Summary:

Some people wouldn't understand the way Anna can take care of a child. She is very stern with the child but makes it look as if she is not. She follows every unspoken rule that child rearing has ever come across and she uses a few of her own methods as well, you have to when raising a vampire child. Anna is one of the few that have ever actually looked a round to see what a child sees and for that, children normally flock to her. Anna has a curse some say, but she just looks at is as a blessing.

Since Anna is a writer, only writing in the newspaper and things to that effect, she does specialize in writing techniques. Anna does not like to brag about how well she writes, because she knows that she is not the best. She just sees it as a job that she is good at and can make the money she needs for what she needs/wants. Being a writer is difficult, that Anna knows and hates, but she gets through it of course. It only pays to have a well written article and that, Anna can always do no matter what.

Anna is great at being ignored. That is how Fei and herself have been able to go through life undetected for so many years. Of course one woman knows that she is there with this vampire child, but none of the others do. At least not the person Anna is truly afraid of. Fei's father is the one they hide from, even if Fei doesn't know that. Anna cannot let him find Fei, or her. If he does, Anna just knows that he'll take Fei away, and then what would Anna do?

Summary:

Anna's major weakness would have to be Fei Dracul. If Fei was ever harmed or held hostage or anything along those lines, Anna would give her own life. Anna would never let anything like that befall Fei, not after what she witness through Fei's early childhood. Fei is Anna's world, and everyone who meets them can see that. Anna couldn't live without Fei beside her, without that little child smiling up at her every night when her eyes open. Anna couldn't live and as such, wouldn't. Not without her little 'sister'.

Death is more of a fear that Anna possesses, but that fear can be used against her or called a weakness. Death has always been seen by Anna and she has always hated it. She fears it, almost as much as a vampire fears the sun or a werewolf fears silver. She cannot stand being around when someone dies and normally allows Fei to go off on her own hunts. Anna knows that is the one time that Fei is truthfully safe and does not worry. Who in their right minds would get in the way of a hungry child vampire?

Heights, another fear of Anna's or weakness if you will, has no common factor at all. One day Anna looked over a banister when she was high up in the warehouse she used to live at with her family and became frightened. Her friends always teased her and would leave her up high, somewhere they knew no one could find her and she would be too paralyzed to try to get down. Anna hated them for that, but it didn't matter in the end. Anna escaped while they died, still afraid by heights, but alive all the same.

Summary:

Anna looks younger than twenty-three with her soft and fragile face. She still holds much youth but she also knows that this will leave soon. With her grey eyes to sit in this face she begins to look older and her age is determined that way. People can tell these marvelous eyes have seen something and the question is always what. Anna's brown locks falls down her back in a waterfall-like way and normally will brush a bit below her shoulders. These locks will normally be hiding her face but on such occasions where she is bored or her hair must be pinned up, she will hold it back with a delicate clip.

Anna's slender body is covered normally by modest clothing. She has never worn clothing that showed off her perfectly rounded breasts, strong stomach, nicely shaped legs (other than shorts of course), or perfectly straight back. If she did, however, Anna believes that she would feel uncomfortable in such clothing. For footwear Anna wears shoes to match her clothing. Anna, no matter how long in the sun, looks like a ghost and normally tries to keep this pale skin covered. It's horrible, yes, but normal for her. However, this pale Caucasian skin must stretch over the five foot six inch female.

Summary:

Anna, of course, likes to write and read but one thing not many know about is her love of watching the stars. Anna could sit and write/read for hours but she could watch the stars for a whole life time. Especially with her normal star gazing partner she could. Writing and reading are second nature to Anna and as such hold quite a lot of her time when she isn't helping or playing with Fei. It's only star gazing that she actually relaxes and Fei begins to calm down. Star watching will always be a favorite past-time, even if Fei is taken away from her one day.

Anna dislikes heights and Death, already mentioned, but she also dislikes hunters. A bit surprising to a few since her parents and her self used to be hunters. Well, ever since she saw what they would do to small children—vampire or not!—she decided that it was time for a different job. Hunters may protect innocent humans, but are they so innocent? Do they really believe that they will be able to go to Heaven when they are finished on Earth or do they know they're going to Hell to join those that they have slain?

The three flaws Anna possesses are thus; Fei Dracul, being a Lake, and her fear. Fei Dracul may be a shocker because of her love for Fei, but that is why she's such a flaw. If something were to happen to Fei, Anna would die of guilt. Anna swore to protect the child and that she shall…it's just protecting her that's the problem. Being a Lake isn't that much of a surprise. The Lake Hunting Group caused a lot of disturbance in the later years and as such, has gained many enemies. The Dracul bloodline for one. Anna knows they are coming, but wishes they weren't. Then the last; her fear. Anna fears loosing Fei, being up high, seeing Death. So many things an enemy can get her with and so few that would actually kill her. Anna's head spins just thinking about it and she doesn't do that often.

History:

Anna was born into a group of hunters on June 2, 1985 to George and Lucy Lake. They were proud parents of the beautiful infant but also protective. Anna's mother never let the child out of her sight and as such could not go onto any hunts. Anna was forced to be in her mother's arms as she spoke with friends about kills in the past and future. Such hatred Lucy, Anna's mother, held in her voice! Anna didn't understand it as an infant or child, of course, but when her training began she would.

When Anna was five years of age her training began. She learned normal mathematics, science, history, English, and the like. It was after school hours that the fun began. She would run laps, do push ups, sit ups, pull up, jumping jacks, swim laps, and learn to aim with a paint ball gun. It was in these lessons that she excelled. It was her energy and stamina that left the other students in her dust. However, that would soon change.

After school hours, Anna would play with other kids her age. She was the daughter of the famous George and Lucy Lake, the leaders of the Lake Hunting Group, so she was treated with respect by the other kids. However, with as young as they were they didn't know what it meant to have famous parents. Anna was happy then, no one ever bothered with trying to show her how good she was. Yes, sometimes the other children would be jealous, but it was casual and teasing.

However, one day, Anna was climbing up a set of stairs to the loft and her friends were following her. It was at the top that Anna stopped and looked down. She became dizzy and began to cry for her father. She wanted down, she wanted to touch the ground with her feet and not be so high up again. Anna's friends ran back down and got her father, who came up and fetched her from the loft. She was placed on solid ground and wanted to forget about her experience. Well, her friends didn't want to.

She was seven when her friends became so jealous they took her up to the loft while their parents were out hunting. The older kids weren't really paying attention and so it was easy. Anna screamed and squirmed all the way up, but by the time they got her situated, she was paralyzed with fear. Anna couldn't move, couldn't scream, and wasn't about to twitch a muscle.

Her friends began to laugh and run down the stairs. Their parents came up, and George and Lucy began their frantic search for their daughter who normally greeted them first thing. It was two hours later that the other children told where Anna was and she was rescued. She never spoke to those children again and stayed on her own, far away from them.

It was Anna's sixteenth birthday that plans began to be made about the Dracul child. Fei Dracul was going to be born this winter and the Lake Hunters were going to snatch her. Anna didn't understand what a child could do until later on. The group couldn't decide on a plan, but Lucy Lake made the decision quickly. She decided that three hunters would go in search for the child while the rest lay siege to the castle. They would kill all they could find and weaken the Dracul forces. By the time they were gone, the child would be theirs.

Anna listened in on their plans, learning who was going to do the capturing and who would be doing the killings. She was not in these discussions and as such pleased. She soon came to realize that she would be staying behind to watch children. She didn't mind it as much, though.

Anna was seventeen and it was mid November when they brought the child back to the warehouse. They were holding it in a sack and through it towards guards at the door to the basement. This sack was screaming and crying, wanting " Tatã! Mamã!". Anna was heart broken for the poor child.

Every night Anna went down to check on the girl and place blood in the cell. Her parents didn't need to know and neither did her friends. It wouldn't be wise for anyone to know what she was doing.

Anna watched as the other kids made fun of the small child, and she secretly wished for them to be dead. However, they weren't kids anymore since she was seventeen and they the same age. Anna screamed inwardly at being near them. She never taunted or teased, only watched on with pity and devotion.

When the child got older where she was looking for something to hunt, Anna would catch mice and rats then release them in her cage during the day, the only time no one dared venture towards that cell. Anna was easily accepted by the guards, no matter of what rummaged in the bags she held. They always believed it to be something torturous towards the child, but never was it. Anna didn't want to harm Fei Dracul; she wanted to preserve the child's life.

Anna turned twenty-two, living the same life she had for five years. Fei was five now and had been feeding off the rats for three years. However, the rats had to stop coming. George and Lucy Lake began to notice that the child was not becoming malnourished. They knew someone was helping the child to strive and Anna could not be caught. To be caught would either mean death or banishment. If she was banished, she would not be able to protect the child and if she were dead…well, the child would die as well.

Anna ran away that night and came back the next night with a pack of lycans. These lycans were from a group called the Clearwater Clan. They had agreed to help her, drawn in by her pleas to help save and innocent life "even if it is a vampire!". Anna walked in behind the lycans as they killed the hunting group she was once a part of.

By the time the last hunter was vanquished, Fei Dracul was well fed and in Anna's arms. They were not to be bothered by the Lake Hunting Group again but always befriended by the Clearwater Clan.
