Summary:

Fei is not a child who is ignorant to everything around her but she is still innocent. She still believes in many fairy tale creatures that her immortal mind tells her do not exist, but she does not care. She believes in so much more than the average vampire does and always will, no matter what. Fei's innocence is not like what most humans believe it to be. Humans believe that the time a person loses their innocence is the time when they first have sexual relations with another. No, that does not define Fei's innocence at all. Fei's innocence is more of the kind that stays with a person, immortal or not, for as long as they draw breath.

Knowledge is something that comes to Fei all the time. She, even at the age of six, can pull down a large book and read it from cover to cover without becoming bored. Perhaps that reason behind this is that she has a larger mind as being one of the immortals but she sees it as something she was born with. Fei loves to think that her biological mother had loved to read and had passed that affection to her daughter. She loves to think that way and she always finds herself with a new book every night that she does not have classes with her 'sister'.

Thinking outside the box is common to children. They think of fairy tales and dream of princesses and frog princes, but Fei believes in something a bit more profound than that. Fei sees all beings who draw breath and walk the earth have a place in God's arms. Perhaps it is just her childish mind coming up with a place for her to go as other vampires would find this strange or insanity. However, Fei has always seen things this way, even when she was held hostage.

Summary:

Fei's fear of darkness has stuck with her since she was old enough to actually understand what it was that surrounded her. By the age of two, Fei was locked up in a cell under a hunting groups' warehouse. This cell was underground and almost always covered in darkness. Of course she could see through it, but that never meant the sights she saw were pretty. She normally saw hunters' children laughing at her through the cell bars and throwing cooked meat at her which she could not eat at such a young age, taunting her with blood from fresh meat just out of her reach outside the bars of her cell. They were evil children, needing to die to refresh Fei's young body. However, they always stayed out of arms reach.

A fear of loneliness is common for children, yes, but even more so for Fei. This weakness of hers causes her to technically freak out, for lack of a better phrase. She begins to think that no one is there for her and that she is back in the cell which had been her home for three years of her life. It's almost as if she never even left that cell. So, if someone really wanted to get at Fei, all they had to do was use her fear of darkness and loneliness against her…but for that they would have to really know her.

Fei's last weakness would be how merciful she is to her food and/or her enemies. She wants everyone to have a chance but sometimes those people won't give her a chance. Sometimes they will attack while she gives them a chance to turn away and go home. While they attack, however, Fei still gives those chances. She gives them the chance to stop and go.

Summary:

Fei's body starts with shoulder length white blond hair that falls straight down her back. This hair was inherited to her from her mother, Clarice Dracul, and shines every time the softest of light touches it. This hair of hers always is up and out of her face, other than a few strands, with ribbons or the like. Her eyes that sit in a heart shaped face are a deep sapphire blue, such precious jewels her 'sister' always says. Fei's mouth holds full lips already even at this young age and these lips always hold a lightly pinked tone, as do her cheeks. Her face is that of an angle, but an angles' face you do not wish to see in a dark alley way late at night.

Fei's small pixie like body is normally sheathed in play clothes. She can normally be found in jeans and a dark shirt so it doesn't matter what she plays in. However, there are the few occasions that Fei will be seen wearing a little dress while playing calmly on a blanket with her porcelain dolls. Fei can and will look like the dolls she plays with, sweet and innocent but a monster beneath.

Summary:

Fei, like any child, loves to play. No matter what game or where at, Fei is always happiest when she is off in her own little world playing any game she can think of. While playing, Fei also loves to dress up her dolls. She doesn't see this as playing, however. She sees it more as a job that must be done. Also, when Fei can get away from her toys, she enjoys walking around the park or just down the street with her 'sister'. It is one thing that has become common in Fei's life ever since she was saved from her cell and she cannot help but feel happy about that.

Fei dislikes her classes, like any sane child would. She sees it almost as if she hasn't done what she had to do the day before and has to complete everything again. Fei would rather be up and running around other than stuck learning how to add or read. Fei also hates it when her 'sister' raises her voice at her. Fei sees this as if she was back in her cell at the warehouse and begins to cry every time. Fei hates that. Being alone is also a great dislike of Fei's. She would rather be in a large crowd than somewhere alone. Even where she feels safe.

Fei's flaws aren't many, but are grave. She is far too merciful to her grave. Does she really believe that her opponent will give her a second chance? Well, she doesn't really believe that but she wants to try to give them that chance. Another thing about Fei is that she is never allowed to go many places alone, even when she wants to, because of how young she looks. She may have deadly weapons, but someone would be stupid enough to mess with her…or at least Fei's 'sister' believes that. The last flaw Fei has would be over thinking situations or events. Fei sees that everything has three or more stories behind it. She believes that everything happened for a reason and will over analyze every thing that is going on before her.

Childhood: The only memories Fei would have of her childhood would be the bad ones she would rather forget. However, try as she might those images will never leave her head. When Fei was only a year old, she had been sleeping in a nursery just off her parents' room in their Romanian castle when the attack started. The Lake Hunting Group had been planning this attack for quite some time. Only the senior members came as they had planned. The younger members were left to get things ready for their hostage.

These hunters killed with no mercy as they lay siege to the castle. Xavier was fighting along side his men as his wife went to grab their young daughter from bed and flee with her. However, that was not the case that night. Clarice was slain and the screaming bundle taken up in the arms of a male hunter and the troops were sent back. Their mission had been complete.

When Fei was old enough to remember and see shapes in the figures at the bar of her cell, she would always remember the young children taunting her with fresh blood and cooked meat. Fei remembers her ravenous thirst that made her veins ache. At night, when her guard would change Fei would catch the small rodents that ram across her cell and drain them. That was the only nutrients she could ever hope to get from this place.

Transformation: Fei was born as a vampire, a very dangerous task that has many risk to both the child and the mother. To give birth to a vampire child, the mother must be injected with multiple human cells to her non-changing uterus before conceiving the child. Than after conception the mother must continue with the shots and normal blood drinking. She must share this blood with both her body and that of her child. If the blood is not disputed between the child and the mother, the child will take all of the blood and the mother will die through child birth. However, if the pregnancy was exacted through out, both child and mother should be alive at the end of labor.

Prey: Fei will eat either animals or humans, it depends on where she is and what mood she is in.

Fang Power: Venom

Other Transformation: Fei's venom paralyzes her prey unless they drink her blood in return. Once her blood is in their body they will become a vampire in the matter of one night. By the next night they are strong and thirsty, waiting for the hunt. However, for servants, Fei just grazes them with her teeth and leaves the marking of two black eyes upon their skin where her venom marked them as hers.

History:

Fei was born in Romania on November 3, 2002, to the proud parents Xavier and Clarice Dracul. They loved their daughter, holding her close and never letting her out of their sight. However, on the first year of Fei's life is when everything changed. A group of hunters known as the Lake Clan attacked their castle with only one thing in mind; capturing little Fei Dracul, the source(or so they thought) to the Draculs' power.

It happened on Fei's fourth birthday, what a wonderful time that was for her, that the hunting group that had captured her and tortured her, was attacked by a group of lycans. Fei heard the howls and the screams from upstairs. She also knew that this hunting group had no idea how to kill lycans. They only hunted vampires. Fei stayed, curled in a corner and frozen with fear. She knew this was the night she would die and she did not mind it. She had killed the last rat that lay in the floor now beside her. She would starve if the lycans didn't kill her.

Well, she ended up being lucky. One of the female hunters came down and unlocked her cell door. She held out a chunk of bloody meat which Fei bit into hungrily. Once the blood was gone from the meat and it was discarded, the human female took Fei into her arms and walked her out of the warehouse. The lycans not harming them but Fei would not know why until later on in her life.

Fei stayed with her savior, Anna Lake, for two years. This human woman was a new found friend and sister to her. This woman was the one to make Fei who she is today and for that Fei must be thankful.

Anna has taught Fei quite a lot since her freedom, but the thing that startled Fei the most was how much Anna loved her. Fei found that she loved Anna as well. Both of them a family, with a made up story of parents dying not long ago and both coming together in the end. A normal human story, but what human would ever believe their true one?
