Summary:
Viktor was born with Slayer blood in him, as his father would fondly put it. He has extensive training in stealth and elimination of Vampires, training almost exclusively with the H&K UMP. He chose the UMP out of preference of its rapid fire and supporting of a silencer attachment and various scopes and other attachments on the rails. While his blood line has always been good at hunting Vampires, Viktor is unusually gifted and picking off quick vampires, and reading their moves. His stealth abilities were a by product of his childhood antics, always hiding from people so convincingly that some people were convinced he fled town every time he hid. Even vampires, unless concentrating on finding him specifically, have trouble picking him up, making him a valuable scout.

Summary:
Viktor always had trouble fighting in hand to hand, let alone unarmed. His size, and lack of training, work against his skill in hand to hand. Due to a rare genetic defect in his family line, Viktor has trouble breathing without a mask of some sort. Symptoms are, after several hours, he begins coughing, more violently as time passes, eventually coughing up blood. Next he begins having dizzy spells and will, after anywhere from a week to a month, pass out until his body recovers for however long he had been suffering the symptoms. Viktor doesn't know why, or really care for that matter, but he is very poor at making and maintaining relationships. Its not so much that he doesn't care, it is that he isn't very nice to people he doesn't respect, his looks are nothing to die for, and he has little experience in the matter.

Summary:
Very gruff, no nonsense, and downright mean. That is, to many, how Viktor is and, to many, is how he acts for people. Having no respect, and plenty of suspicion, for people he has never met, he is a firm believer in the saying "Trust is not given, it is earned". Preferring simple black military BDU's, Battle Dress Uniform, in most situations, and always wearing a full face Gas mask with white eye slots. He carries a medical note that he uses to prove he is not a crazy person, which states his medical disease in no uncertain terms. His response to ridicule is, either a swift kick to the groin, or a hostile and unpleasant comment on something of the person making fun of Viktor. When someone finally gets to know him more, or earns his trust, he is a much better person. He is, while still not nice, a quieter and more willing to help said person out. These people are few, only someone who saved his life or has known and kept in contact with him for years earns his trust, the former he still watches because it may be to use him later.

Summary:
Many times, well out of hearing, Viktor is called a "Tiny powder keg with the fuse lit, waiting for any excuse to blow". While he likes reading with a cool drink at his side, usually he is out looking for something to do. This lack of attention doesn't afflict him too much during a dangerous situation, more when he is just lounging around with nothing to do. He tends to give the impression he is zoning out, and ignoring people. Once angered, he does everything in his power to attack, or get back, at who ever angered him, leading to him holding grudges longer than healthy. This, coupled with his stubbornness, makes it very hard to make him quit, to the detriment of himself and others around him. He hates short jokes, and jokes made at his expense in general. Having dealt with it for most of his life, he is tired of it and leads to him getting angry very quickly.
