2. Telepath
3. Defy Gravity
Summary:
Lydia loves conflict. She'll do anything to rile someone up, and she thrives on fear. Her favorire talent is pheromone control. She uses it whenever she happens to get bored, usually to steal someone away from their significant other. She is a talented telapath -- she likes to make people believe they're hearing voices, and on one occasion made a man believe he was hearing the voice of God. She has also mastered defy gravity, which has less to do with her lust for fear and more to do with her nympholeptic tendancies.
Weakness:
1. Sun (worse than other vampires)
2. People who don't fear and/or admire her
3. Has to feel "loved"
Summary:
Lydia is easily upset. When someone doesn't fear her, she will stop at nothing to make them wish they were never born. She must be daunted over or she begins to feel unwanted, which quickly makes her angry. She's easily jealous and can't stand when someone thinks they're better than her. She can't let it go until they understand that she is superior. Physically, she is ultra-sensitive to the sun, moreso than most vampires, because even in life she burned easily.Appearance;;

Blessings
1. Attentive - she pays attention when someone speaks and is usually genuinely interested out of morbid fascination for humans
2. When she believes she's in love, she can actually seem kindhearted (although her lovers usually end up dead for one reason or another)
3. Blunt - she tells it like it is
Summary:
Lydia loves being the center of attention, especially if that attention is built on fear or hatred. She always tries to stand out from the crowd by doing openly slutty things, and will do just about anything to make someone jealous. She is a nymphomaniac. She makes men (and sometimes women) flaunt over her to prove to herself that people "like her for who she is." It doesn't matter to her that they are only under the control of her pheromones. Anyone who points out that they only want her for sex ends up dead before the night is out.Background Check;;

History:
In 1798, Lydia Benoit was born to a servant in the household of Duke Antoine Moreau III. The servant woman went to the duke, who had sired Lydia, but he pretended innocence. Distraut, betrayed, the servant went to his wife, but the duchess wouldn't believe her and quickly had her beaten, her death a supposed accident although it quickly quelled the rumors.
Because Lydia was a child, the duke refused her pay, and she grew up nothing more than a slave. When she was old enough to understand, a friend of her dead mother told her of her lineage, but she was warned never to speak of it. She was forced to pick up after her three half-brothers, the duke's spoiled heirs. As Lydia became more beautiful with each passing year, the heirs became more cruel, and it wasn't long before they began to notice her. At the age of eighteen, the oldest brother decided to take her to his bed, whether or not she was willing.
Even knowing the fate her mother had recieved, Lydia went to the duke. She believed he would at least tell his sons that she was their sister, and that would keep them away from her. When the duke turned away from her request, she could take no more. She went into a rage, beating his head in with a golden candlestick. Realizing too late the consequences of her actions, she fled.
It would be a year before she met Noah St. George, the mysterious and handsome English entrepreneur who found her begging on a street corner. He took her into his care and brought her to England. Over the course of two years he would become her mentor and lover, and she would become more and more interested in his dark secrets. That is, until June of 1818, when she contracted cholera. On her deathbed, Noah explained everything to her, about his being a vampire and that she could still live if she chose to give up the life she knew. Lydia agreed, and became immortal.
From that point, Lydia began her descent into madness. Noah could see the signs but refused to acknowledge them until it was too late. In the early 1840s, Lydia flew into a rampage -- over what, she cannot remember, although she's sure it was Noah's fault. She went on a killing spree, and when Noah found out, he left her.
This was the last straw for Lydia. Over the next century, she passionately killed anyone she thought looked down on her, whether or not they actually did. She studied the ways of ancient vampires and had a black velvet-lined coffin made. She took it with her when she traveled to America in the 1900s, and made her home in a crypt beneath NYC. That was when she took the surname de la Morte, which translates to of the dead.
Presently, she still lives beneath New York City, and has stolen everything she needs to make her crypt home as luxurious as a mansion. She doesn't usually travel far from her home, except when she gets excruciatingly bored with killing New Yorkers. She hasn't seen Noah since she left England, but she swears to kill him if given the opportunity.
