He does however have the unique ability to distance himself from anyone or anything that may cause him heartbreak. A prime example would be, if someone he likes were being tortured or killed, he could turn off his emotions and walk away, however just because he can does not mean he always does. Another notable mental strength he does have is the ability to read and influence people. This is something he often does with his shows, making people generally afraid or confused. He achieves this through using the right tones, the right gestures, and a little bit of a vampires pheromone control. In rare instances he has worked small crowds into complete panic and disorder.
Physical:
Mirian has most of the normal vampire abilities. His senses are super honed allowing him to see great distances or in complete blackness. To hear a dying heart beat a block away, to smell blood from great distances, and even to feel the very vibrations that move through the ground. Like most vampires he has also inherited a superhuman speed, No human can out run, and in truth a lot of vampires would have difficulty as well. His level of strength is only slightly superhuman, and is not a focus of his study or training.
Aside from the vampire related strengths Mirian posses a few that he has had to study very hard to gain. One being a weapon proficiency second to none, so he claims. Originally Mirian fought with a black katana, but due to an altercation with another vampire, which prompted the sex change, he has had to learn and adapt to a new fighting style. Now instead of a single smooth and efficient sword, he fights with a large and cumbersome black scythe. This was a weapon he already had some skill in using, but has now refined his techniques so that its awkward shape and size have no meaning. Few could ever wield a weapon like this in the way he does.
Powers:
Mirian posses one unique power that has come with hundreds of years of practice, A mastery of Illusions. What started out as simple card tricks and and feats performed with smoke and mirrors has evolved into an art form that Mirian uses to leave spectators in awe. He has spent a great deal of time and effort in mastering each technique, often training for 20 hours a day until the trick was mastered.
Some of the more prominent tricks used outside of his act, out in the real world are summonings and disappearances. Primarily it seems that He never actually carries a weapon with him, but if crossed he is able to pull a large black scythe from inside his cloack, almost out of thin air. The mechanism behind this trick is simple displacement, or at least thats what he says if someone asks where it came from.
The other and probably most memorable trick is his ability to simply vanish, now unlike others who try to vanish instantly Mirian requires that sight be broken from everyone. Meaning if someone is actually able to see him he cant disappear. Usually when threatened or looking for an edge in a fight Mirian will draw his cloak forward and use it to shroud himself from another, then as if he was never there the cloak would fall to the ground leaving no trace of him. This one is incredibly draining on his mental and physical stamina and is usually only used once or twice a night if at all.
One other act of illusion that Mirian is able to perform is his ability to change his appearance. Not in the extremes of looking like someone else, but to the point of changing his outfit almost instantly. Now similar to other tricks this does require him to break sight with everyone in order to work. This one has found its way into his day to day life, but only in recent years. If he were to commit a crime and the police, or hunters for that matter, were looking for a female suspect wearing a certain outfit, provided no one could see him, he could change his clothes in a snap.

He also enjoys confusing people, Be it either in his performances or just going up to random strangers and talking to them until they dont know which way is up. Mirians only true passion however lies with his illusions, and performing them to the cheers of a crowd.

Mirian is a specist if such a thing existed, he dislikes humans and hates Lycans. Humans are viewed as cattle, and Lycans are viewed as retard vampire wannabes. He also dislikes anyone who tries to kiss his ass, flattery will get people nowhere, unless of course they are a vampire, in which case it will get them everywhere. Slow quiet nights are aslo disliked, especialy when there can be so much fun achieved just by killing a few innocents. when it comes to people he has a strong dislike for males, though in rare circumstances it he has looked past that.

Mirian has an immortality complex, live fast and hard or dont bother at all. His actions are often rash with no planning or thought at all, and his mannerisms are always an instant responce to a situation. This has gotten him into alot of problems, as peoplel are often easily offended by him. Part Of Mirians mental strength is his ability to disassociate from anything, even himself. In tight situations if his own life is threatened he is able to forget about himself and act as if he were an impartial observer. Mirian remembers nothing before his life as a vampire, except for the fact that he was born in aristocracy. So now he sees the day he was turned as the day of his birth, the day he began to exist. The day was April 13th, in 1610, and the place was London, it was a fresh era many new inventions and ideas where springing forward to make life easy, and all was good in the land. On this night he had gone to see the love of his life, who happened to be a vampiress, and he took his first step into existence with her.
Childhood:
His childhood, the early years of his immortal life, where easy enough, he traveled with Pirellie's Circus, and started to make a name for himself. He was a stage illusionist and would draw huge crowds with his feats of impossible deeds. At the time he used nothing more than smoke and mirrors, to make people believe they were seeing things that could never be. For the longest time he was happy, he had everything anyone could ever want, the love of a captivating woman, the ability to travel abroad and see the world, and also the ability to watch history be made, and see the world evolve.
And everything was perfect till his love became bored and took on a new lover. At this point Mirian changed his life, He left Pirellie,s and started training himself in the art of true illusion. He spent nearly 200 years perfecting his craft, and mastering his own abilities.

He was turned on april 13, 1610 when he went to visit a traveling circus. He had fallen in love with one of the acrobat, a mysterious young woman who was as fast and agile as she was seductive. In fact Mi'ir had gone to every show that they did in his town. On the last night of they're show he snuck into her tent and waited for her. after a few hours she came into the tent. She said she knew he was there and told him she had a surprise for him...that night she made him immortal.
Since that night he has gone through many different attitude changes in regards to being a vampire. For the longest time he hated Isabel for cursing him with eternal life, to walk endlessly through time time without being able to die, but in recent years he has come accept that humans are nothing more than wisps of smoke in the wind, and instead of having to die like the rest he shall remain untouched by time and death.
