kindness and the exact opposite would be hatred and violence. Kerr walked the tunnels which he knew were his former labyrinth for months feeding on small animals and even foolish humans who dared to make sacrifices to hell here.
Soon he was clothed and ready to venture to the surface world once more and take his revenge. Gathering several of his belongings that had been kept in the keep far beneath his labyrinth in an air tight hollow so age did not weather them. A spell of sorts had been used to keep them the way they were and as such he knew he would be able to barter with some human for artifacts such as these. Packing them up and leaving the underground maze he looked out at a brand new world full of wondrous and marvelous things. However he could sense a large movement of several powerful vampires moving towards the city as he stood. Knowing he could not defeat them all he headed for a large steel ship that was as tall as a Giant. Hiding in the shadows of the ship and waiting for a few days he knew wherever it was going must be far away from his home land. When the ship stopped moving and it was safe for him to move outside of it he stood and looked at the large glowing city. A sign at the exit area for where the crates had been unloaded said "New York City Central Docks" and now he would call this place home. He would use this city to grow stronger than his family and destroy the entire house for their treachery.
His now long black hair and ragged modern clothes were all one could see under the moonlight. His blue eyes turned red and he let out a dark and ominous laugh as he could smell the huge amounts of vampires among lesser species hiding in the shadows of the city. Yes this was the place he was willing to call home. For he would build an army strong enough to destroy Clan Magne and any who stood in his way. He left the immediate vicinity after taking his first victim in the new city. The dock worker had not known what it was that attacked him but simply felt the hot sting and then cold death as he slipped into an unconscious state. Kerr did not drain the human of all of his life energy but left him clinging to life like a drowning cat.
Though the virus would kill the dockworker, it would be a much slower and much more cruel fate than death. The dock worker would be the first of his slaves and minions in this city. Human life was such a frail thing Kerr did not consider the repercussions of announcing himself so spectacularly. For he did not know that times had changed and Lycans among Human hunters also heard the news of a new vampire in town and some were gunning for his head on a platter. The cold air, mixed with the scent of blood drifted for miles into the air attracting the attention of any immortal within a mile radius. They had not seen the vampire who had done it, but could sense the poison on the dock worker. So before the former human could become something else, his life was extinguished by a Lycan who remembered that smell from many years before. One who had fled the wrath of his former master and who now feared for his life.
