Summary:
Esmeralda learned to paint from a man named Marco who was like a father to her while she was a servant under her master. She also learned to cook from a woman named Sarah who was an older woman and was like a mother to Esmeralda. She learned to pick pocket while she was living on the street for the past year. She doesn't like to steal from people but she needs to survive and she only steals from the ones she thinks wont miss twenty or thirty bucks so she can eat for the day.

Even though Esmeralda has been through alot in her short life she loves people. She tends to trust them more than she should. With long brown hair that reaches her shoulder blades, hazel eyes and being 5'10 Esmeralda could have been a model. She's a cute latina, her skin is tanned and she loves to wear flowing skirts, and cute tops. Since she is so clumsy she doesn't wear heels because she would undoubtedly break her ankle. So she wears cute flats when she can afford to buy them.

On her shoulder is a bite mark made by her sire. He bit her when she was six teen. He left a nasty mark that reminds her of him every day. It also reminds her of the life she has taken while being in her tiger form. Sangre de tigre means blood tiger in Spanish. Summary:
Its not surprising that Esmeralda likes cats she is one. She loves helping the strays that wander the streets. She will buy them cans of cat food so she's knows they've eaten. As stated before Emeralda loves people she always sees the best in people. She loves to be around them and she would protect them with her life. Since she doesn't want to hurt anyone she tends to hunt wild game like deer, rabbits and things of that nature.

Esmeralda hates guns they scare her. She doesn't like the loud sound it makes because it startles her. She also doesn't like conflict if she can avoid a fight she will. Normally she doesn't get into fights with people but occasionally she will run into a hateful hunter. She has seen some terrible things in her time and has done horrible things. She hate cruelty so when the moon is full she tries to avoid all humans and head for the forest so she doesn't hurt anyone.

Depending on what you call a flaw, Esmeralda is in her human form fairly weak for a human. She doesn't get to eat all the time and she lives on the streets. Esmeralda love people so she can be manipulated very easily, she can be tricked into doing almost anything. This is due to the fact that she trusts people way to easily. She tries to see the good in all people even if there is none.

History:
Esmeralda Maribell Ramerez was born on March 12th 1991. Her parents were Abran Ramerez and Natalie Ramerez. She had two sibilings, Carlos and Maria. Her family loved her dearly, her siblings who were nine and twelve adored their baby sister. They lived in a small costal village Salvador in Brazil. Poor but happy, they all worked hard to keep the house running. Abran was a fisherman who worked long hours. Natalie stayed at home cleaning and taking care of the cooking. Both Carlos and Maria went to school two miles from their home. She grew up happy and loved. Until she turned 5 she was living happily with her family.

A few months after she turned five four men broke into Esmeralda's home. It was while the children were sleeping. Their father Abran tried to protect his wife and children. He failed as in a hail of bullets they shot him down. Natalie was trying to run up the stairs when she was shot. She fell to the bottom of the stair as her body when limp. Three men whent up stairs and shot Carlos and Maria in their sleep executioner style. The leader came up the stairs and walked into the room just as one of his men were going to shoot Esmeralda. He stopped him deciding to take her back to his home.

It was a giant castle that seemed to the poor five year old an un-espacable fortress. She was introduced to the person who would become like her mother Sarah. Sarah taught Esmeralda to cook for their master. He demanded it a certain way or they would be harshly punished. Usually this meant for Esmeralda no food for a week. Esmeralda also became really close to Marco another servant of her master. He taught her the first year she was there how to paint. When she didn't have anything to do she would paint. She is very skilled and loves to do it. She lived a fairly good life there. As she grew up things began to change.

Once she hit puberty Esmeralda would be asked to serve the Master and his guests. Only in the most beautiful yet simple dresses. This continued as she got to fourteen she would be asked to sit with the Master in his study. She was always dressed in the finest clothes when this happened. On her sixteenth birthday her master asked her to come into the study as usual she was allowed to walk around and read. The master came up behind her wrapping his arm around her waist and kiss her neck. Esmeralda was terrfied fighting to get away he bit her shoulder. He sent her way laughing.

The two weeks to follow Esmeralda seemed to have a fever. Her body had a dangerously high temprature, her body was covered in sweat. Marco and Sarah tried to help the poor girl. She just wouldn't get better and each day she got worse. One night the moon was full and the light was shining into the room on to the bed where Esmeralda was laying. Her breathing was laboured, she began to change. The change to three hours. She let out howls of pain and agony as her bone structure changed. The servants screamed and ran away from her when she had full transformed. The master drawn by the fear of his servants came to look. Marco had stayed in the room. Esmeralda attacked him, diggering her claws in, biting his jugular and ripping it out. She ate him in a few hours while her master looked on laughing. She through fear and hunger ran passed her master and made her way out of the castle. Finally escaping from his home and rulership.

She made her way from Brazil to New York. Here she spends her days trying to get enough money to eat. Its hard she can go for a couple weeks but she doesn't like doing that. She learned to pick pocket early on since prostitution is not the favorable way to go about gaining money. She leaves the city when the moon is full. She doesn't want to hurt anyone so she goes out to the country to hunt deer. A life filled with hardship only to come out an optimist.
