ISI .{.EXECUTIONER.}. RUNASIMI → SCORCHING THE BLOOD IN MY TWISTED HEARTI’LL BE THE THORNS ON EVERY ROSE ← Isi crossed her arms and looked out of her window. The night was upon her. The windows were closed but from the trees she could tell that the wind was blowing, harsh. It was going to rain shortly. Isi’s eyes glanced an inch to the mirror hung on the wall. She looked pale as if she hadn’t gone out in the sun in ages. It was true ever since she really began to live the life of a vampire more and more. She was a hunter and rarely saw the sun now that it was her mission to take more vampires out. Isi looked white as a ghost and made a mental note to add some makeup before going out. She had on a blue and gold corset and a tight pair of black pants. The pants hugged her curves and brought out her small but dominant womanly hour glass shape.
Isi closed the black blinds and pulled out her handcuff keys and put them in a hidden shoe compartment. Just in case she ever got handcuffed she would want to be able to remove the locks, it wasn’t as if she had the strength to break them. Her boots were mid-length going half to her knees with a three and a half inch heels. Isi added an ankle holster and a thigh holster to her outfit before adding their respective guns. She also added a knife holster complete with hunting knife and covered the outfit with a black trench coat. She looked downright grim before she added makeup. Isi had chosen blue and gold eye shadow to match the corset with matching blue lipstick. She looked a step between gothic gorgeous and ghoulish creepy. She could live with it. After checking in the mirror that her guns and knife was hidden well she locked the door behind her and headed to her new Saab.
The car was beautiful though it wasn’t one of her favorites. It was blue the most non descriptive color there was. It was a cool fifty grand paid for in all cash. Her last car had gone down in flames, literally. Oh, it was also drenched with the blood of an insane vampire. Isi had sort of lost her temper when she saw the vampire necking with a woman in front of their five class hotel; she had gunned the light and struck Hiro in plain sight. It led for an almost nasty encounter with the police and Hiro who went mental. In turn Isi lost her precious car. It was too damaged right now to take to any place to get fixed; any mechanic would inform the authorities immediately. So sadly her precious car was left in a warehouse she owned under another own.
The red haired beauty parked her car in a meter, opened her wallet and slid in eight quarters (enough for two hours); made sure it was locked and took to walking down the streets. It was a lovely night despite the rain. There was something about the air that made it simply wonderful, to die for. Isi wasn’t out on the streets to hunt or to find a kiss of vampires or werewolves but to simply walk. She had enough money and had killed a group of twelve two nights ago. The only problem was that trouble always followed her. From a young age she had captured the eye of supernaturals. Lines began to form around clubs, umbrellas began to open, people fought over yellow taxis. “Auh, New York.” Isi uttered to herself.

beast and the harlot she's a cage for every unclean spirit.
A slender, seemingly delicate index finger snaked out from her side, gently striding across the surface of the vehicle the red-head had just absconded from. Her touch was light and wasn’t about to let off an alarm. She was just touching. . . nothing wrong with that, right?
The finger was attached a hand, attached to the arm of a woman in her twenties, bubblegum pink hair adorning the top of her head, cascading down past her shoulders in curled rivulets, only just beginning to stick to her face and darken with the rain. Despite the horrid weather, she was wearing next to nothing – a black and white, sleeveless dress and a pair of dangerous-looking heels – and didn’t seem to be fazed by the cold.
Vampires hardly ever were.
Cheshire grin adorning her face, Lyn Keeler turned her head to look in the direction the lady had gone, head tilting to the side. Umbrellas blocked her view, but like the vivid color of her own locks, the woman’s red cranium was easy to spot when she focused and filtered out the rest. It would be so much easier if she could just get the girl’s keys from her. . . . Sure, she could break in and hotwire the thing to work, but it was so much more fun telling them that she wanted to take off with their car. Saabs weren’t the prettiest cars. . . there were better, but right now it was more the woman that interested her than the car.
Someone with an umbrella swept past and Lyn’s hand lashed out, grabbing the umbrella from the woman’s hand and skipping down the sidewalk with her stolen shelter, the woman screaming at her, and then whining about her hair. Oh she was going to get a little wet. . . the poor thing! Lyn just glanced over her shoulder and giggled before turning back and dodging someone walking the opposite direction as her.
It didn’t take but several happy little steps for Lyn to reach the umbrellaless woman. Lyn stopped next to her, her umbrella covering the woman as well, and then held out her hand, palm flat, grinning a toothy grin, attempting to come off as friendly to the other woman, though she was proably just coming off as a bit of a creeper. “May I have your keys?” she asked sweetly, cocking her wet head to the side and offering the red head another bright little smile dancing across her full, pale red lips. Did she really expect it to work? No. But it would have been a pleasant little surprise if it had.

beast and the harlot she's a cage for every unclean spirit.
Even though the umbrella covered both of the girls and kept them from getting wet, the damage had already been done. Lyn was already soaked to the bone, and if any human had been wearing the same thing she was wearing, she would have already been feeling the pinprick of icy water digging into her skin. . . the shivering would have started already and become rather uncontrollable, but her dead flesh wasn’t affected by it in the same way as humans. . . oh she knew it was cold, she could feel it slithering across her skin, but it was manageable and she would be just fine. It was just like a walk in the park!
“Are you trying to carjack me?” the woman asked, incredulous tone left out for the time being. Lyn’s grin merely widened further and her head cocked to the other side. It wasn’t every day that someone asked if they could steal your car, was it? The rain had stopped assaulting the pair’s bodies and instead pummeled the vinyl material the umbrella was made from, drowning out the quieter sounds. To Lyn’s ears, though, it was normal. Not as good as a shifters, but decent. She could even hear the girl yelling about her umbrella still, and when she glanced over her shoulder, she saw her taking shelter under an awning, trying to figure out what she should do. Pursue or just let it slide? Lyn giggled to herself.
Pink tongue darted out to wet her lips, and she replied “Well if I ask your permission it’s not really stealing, is it? So whaddya say? Let me take it for a spin? And crash it somewhere desolate?” with an upbeat tone. Of course. . . the last part had actually been meant for inner dialogue, but hey. People made mistakes. They said things on accident. She didn’t miss a beat though, and just giggled to herself, light glinting off the tiara stuck in her hair, pressed against her skull. She of course did have every intention of slamming that semi-pretty little vehicle into something – the most desirable thing being another car going full speed on a one-way road. . . on which she would be driving the wrong way. . . .
Well, a girl could dream.

beast and the harlot she's a cage for every unclean spirit.
“How’s this for an answer? – Fuck no!” Well how rude! There was hardly any reason for her to be so darn vulgar!
Aww. She didn’t wanna hand over the car. A childish pout crossed the vampire’s expression, her shoulders hunching slightly, but she just brightened again and grinned, cocking her head to the side and lifting the umbrella a little bit to keep from slapping someone in the face with it as they walked a little too closely to the pair. “Ohh you heard that, didn’t you? Sorry. . . that was supposed to be in my head!” she giggled, lifting a slender, pale hand to her lips. “But that’s okay! I didn’t really expect you to just hand them over.”
Lyn cocked her head to the side, looking a little curious as the girl looked her over for a moment. Had she noticed there was something strange about her? Ooh how fun was this going to be if the red head didn’t know about vampires? The pink haired vampire practically wiggled with the delight at the prospect of being able expose herself – in a non-lewd manner – to this poor naïve woman! Maybe she could even make her cry~ Oh what a perfect start to a perfect day! Before she even realized, Lyn had turned away from the girl, amber eyes glossed over with her own flights of fancy, Cheshire grin stretching her lips.
However, the human’s next question brought the vampire back to Earth and she looked over at her. “Did you escape from an insane asylum?” Lyn’s grin only got toothy, a gleam appearing in her otherwise dull, dead eyes. What a silly, perfect question to ask! Oh it was almost as if the girl was psychic.
“Yes. Yes I did! Quite a while ago. But in my defense I wanted to be there,” she explained, lifting an index finger and closing her eyes, a rather smug smirk etching across her pale, flawless features. She opened her eyes once more and turned her head slightly to look at the woman before winking mischievously at her. She’d landed herself in that asylum on purpose. . . . One, to see if she could get out; and two, she wanted to see just how far she could push the judicial system. Oh the look on that ADA’s face when Lyn had come at her with the microphone. . . priceless!
Twisting at the hips like a fidgety child, Lyn cocked her head and smiled at the girl. “Are you sure you don’t want to let me take your car out? I’ll be gentle~”

ISI .{.EXECUTIONER.}. RUNASIMI → SCORCHING THE BLOOD IN MY TWISTED HEARTI’LL BE THE THORNS ON EVERY ROSE ← Isi continued to frown as she tilted her head. Heard? This vampire was really psychotic! Of course she would have heard anything if the woman had said it. It would actually be a huge favor for Isi to be putting her out of her misery. Could a vampire use and feel the effects of drugs? If so, Isi would say that this girl was drugged out of her mind! She would say cocaine or LSD. Apparently there were some things vampirism could cure like cancer but other things like mental illness were out of luck.
Why would you want to be in an insane asylum?” Isi questioned. “For the thrill of breaking out with other nut cases? Because really, I doubt it’s that hard if you can pick a lock during midnight.” Any type of thief could do it. Those sorts of crazy houses were always understaffed by the government and overcrowded. There was probably only one night nurse and it would be all too easy to break out of such a place if their locks were not electronic. It actually did sound sort of fun now that Isi was thinking about it.
The rain continued to fall and those walking did so around Isi and the pink haired vampire. Had it been not raining people probably would have pushed and shoved Isi, (or tried to only to be painfully broken in return) to get around her. Everyone in New York was rather rude and unfriendly. Isi took a baby step backwards making a businessman in a suit, tie, briefcase and black umbrella trip and almost fall on the wet sidewalk. He looked at Isi as if he wished to start something, her eyes narrowed on him as if to say, ‘What are you going to do? – Sue me?’ The man brushed himself up and walked away. Isi could just imagine a tail between his legs.
Well.” Isi replied as she paused, pretending to think things over. “Since you said you’d be gentle I suppose I don’t see any harm in a short ride.” Isi made as if she was going to get her keys. But instead of reaching for her keys Isi brought a gun out of her pocket. The gun had not been in her pocket but in a holster. The pocket was cut so that Isi could reach her gun through a pocket if she had to get it out with little suspicion. It made for great reach but not so good at putting stuff in. Isi fired a single silver shot at the woman, aimed at her upper stomach quite near her chest. Because there was a silencer on the gun it only gave off a little pop that may have sounded like thunder hitting a trash can or a trash can being kicked over, it even may have sounded like a loud exhaust pipe to others.

beast and the harlot she's a cage for every unclean spirit.
“Why would I want to be in an insane asylum?” she repeated, pink adorned hair cocking to the side slightly, the smile getting smaller as she thought, but remaining all the same. The other woman’s theories were amusing and close to home, but not entirely correct. “Yes, I thought it would be fun! And to tell you the truth, it wasn’t that easy. I mean, it was a correctional facility for the criminally insane to be honest. Can’t let the psychotic killers get out!” She said that as if she was commenting on the rain. “I think it was more fun exterminating those that got in my way than escaping. . . .”
She stopped speaking for a moment as she took a moment remembering all the fun times she had in that place. So many patients she’d stepped on, so many guards and nurses and other such staff she’d beat when they got in her way. . . . Even without the help of the vampire who had turned her she would have got out eventually. Whether it be from escaping in a brilliant display of athleticism and breaking down doors or just simply being “cured” of her illness and being set loose on society. . . .
Snapping back to reality, Lyn remembered something else she wanted to say and snapped her fingers before turning back to the woman. “Oh! And I just wanted to see how easy it was to get away with murder once caught! Insanity plea sounded the most fun. You’d be surprised how desperate humans are to give reasons to why people do what they do. They don’t want to accept that someone would just kill just for the hell of it. . . so they jumped on it when it seemed I was unstable. All it took was a couple public displays of self-mutilation and yelling about random things while attacking the ADA with a microphone. . . . Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!”
Oh yes. . . it had been all too easy and had just affirmed that the judicial system wasn’t all it had been cracked up to be. Lyn had killed that man because she wanted to, not to because she was mentally unsound. She knew that society dictated killing was wrong. Though she didn’t agree, that was majority rule. Just because she had different beliefs from everyone else didn’t mean she was insane. . . it just meant she wasn’t a bandwagoner!
“Since you said you’d be gentle I suppose I don’t see any harm in a short ride.” What was this? Lyn brightened considerably at the idea that this woman was just going to hand over her keys, but she wasn’t an idiot. This woman wasn’t really going to just fork over the keys to her car! Lyn’s amber eyes narrowed and slowly darkened to an opaque mud color, transitioning slowly into onyx, but the smirk never left, even as the flash of the gun appeared, the sound of the silenced blow ringing in her ears. Even if she had had time to dodge or stop the woman, she wouldn’t have. Pain lanced through her body and made her entire body tingle, but she didn’t double over. . . the look on her face wasn’t contorted with agony. . . it was mingled with a sense of crazed bliss, pain, and. . . an emotion too deep to describe.
“Oh my god!” the vampire shouted, making several people glance in her direction. “Silver! Oh geez that always – just feels – so. . . freaking. . . awesome,” she panted, pressing the release on the umbrella to make it snap shut before she whirled around to bash the utensil against the side of her – for lack of a better term – victim’s head. All the while, just grinning like a madwoman.
“GUN!” Even as she shouted that at the top of her lungs, she didn’t sound scared or panicked like someone who saw a gun would. No, she seemed to be almost singing the word out to the world. People looked, of course, trying to see if there was any truth to this accusation. Umbrella up and ready to smash the woman some more as her other hand dug slender fingers into the wound, digging around for the bullet that had stuck in her body due to its hardiness. A human’s body might have allowed the bullet to pass through, but Lyn’s had stopped it. A few bloody seconds later, she had the bullet in her hand – which she immediately just chucked over her shoulder, pegging a woman in the cheek by accident.

Isi just blandly stared at the pink haired vampire. A normal vampire would have gone mad or felt pain and would have been inhibited by the pain to do anything except fight back or flee. This woman embraced the pain. “I hope you’re not getting a hard on.”
[/b] Isi muttered to herself. The last thing she wanted was to be near a vampire when it was climaxing. Isi was smacked in the head with an umbrella. It did not hurt but it did annoy her. It was then that the pink haired vampire did something that made Isi gasp out in surprise, eyes wide. She shouted ‘gun’ as if to bring attention to them. No vampire had ever wanted the attention. Isi carefully slid the gun back into her pocket and tucked it into its holster while she too pretended to look around for the owner of the gun. “Oh my God. That black guy has a gun!”[/b] Isi shouted and pointed to the curious onlookers. Two could play that game. So prayed and wished she could force one of the black males to start running. It worked on “Everybody Hate’s Chris”. Why couldn’t it work now? This was unfortunately not going the way Isi wanted it to. She was thus forced to ducking her head down and running the way she had just walked. She was pretending as if she was running from the person with the gun. In her mind she was shouting, ‘Come on fuckers. When someone says gun you fucking run. Don’t try to look for the so called accused shooter.’ Isi wanted to get into her car and drive straight home. All she had wanted earlier was a nice walk and now thanks to a stupid insane vampire she wasn’t going to get it. [/blockquote][/blockquote][/size]

beast and the harlot she's a cage for every unclean spirit.
Lyn grinned and held her hand against her wound. The blood wasn’t going to clot and the wound wasn’t going to heal for a little while. . . not when the bullet had been silver – and the girl who had got hit behind Lyn when she’d tossed the bullet was looking around, very confused – but that seemed to be perfectly fine with the vampire. “You have to have a penis to get a hard-on!” she squealed, waving the umbrella errantly and rolling her eyes. What a silly statement.
The vampire’s grin merely got wider as the woman put away her gun. The lack of surprise on her face that Lyn was perfectly fine – well, not perfectly fine; ignoring and enjoying pain didn’t mean that it wasn’t bad – meant that she had perhaps figured out that he wasn’t human: she had dealt with vampires and the likes before! Grand! Too bad she couldn’t shoot anymore. People had started to skirt away, though the lack of a physical, noticeable gun started to make them all think it was all just someone playing a prank or something. It wasn’t all that uncommon for people to shout things in New York, and chances were quite a few of the people in the crowd had guns hidden on them somewhere. . . . Not a big deal.
“Oh my God. That black guy has a gun!” The woman was feigning her own fear and passing the buck on someone else, eh? Lyn’s Cheshire grin widened, her pearly whites clearly visible as her lips shifted into a full-blown smirk. Oh no. No no no, she wasn’t going to be getting out of this one so easily! The eyes boring into the pair didn’t bother her. In fact, given the means, Lyn would be the center of attention all the time.
Mouth forming the letter O, Lyn lifted her bloody hand – which did not go unnoticed by the people nearest them – and pointed at the gun-toting human as she ducked and started to run. “That means two guns!” she shouted, grinning coyly and following the woman with her finger, accusing her of having a gun. People started to talk, but they still had no proof, so they weren’t about to deviate from their plans. “Don’t worry! I’ll get her!” she chimed happily, skipping swiftly toward the human, the rain water on the sidewalk sloshing under her heels as they clicked rapidly with her movement. Lyn could easily overtake the woman with her speed, but where was the fun in that?
As she followed the red-head and left quite a few confused and bewildered people behind, the umbrella in hand. Someone, however, was moving toward her as well. Well, Lyn wasn’t about to move! She lifted the umbrella with both hands and shouted “FORE!” before swinging at the man with the umbrella. It caught him right in the chest and knocked him flat on his back, snapping the umbrella in the meantime. Shrugging, Lyn tossed the broken umbrella behind her – hitting yet another poor bystander in the face – before she continued her half speed pursuit of the human.

Isi couldn’t help but laugh as she ran though it was not a hysteric laugh. ‘You have to have a penis to get a hard-on’ sounded very, very funny when shouted! Anyone who was listening to the pink haired girl would have to know that she was bloody crazy! Anyone who had bright pink hair had to be bloody insane! And then the pink haired vampire shouted out ‘That means two guns’ and then Isi heard, ‘Don’t worry! I’ll get her!’ Isi ran faster, about as fast as she could. She did ten miles every other day. She used to run ten miles every day but running was boring as hell. Now was the perfect time to put all her practice into use.
It was only when the pink haired girl screamed ‘Fore’ did Isi turn around for a quick glance. She was slightly familiar with that word, golf terms. It meant duck. Of course instead of ducking Isi turned around to glance. A man got knocked down with an umbrella. When the umbrella was split in half the pink vampire tossed the umbrella and it hit another man who was without a doubt now in some kind of pain. When did the hunter become the hunted? It was the plot of almost every movie. Isi gritted her teeth and continued to run. She wanted to find an area which was completely empty. Just her luck! Why had tonight been so damned crowded?
Isi turned a sharp right. She knew the streets well; she felt that she knew the city even better. She had spent the past six years of her life learning these streets, and at night! She knew which alleyways were dead ends, which ones led out onto other streets, fences that one could easily jump over, places where the homeless slept and where they avoided. The streets were less crowded now and now that Isi thought of it, perhaps a crowded street would have been better than one not so crowded. Anyhow, Isi continued to run.

Poor people getting in her way. Lyn didn’t stop for anyone, her hands out like a linebacker’s, shoving people to the side, turning into them and shoulder checking them out of her way. It was like playing bowling, only with people! In her wake she left quite a few people lying helpless on the ground, wondering what had just happened. Oh ho this chaos was just too entertaining! She should have done this hours ago!
“Run run run, as fast as you can! You can’t get away from me. . . I’m the freaking boogey man!” Lyn screeched happily, doing a perfect impersonation of a banshee. Her legs pumped as she jogged after the woman, keeping her within her sites but not using full speed to overtake her. Her now-onyx gaze shifted to the buildings and she momentarily thought about just running along there and taking out all of the middle man parts of taking people out and slowing herself down. . . but not now. That could be used some other time when she wasn’t having so much fun already chasing after this woman!
The red head in front of her turned, and Lyn in turn followed after her, glad to continue this pretty little game of cat and mouse. Would she continue through the crowd or take her chance somewhere devoid of people where she could bring out that pretty little gun and shoot her some more? Oh that would be a fun game to play! Dodge the bullets! Sounds liked a fun time to her, at least.

ISI .{.EXECUTIONER.}. RUNASIMI → SCORCHING THE BLOOD IN MY TWISTED HEARTI’LL BE THE THORNS ON EVERY ROSE ← Today was a day when Isi wished that humans weren’t quite so ignorant. Then again it was probably better that they were. Isi turned around when the pink haired girl identified herself as the boogey man. “Fuck you!”
[/b] Isi shouted as she continued at her pace. Isi was a quick runner, perhaps faster than the average high school track club member but slower than a professional runner in the Olympics. Isi knew that the pink haired demon could run faster than Isi however for some reason she seemed determined to keep a slow and steady pace. Isi reached into her pocket and pulled out her gun, the same one she had used before. She stopped running for a few seconds and pulled the trigger three times. All three shots were pointed at the pink haired one. When Isi shot her back was straight and her hood was pulled up over her head. Hopefully those around as ‘witnesses’ would start running instead of gapping to look at the shooter. It would be just like Isi to shout ‘die’ while she was shooting but her voice would give her away as female. She didn’t slide the gun back into the holster as she picked up her pace and began to run once more. Instead she kept the gun cupped near her breasts. beast and the harlot she's a cage for every unclean spirit.
“Fuck you!” the woman called over her shoulder at her as they ran down the sidewalks, rushing past very confused bystanders and shoving them down to the ground – in Lyn’s case, anyway. It was almost like a city-wide game of tag! It probably didn’t matter how fast the poor mouse could run when she had to run through all these people in her way. . . but she sure was making this increasingly more fun!
The pink haired vampire giggled to herself and gleefully called back “I’d happily oblige if you’d slow down! My door swings both ways, Chickadee!” A loud cackle escaped her lips as she continued with the chase, shoving someone of the way and taking their umbrella at the same time. Her hair swung wetly behind her, water droplets splattering around. She was so glad that she had managed to keep this pace without breaking a heel, and yet she was still running as swiftly and gracefully as a little gazelle! Of course that just proved the quote “woman can do anything men can do. . . and in heels.”
Suddenly, the woman turned around and pulled her gun out again, hood drawn over her head. Lyn let out another gleeful cackle, and then was gone. The three bullets hit some innocent bystanders and they cried out, hitting the ground. A panic immediately started as the crowd writhed into a horrible drone of screaming people running into the street and into buildings to avoid the crazed gun-toting person shooting into a crowd. This was just getting better and better! Not only was she chasing her quarry in public, but now she was shooting civilians! Normally hunters attempted to save people, but apparently she didn’t care about the human populace. . . she just wanted to kill these creatures. Her creatures. Curiouser and curiouser!
When Isi turned to run, her gun pressed against her chest, she’d find Lyn standing in front of her, swinging the umbrella she had stolen a few seconds prior, aiming to hit her chest as she had the man who had been in her way – in the chest with enough force to knock her back and break the umbrella in half at the same time. “Hey batter batter swing!” she cried.

Isi’s eyes turned wide when the pink haired one said that she would happily oblige. If anything Isi found it in herself to run at a higher speed. She cursed herself when the vampire dodged the bullets and instead other people got shot. Hopefully they wouldn’t die because the last thing Isi needed or wanted right now was a police investigation. This was big, shooting someone in public. Thankfully Isi had the night on her side and it was raining. Maybe the police would never find her. Maybe she could bribe the shootees later when she found out their names? No. The police would probably find a way to trace the money. It would be best to just avoid them period.
Isi heard ‘batter batter swing’ before she realized that she had run straight into the pink haired woman. Her breath was momentarily knocked out of her as Isi was thrown to the ground. Her gun dropped a few inches away from her hand. She was fallen, not even half a block away from where she had shot some people. The shot people or person was rather close. She was trying to fill the lungs into her breath and did not know if people were scattering or helping the shot person/persons. All Isi had known was that someone had obviously been shot. “Damn you!” Isi cursed at the pink haired one.
