Auden happens to be very protective of those who are close to her. She hates having to see those in pain and have them suffer. Even her young she's protective of. She would rather be the one to get hurt rather than her loved ones. Some could call her shy and nervous and uneasy, but there are those who find her wild and crazy. Which she is. She's very adventurous and loves to explore things. She would rather be out on the town than stuck at home doing nothing. She hates sharing things that don't need to be said which comes to the fact that she's secretive, very mysterious. She doesn't like sharing her past and just doesn't share to anyone.

Perhaps the smell of food gives Auden the munches to go and search for food when there isn't any around. She's always one to fall for any traps if food were to be involved. She loves food and could eat all she wanted if she could. It is one way to lure her into a trap for sure. The sight of loved ones being harmed kills her to stand there to watch in horror. She dislikes the thought of seeing them being tortured or killed. She's not one to fight the pain. She's rather one who begs to have it stop. She wants nothing more to do with any type of pain. She would rather be carefree of any pain.

Auden stands at five feet two inches with brown hair and brown eyes. She is perhaps small for her height with a weight of a hundred and five pounds. During the summer she's as pale as a vampire, but during the winter she's probably tanner than most of the people out there because of the cold not bothering her anymore. She tends to wear clothes that are in fashion or just a plain old pain of jeans and a hoodie. Nothing too fancy.

Auden can be described as someone who loves to be in cold climates. One who may stand out in the snow in nothing but her undergarments if she wished. She loves feeling the heat of the sun on her during the winter time, but hates the heat of the summer. She happens to be protective of her daughter, Winter and hates feeling like she's being too insecure. There are times when she just sits there and zones off into space like nothing else is happening around her.

It was probably at her wedding party that she was turned. Her and her newly wedded husband had been taking a walk around the road during that evening and she was attacked by a man. After her husband had pulled the man off she was bleeding from a bite mark on her arm. She got it checked out, and had it bandaged up. She hadn't told her husband if she had any side affects afraid he would abandon her.

::HISTORY::
Auden was born in the late 1700's in London. She was the daughter of a wealthy lord and spent much of her childhood learning to act like a woman and study different subjects. Most of the time it was terrible as it was very hard for her to even understand what she was being taught. At the ripe age of 17 she was married off to John Montagnes, a very wealthy french merchant. Soon after their wedding they moved to France so that John could continue his business selling silks and cloth of all sorts. Most of the time he was off traveling for silks, or other things that could have helped his business. Which gave Auden plenty of time to figure out what was wrong with her. She was always glad to know that he was gone whenever the full moon was around because that's when she figured out the strange things that happened to her happened.

It wasn't until she was at least 25 that she became pregnant with their first child. She was hoping for a girl, while John hoped for a boy. When the day came, they found out it was a girl. John couldn't have wished for anything better even if he couldn't get his son right away. Naming her Winter seemed the perfect idea as she was born in the dead of the winter. Where the months were the coldest. Auden had always loved the winter and thought the name suited her baby girl. The two of them stayed at home while John sold his silks and cloths from home to stay close to his wife and newborn. He started going back to traveling when Winter was three years old.

Auden had begged him constantly to stay with them until the sping came and the snow thawed out, but John wouldn't listen to her as he left to find his presicous silks. Bad news came when Sping came around. John had froze to death and his body had been found buried in the snow. The men who had found John had also found a baby blanket with him. Probably to remind him of Winter and Auden as he traveled. Of course she didn't know what to do now that she was a widow. At twenty eight years old, she felt lost without John who was twenty eight years her senior.

She managed to live off his money for a while before she moved to a different place. Where no one knew her. She had figured out her appearance wouldn't change despite how much she wished to grow old and become a grandmother, but the thought of it never striked her with any possiblities of leaving Winter. The two of them managed together, both turning with the moon. Auden did teach Winter how to control herself somewhat and when the two felt they were in danger, they would change to their artic fox form. It kept them hidden in the snow for as long as possible keeping each other warm.

It wasn't until the 1920's did she move to the United States. By now she had grown used to what she had to do keep herself busy and to support Winter. Despite her current efforts at keeping Winter close to her. She knew she couldn't keep Winter forever, but the thought of being alone didn't feel right to her. She worked hard to keep at what she was doing. It was during the 1950's that Winter abandoned her. To have a life of her own. Auden felt terrible to be alone. She didn't know how to react to it. She had been used to leaving under a roof someone provided for her. Perhaps it was because of her noble blood.

Now she does try to find some sort of life that suits her, but she can never find something to keep her busy. She's found wandering the streets and mumbling to herself. She may even seem a little crazy at times, but she's knows that in her heart, she's truly fine living on her own. She just needs that little boost of enegry to find a new companion.
