Summary:
Like most vampires, Tommy Neeves has obtained the power to cover long distances in a very short amount of time. His super speed makes him appear like a flash of light, if even that. Along with that power, came something all vampires should have: the ability to seem irresistable, or haveing pheromone control. With this power he can make women, and men, to bend to his every will. This power comes in great use when time for feeding. Tommy has another, more unusual gift; he can defy gravity. Whether it's sneaking up on people, or trying to make a joke and amuse himself out of it, Tommy has the ability to walk on walls, and can even stand still upside down from the ceiling.

Summary:
All vampires have a weakness of sun light, whether it just barely burns their skin or completely catches them on fire, Tommy is no exception. The sun however, cannot kill him unless he is in it for hours on end. However, this does not mean that it doesn't burn like hell. So Tommy would rather not chance feeling the incredible pain, and stays in the shadows of the day. Garlic has been legend to burn or kill vampires, well it does not. Although Tommy Neeves is allergic to it; always has been since he was a human. It does not kill him though, only makes him swell at the tongue and become weak physically. His last weakness is one that has stuck with him from his human years, he has a hot attraction for any brainy girls with nice looking bodies. It might just be a regular guy thing, but Tommy had always been on the look out for girls he considered to be goddesses, even after he had married one of them.

Summary:
Tommy has always been pale and chilled at the touch as a human, so it wasn't much of a difference when he became a vampire. As a human, he had grown to be five foot, ten inches, and was always one to work out at the gym; since becoming a vampire his muscles never grew or weakened since his body cannot change whatsoever. His eyes match the color of his hair, black; although in certain lighting both look a bit brown. His major family comes from Germany, though he was raised in San Fransisco, California. But of course, in becoming a vampire he had to move somewhere colder, and stayed darker longer. His clothing style is very casual, usually he will wear some nice looking jeans with a dress shirt, or on his more lazy and reckless days he styles some old holey jeans and a t-shirt featuring a design or band he likes for that decade. In his top left abdomen, he has a scar from an old knife wound.

Summary:
Tommy had always had the hots for brainy girls with sexy bodies, it was only obvious that he would have married one. Despite his insanity, Tommy lives off of logic, he would twist something illogical and make it almost seem as if it were the right thing, making him right at everything he did. Soft music, soft breezes, and cold nights calm him down, while watching his own breath in the cold air arises amusment. He enjoys the times that he is calm, and can be found daydreaming about his family when he was a human. With likes, there must come dislikes. He hates humanity in general, and especially why he became a vampire. Camera flashes annoy the hell out of him, and he snarls at anything he considers stupid and ignorant. He has a few flaws that tend to rule his life, one being his insanity, another being the fact that he cannot stand animal blood. He gets side-tracked easily, which has lead him to messy feedings every once in a while.

Tommy's personality is one as strange as he is himself. Because of his past, he has developed split-personality. He will go into fits of angry bursts, which has once before lead to homicides of people he never even intended on taking blood from. He is very manipulating and cold hearted, also being an extreme sadist, he actually has 'gotten off' on someone screaming in pain. During these times he will suddenly switch off from angry to long periods of time of helplessness and depression. Another side of him is his more enjoyable side. His personality turns into one that his always happy, and caring. He has been caught walking old ladies across the street, just because he had been feeling rater kind that day. This strange side of him as before struck fear in others, for his emotions change suddenly and he feels no remorse whatsoever.

History:

Growing up as a child, Tommy has always been awkward and socially inept. He was viewed as the "emo" boy growing up, and his only friends had ever been a family member, or a loyal pet. At age 7, Tommy was stabbed below his rib cage because he caught some older kids selling drugs to each other and attempted to run for a nearby cop. He suffered great pain, and the scar is still there to this day. Fearing for his safety, Tommy's parents moved him way out to Hawaii.

He could barely stand the heat, but Tommy made do. In middle school, when cliques didn't matter, he had the closest thing to a girlfriend. She was a cute, caring girl, who Tommy found himself confiding to when things got bad. She made him feel safe, made him feel alive, he fell in love with her. It didn't last, for the high school years crept up on them, and they part their ways. Tommy now suspects that she doesn't think any of him now, since she is in the private school with all the Royals now. She's changed so much, he can't even pick her out from the crowd anymore. The loss of love really tore him up inside, and he only became more withdrawn into himself and away from others.

No one knew the feeling of helplessness better than Tommy. There had been days, even weeks, that he spent isolated in his room. The letters from school absences piled up, and eventually they forced Tommy to repeat his Junior year of high school. He never cared much for school anyway. It was a reason to get out of bed, a reason to move on through life. Sure, he hated every bit of it, but at least he could find some sliver of hope, a tiny reason why he should keep living. With his parents gone back to Cali, Tommy lived alone in a one-bedroom apartment just a few blocks away from school. He gets money in the mail from his parents, but other then that he has no income, no job, no girlfriend, no life.

Eventually, like everyone, he got his life on track. He went to college and graduated with a major in art and graphic designing. Tommy married his college sweet heart and was blessed by twin little girls who he loved very much. Life was hard work, with his only income being from art shows, him and his family lived in a cramped upstairs apartment. He left one evening because of a fight he got into with his wife, only to return to the worst nightmare of his life. His wife and two children had been murdered ruthlessly, and with a broken heart, Tommy became insane and was put into a local clinic for treatment.

It had been over a year that Tommy had lived there; only after a week of being deemed cured and released, did he meet the man, no, vampire who slaughtered his family. The vampire turned Tommy, but in his newborn vampiric strength, he ruthlessly slaughtered his maker. It wasn't 'till later on that Tommy found out his maker hadn't been much older then he was as a vampire, only about two years. So he was still foolish in his actions, which was why Tommy was able to kill him so easily. Becoming a vampire did a number on his mental illness, making them come back at full strength. He was never readmitted to an asylem, seeing as how he had been reported dead. Now Tommy roams the cities, feeding on humans he deemed worthless and stupid, only letting his hunger and insanity steer him in whichever direction he may go.
