The vampire just stood solemnly with his arms around his lovely Era. It took quite a few silent minutes of thought before he could bring any words to his pale, trembling lips. "Bbydoll... I'm so sorry... you know... I can't ever make decisions without you... it just isn't right... but this time... this... it has to be done. For you... for us..." He sighed heavily, the beautiful scent of her tingling his nose and reminding him just why he had to make a move against his lust. "I... I can't very well ask you to understand... but I love you Era. Please... trust me? I promise you... no matter what happens... no matter how horrible things may seem... I'll never stop loving you, and it'll all be over soon enough." Hiro held Era tighter, holding back his own tears as her soft, frail voice hurt him so much. "Not a minute... goes by anymore without these thoughts in my mind reminded me just how wonderful you taste... can you understand... what this means... for you... or for us?" His voice was soft, calculated, but overall just morbidly depressive. It was evident this wasn't very easy for him to talk about at all, or even consider doing. Still, his love and care for her was driving him to do something no vampire would ever rationally believe in doing to themselves. Especially not when being a captive meant under the watch of a human, a vampire hunter no less. It was ridiculous to say the least, but Hiro would do anything for his Era after all.
"You may not feel the pain now... but no matter how much I may try, I can't barely fight this and win any longer. I'm so sorry Era. I can't... I just can't hurt you like that... not again..." Without any worries left to stop his tears, they flowed down his cheeks slowly, the blood red colour staining his pale face. A few bystanders who had been casually eavesdropping and giving the couple strange looks left immediately. Hiro did his best to conceal and contain it all and to be strong, to never show Era just how badly he was hurting again, but the vampire had reached his limit and broke down. He couldn't let go of Era and wished so very badly that he wasn't such a monster. There were no longer any sort of happy thoughts left in his troubled mind. Every notion towards their potential happiness was instantly met and drowned out by a dozen thoughts of how horrible things would be now, because of him. Even in the most dire moments, he was still as selfless as ever and had no right to think anything was Era's fault at all. It was all his ordeal and he hated himself more to know just how hard things would become for Era soon.
"This.... this may be the last time I can hold you in my arms for quite some time..." He choked on his words. "But I promise... as much as I never want to let you go, I will beat this... somehow.... and things can be the same between us again. Even if its the very last thing I do... " Hiro couldn't even finish his sentence before he found himself only inches away from her precious neck, his fangs sharp and lustful. But as soon as he felt his sharp teeth poking against her soft skin, he let her out of his embrace and took a few nervous steps back. His knees felt weak and his heart may as well have been sunk and dead already. The look of remorse and sorrow in his eyes was far greater than anything ever to be written across his otherwise emotionless and empty face. It was then, that not only he, but perhaps Era as well, knew just how far his vampiric lust for her blood had taken over his mind and body. Hiro had nearly ended her life, again, and in public no less. Trying to take another cautious step away from her, in fear of her safety, Hiro's legs were shaking and he shook his head in disbelief towards himself.
There was no doubt in his mind, and hopefully in Era's, that there was probably no other way than to do what Hiro was planning. Era loved him too much and he knew she felt the same about wanting to hurt him as he did towards her. But if she were to even suggest feeding him on her own and regulating his blood intake until he was again capable of calming himself and doing it on his own, she would surely have to use her werewolf strength and claws against him. It was a situation he wouldn't dare want Era to be put in. But Hiro knew Isi wasn't someone who would even think twice about hurting him; about shooting him, driving silver stakes into his body, exposing him to harsh UV rays or damn near anything if she had to in order to gain control over a vampire who will have gone over the edge. Hiro had once heard rumors of a vampire that Isi had kept captive. It had been chained with pure silver shackles and kept in confinement and tortured in unimaginative ways just for her own pleasure. He wished dearly she still had the facility, and the drive for such an event because Hiro had already proven to everyone, even his beloved Era, that he was very dangerous as an uncontrollable vampire.

Era let Hiro take a few steps away from her, she wasn't going to aruge against him as she pushed her hands into her coat pockets her fingers wrapping lightly around his wallet and his access key, bowing her head slightly she looked at the ground as she listened to Hiro speaking. When he finnished speaking she raised her head and looked at Hiro with a small smile on her lips, tears evident in her eyes. "I know you have to do this...but I want you to know Hiro I wont go anywhere, I'll always be here for you" she said with a smile.
Era didn't want to cry because she knew it would solve nothing and make everything worse and harder on Hiro, taking her hands from her pockets she rubbed at her eyes for a moment before placing her hands back in her pockets comfortably. Even with her coat and Hiro's on Era still shivered slightly from a cool breeze, she hated the cold but right then she disliked it even more as she kept a small sweet smile on her lips just for her Hiro as to not upset him more; that smile that she wore was real and just for him.

Isi drove somewhat recklessly with her sports car. She drifted in and out of lanes with ease as her car purred. She was a very good driver though not at the professional level of the Nascar drivers. Not to mention everyone knew a sports car meant business out on the busy road. You had to weave in and out of the lanes driving in New York or else you would never get anywhere! Isi pulled up in front of the hotel and began to drive at six mph as she began to scan the sidewalk for Hiro. She wasn’t late like she hoped but early. As she passed the hotel she swerved and cut a very tight u-turn in traffic to circle the fancy hotel. There wasn’t a good place to park in front of the building and it was reserved for loading and unloading / cabs and VIP parking. If she drove there then someone might try to take non-existent bags from her car. How embarrassing! This would be easier if she knew what the infamous Hiro looked like. Driving where she had just come, Isi took a left turn and began to circle the block moving along with the flow of traffic. “I’m Here. Where R U?” she texted to the vampire. It actually took all her strength to not type out in full the, “are you” part. She was a stickler for perfection and ‘r u’ seemed a bit cheesy. She had seen the busy bell boys, cab drivers, a few other people and a couple embraced in romantic gestures – Isi had all skimmed. It hadn’t occurred to her that Seras’ Hiro was the man with the woman. She finally completed the drive around the block and was back where she started from. She hadn’t burnt up a lot of gas but she was unhappy about being in such a people place. If Hiro really was meeting her she realized that this was a very good place to meet a perfect stranger. You really couldn’t do a thing without being caught on the cameras or seem by at least twelve witnesses! Thankfully the license plate on her car read, “Bite Me”, a fake of course which could be switched with the push of a button with her real plate – Or as real as could get since Isi had nothing registered under her real name.

It tore Hiro apart even worse to hear Era agree with him so easily, but he convinced himself the best he could to know that she only did it because he loved him dearly. Era had never been the type to argue with him unnecessarily, though somtimes Hiro wished she did. He wished she would care about her own feelings enough to be completely selfish and difficult with him. Though everyone had their own ways of showing affection, and Era's seemed to be much like his own. Selfless and non-confrontational, to unconditionally love him for who he was, and how he made her feel. Perhaps Hiro was being too selfish, or maybe... just maybe, he felt as though the topic at hand, in all its seriousness, had more than a big role in letting her let him go. He knew, maybe she didn't know exactly what kind of horrors would face him, and how terrible the pain he will feel will be, but mostly Era knew what it meant for them to stay together. She had to know that she will probably be killed at his hand if he remained with her now. And most of all, Era of course knew Hiro would only elude death after such a traumatic experience as killing his own lover, just to not let himself off easy and continue feeling pain. For her sake.
There was a small buzz in Hiro's pocket and after looking at the text message, it took him a few minutes to answer it because he couldn't even thing straight. Every other thought was of his teeth sinking into Era's precious neck and her blood flowing across his tongue. Just how wonderful she tasted to him began to rule his body and mind and destroy everything he had worked for to be human.
'I'm out front yet with my Era. I'll ask her to go inside, I apologize. I'm wearing a black coat.'
After he sent it, he began to listen in for anything out of the ordinary. His vampiric senses caught the engine noise of an unfamiliar, unique automobile, one that seemed very uncommon. Out of the corner of his eye he noticed a black sports coupe pulling up to the front of the hotel. Without thinking at all, all he knew was it that time for him to perhaps never see his Era again. If things went as south as he felt they would, because the vampire in him was very strong and hard to control at any cost, he only wanted to see and hold her one final time.
With inhuman speed that nobody but Isi would have been quick enough to notice, Hiro closed the distance between him and his Era and he caught her in such a loving embrace. His touch was gentle and caring, the last of his human side coming out over the monster within him. But it only lasted a few short seconds before he was again nearly biting into her neck. This time he actually drew the tiniest bit of blood. It was enough of a taste to ruin him, but not leave scars on the pretty girl. Hiro stumbled back away from her, subconsciously licking his fangs. He wore a look in his eyes that suggested it would be the last he would ever get to see her, with how inexplicably sad it was. Era knew the look only once or twice as she'd only seen it in his eyes in the most absolutely dire moments before he attempted to off himself. As Isi was just getting out of her car to perhaps find him, he turned and started to walk away from Era swiftly before there was no humanity left in him and he became a brutal, bloodthirsty monster again.

Watching as Hiro took his phone out once again and replied to someone, keeping her hands in her pockets she keept a small smile on her face. Not really paying attention Era was a little taken a back by suddenly being in Hiro's arms, smiling more; as he bit her neck she gave a small gasp of suprise. That was something she had not been expecting in the least, when he stepped away from her Era raised a hand to her neck and her finger tips came away with blood. It didn't bother her, letting her hair fall forwards hiding the bites away she moved quickly after Hiro and stopped him before he could get too far away from her.
Leaning up a little she kissed his cheek gently with a smile "Be safe" she whispered to him one of her hands holding his gently for a moment before she let go, in truth Era never wanted to let go of him nor let him go and do what he was going to do. She knew she should argue, scream and shout about it but she knew it wouldn't really do any good for eaither of them for her to make a scene over something, placing her hands in her pockets again her fingers wrapped around his wallet and acesses key Era would make an effort to try and see him in the morning if she could.

Isi looked at the text message when she received it. She was ticked that it had taken such a long time for the response. It was shameful to be kept waiting by a vampire. In a method of comfort, Isi laughed wickedly, imagining the vampire was taking so long because he could not spell! That was just a hoot, that it was. She watched and waited as patiently as an impatient hunter could. But of course when she was on the hunt she could be as patient as she needed to and not move for hours on end – Especially when under some debris and hand on a sniper gun. Watching the frantic werewolves running about wondering how everyone was dropping like flies was simply put side-splitting hilarious! Isi’s motor purred as she decided to pull over next to an already parked car. She did have a bit of room until the light changed green and cars would eventually begin to honk at having to swerve over a few inches. She didn’t need the text message to know that the gentleman next to the woman was the vampire. Was the woman also a vampire? It wasn’t like Isi to leave one vampire alive let alone two. It just wasn’t like Isi to shoot the vampire down in public. She preferred private secluded spaces where the damned enjoyed frequenting.
“I’ll be damned,” Isi muttered to herself and maybe to the vampires if their hearing was as incredible as she guessed it to be. Isi continued to stare at the vampire known as Hiro. What she had taken at first as normal humans embracing was actually a rather disgusting act known as feeding. Of course Isi found all relationships to be disgusting but that was besides the point. Her eyes narrowed and she began to wonder if this wasn’t just a trap. Was not Hiro supposed to belong to Seras and visa versa? Her eyes opened wide, extremely wide, the man was feeding on an innocent little human in front of him. Though Isi could care less about the lives of humans, if the dead could talk they could certainly tell how they had been a human vampire or werewolf servant and gunned down simply for working for the supernatural. “What the hell,” Isi muttered to herself patience gone. She removed the car from park and drove in reverse and then gunned it forwards on the bloody sidewalk! It was such an unusual car that Isi knew no idiotic subway traveler would be able to describe it to authorities. She hit the gas and drove straight for the vampire and the maybe human. If they were both humans then Isi would most likely be fucked - Hopefully her breaks were good.

There was a strange look in his eyes, aside from the horrid depression, when the vampire thought he'd heard the slightest of discomforted whispers. His eyes were still glued to his Era, unable to let her out of his sights. He grew too fearful over his lover. But just in that very moment, the sound of a speeding automobile coming off the road and onto the pavement at them was as clear as a full moon in the night sky.
"Era...!" A soft, but worried voice barely escaped Hiro's lips before he was by her side and the petite girl was being pushed away ever so swiftly and yet gently into the nearby decorative foliage. They were soft and undoubtedly expensive, but nothing at all mattered to him in the instant than her safety. Nearly rough handling his lady was very much hurtful on his psyche, but it was for the best.
A few long seconds later, a black exotic sports coupe came crashing into the vampire. The screeching of brakes stopped the vehicle before it hit the entrance to the hotel and damaged anything, but there was still a body strewed across its hood. Getting up slowly, Hiro looked at his blood all over the front of the vehicle and it dawned upon him. His eyes grew bloodshot and as he opened his mouth to let blood spill out, his fangs were long and sharp. His mangled body and twisted leg didn't even seem to bother him as Hiro lifted himself from the dents he had left on the front of Isi's car and he climbed up to where she sat. A swift punch put his arm through the windshield, cutting his arm apart and perhaps braking a few bones, but the grip he had on Isi's jacket was deathly tight.
It was then when Hiro fought his hardest against letting the vampire in him consume himself in an unspeakable lustful rage. He let go of Isi and pulled his arm from her car's windshield, holding his head in such pain and screaming sickly. His breathing was extremely heavy and he was losing blood everywhere. With every breath more blood came out of his mouth and wounds. But no matter how much pain he was in, Hiro turned around and stumbled slowly towards Era to see if his lover was alright. Even if he had used his strength and body to partially stop a car from running into the hotel they were standing before, and it ruining his body in the process, he still only cared for his Era.

Era felt a little confused when she heared Hiro's voice, the sound of the speeding car just seemed normal to her before she noticed the car in question was aiming for them. Not having enough time to make a sound of suprise she was pushed aside into the foliage, jerking her head up quickly Era watched as the car ploughed into her Hiro and stopped just before the enterance of the building. Everything now seemed in slow motion and slightly muffeled, there were people yelling things and she just sat there looking stunned. Era felt like she didn't know up from down, and everything seemed to not make sense to her right then; it was a strange feeling.
Her legs were at what looked like an uncomfortable angle as she just stayed sitting where she had landed, feeling a small warmth sliding down her right cheek she raised her hand and came away with a small amount of blood having been hit by part of the foilage on her way down. It didn't register with her brain that it should be hurting, looking away from her hand she watched as Hiro put his arm through the windsheild and held the person in the car for a moment before withdrawing his arm.
She had missed something within a few seconds of looking at her fingers, Era felt even more confused then she had moments ago. Everyone was running towards them a few hovered out of reach of Era as Hiro staggered in her direction, blinking a few times she carefully got to her feet. 'Head working: check. Legs working" check. Anything broken: maybe' she thought to herself, meeting Hiro in the middle she looked at the condition he was in "Thankyou for getting me out of the way Hiro...but you hurt yourself" she said softly with a light sigh. Taking in how he looked she sighed again softly as she placed an arm around him carefully not caring that she in question was now getting covered in her lovers blood, "Lean against me, I doubt your legs will last much longer Hiro" Era said gently. Looking at the car she glared at the person behind the wheel she wasn't going to be the polite girl most people met if she got her hands on the person that had been driving.

It all happened so fast. Isi knew that she shouldn’t have reversed to the end of the street, slip past the sign pole and then gun it forwards on the sidewalk. But she did it anyways. It was sort of a mad thing, going ‘mwahahaha’ inside her brain without thinking of the consequences she would later suffer. So many people, so many witnesses. The man pushed the female out of the way and Isi didn’t try to drive out of the way. She had intent to run over civilians/civilian. Because Isi was wearing a seatbelt wasn’t thrashed too much in the car, she inched forwards out of her seat before finally resting safely where she had been. The damage to the front of the car however was disastrous. The hood of the car was dented from the strength of the vampire’s body. The windshield wasn’t broken but the vampire brought his massive hand through and grabbed Isi’s jacket. She was screaming but it wasn’t in fear, it was in pure anger of her precious car being destroyed. The words that could faintly be heard were, “my carrrrrrrrrr” with extra essence on the ‘r’.
Isi was too busy screaming for her baby (the car). As soon as she got her sense in her she would have shot the vampire senseless with her attached silencer. The vampire let go of Isi, his blood dripping everywhere – Isi’s good coat, the windshield, the steering wheel, and of course, the hood of the car, the demolished, demolished hood. She only saw his face for two seconds but she could see blood coming from his mouth and ears. It was dreadfully disgusting; Isi had actually never killed someone by running them over with a car or vehicle before. It was kind of interesting but the vampire wasn’t dead and she didn’t feel the usual rush she got when she killed a creature. After the initial shock seemed to go away Isi realized that there were loads of people running up to them, surrounding them. Thankfully Isi had tinted windows – Minus the exposed part where the idiot vampire broke her windshield. “Fuck, fuck, fuck,” Isi muttered as she began to think. This was NOT looking good. Isi opened up the passenger’s side compartment and began to riffle through her papers – Fake I.D., gun, money and stuffed them into her pockets. The mortal girl was glaring at her intensely. She ought to shoot her for audacity.

Hiro glared angrily towards the car, hearing a door start to open, but the only thing that really mattered to him right then was to keep his Era safe. And right now, he was only getting blood all over her. "Are you alright, bbydoll...?" Hiro responded to her statement, not caring if he had hurt himself as long as she hadn't suffered at all. If there were any ounce of pain across her precious body he would more than likely be furious. "Im... fine...." A slight whisper escaped his lips when she mentioned how horrible his body looked. Doing his best to stand straight, he turned a bit towards the car before leaning down cautiously to his Era. Not only was he trying desperately to control his anger, because his vampiric rage was not something he ever wanted to let get the better of him ever again, and because even through all his blood and pain, her sweet scent was absolutely intoxicating. "Bbydoll..... I'm so sorry.... I didn't think.... I didn't think it may come to this...." He coughed up blood and his limp grew worse. "Please... I'll keep you safe Era. Don't worry... I'll protect you always..."
Not that he particularly needed it, but Hiro pulled a gun out of the coat of his he had had around Era and made sure it was loaded and the safety off. The bullets weren't silver, and not as effective as he knew the hunter's would be against his. Hell she would probably be wearing some sort of vest to stop them, but the hollow points could still smash through at close range. But Hiro desperately wanted to believe there had been some sort of misunderstanding. he needed there to be. Isi had no idea. The vampire was beginning to lose himself and at any cost there was no way he would wish for it. Even with a change of plans, Hiro just couldn't let his slow demise fall upon Era's shoulders. He couldn't let his blood lust be her burden. Especially because if she so much as offered him his neck, he seriously doubted he could ever stop himself and unless she forced him, he would feed off her until she ran dry.
Still, Hiro held Era close with one hand and was ready to shoot with the other. A few onlookers decided to back off from the scene and in the not so far distance, sirens could already be heard. Stumbling a bit, Hiro could barely stand anymore but he was still more than willing to use every last bit of his strength to protect his Era. This hunter would surely know she isn't human either, and probably kill her off too. But Hiro wouldn't let that happen. The thought of Era and maybe a baby in he tummy made the vampire want to kill every living human being in the immediate area. Coughing up more blood, Hiro spoke in a horrid, weak voice. "Era.... I... I'm so ... sorry...." He laughed lightly to himself, coughing inbetween. "How... just how could I have been... so foolish... of course... of course it would come to this. She's a hunter... they don't help us for any amount of money..." Looking Era in the eyes, there were blood and tears draining out of his own. "I'll fix this... I'll make it all better.... I won't let anything happen to you Era... I.... I promise..." Leaning down, Hiro bit into his arm and began to drink what was left of his blood, even if it didn't quite help at all anymore. He was losing too much and already weak. Nothing but hers would save him now, but the vampire refused to admit it. Even if it killed him he couldn't in his right mind drink from her. Thankfully, the vampire in him was already starting to take over.

Era mind was still being a little slow a picking up what was going on, seeing Hiro pull the gun out she cringed slightly. Something else that made a loud noise, listening to Hiro she hated seeing him in the condition he was in "I'm fine...but you....you are f-far from fine" she said softly. Looking at the car again only holding onto Hiro was the only thing stopping her from walking over there, ripping to door and and being as violent as she could be.
The sirens made her turn her head slightly before looking back at Hiro as he spoke to her "Don't be sorry" she said softly watching as he bit into his arm she crinkled her nose, without giving it a second thought she reached up and pulled his arm away from his mouth "You're killing yourself already Hiro" Era said and shifted some of her hair from her neck "Drink...I'll stop you when you've drunk enough" she said firmly. Glancing around she noted how far back people had gone since Hiro had drawn the gun, this was going to be very interesting trying to explain to people if they had called the police.
Sighing softly to herself she stayed pressed to Hiro not seeming bothered that she was now soaked in his blood, her clothes sticking to her. Watching the car the glare never left Era's gaze at all, she wanted to be able to vent some anger on the hunter "Why Hiro? Why call a hunter?" Era asked softly as she looked at him her gaze softening. Bitting down on her bottom lip slightly she continued to hold his arm down with her free hand, she wasn't worried about the gun; at least not yet. Not until it was fired. But now that Era knew the driver was a hunter it made her hate the woman even more, her eyes turned the silverywhite they went when she shifted she saw a few more people flinch back more when they saw her eyes change colour.
Era could be scary when she wanted to be, and right now she wanted to be as scary as ever. Leaning into Hiro more her grip tightened a little more on his arm, if people wanted to question why she was with her Hiro; they could. Even this hunter. "Hate hunters" she murrmured to herself but didn't doubt that Hiro would hear her words.

Isi was panicked. People were everywhere. Even though eyewitness testimony wasn’t accurate people would remember a woman dressed in dark colored jogging clothes driving an expensive car crazily. She didn’t have a disguise in her car. Why would she need a bloody disguise if she wasn’t hunting? There was no wig, no hair tie or anything. The best thing Isi could think of was to pull her black jacket over her bright red hair as best as she could. Isi almost shouted more obscene words into the air of her car. People continued to crowd the area until…
Isi almost shouted, “what the fuck,” when Hiro pulled out a gun. The people began to back away. Isi almost knew she was either going to get shot or Hiro was helping her. And since she wasn’t hunting she didn’t have any bulletproof gear. In fact she hadn’t worn bulletproof gear in a long time. It was just too heavy to run in and the enemy didn’t have guns since they didn’t need them. However, if Hiro was going to shoot her, Isi would be a sitting duck here in the driver’s side. She unbuckled her seatbelt thankful that the airbags hadn’t deployed. With her jacket hood pulled over her head she got out of the car. Her right hand was under her jacket and her hand was glued to her gun.
Isi slammed the door and finally for the first time met the vampire eye to eye. The sirens were coming, the police too. It was best to get out of the area – Fast.

Instinctively, Hiro leaned towards the girl's neck. His other hand was still on his gun at his side, but the vampire proved be barely hesitant when she offered him her neck. Still, the better half of him took over and before biting into her sweet skin, Hiro kissed Era's neck gently and whispered in her ear. "I'm so sorry.... I c-can't.... not again... not anymore...." Taking her hand in his weakly, Hiro put her touch to his neck, letting her feel the scars that weren't all too visible. But she would know, she knew all too well they were there and where they had come from. "Bbydoll.... I promised you.... I wouldn't ever let you.. the other you... do this to me again.... because I love you Era... but that is what it would take to stop me... If I drank from you now..." He shook his head lightly, his body weak. "I just know.... I won't be able to control this anymore...."
After a few long minutes of coughing violently, Hiro noticed the colour of Era's eyes change as she had glared at the driver of the vehicle. The vampire heard Isi get out of her car but he didn't want to look at her. If he saw her now, there was no telling what sort of rage would consume his heart if it already hadn't. But the look he saw growing in Era's eyes scared him half to death. He had only seen it but once, and that was when she nearly killed him.
Wrapping his arms around the lady, Hiro held her lovingly, but tight. He wasn't about to let her go at all. Hiro kissed her passionately before whispering to her in a calm, kind voice. "Shhh, Era.... its alright. Everything will be fine now. I'll fix this.... please... you're alright... we're alright."
All of this was entirely his fault and quite honestly, Hiro knew it all. He knew he shouldn't have kept her out of his plan until it was too late, he knew something terrible could happen. But above all, he had known all along how selfish, maniacal, and untrustworthy Isi Runasimi was. Every rumor in the underground spoke of how irrational the women proved to be, how she was brutal and didn't give a care in the world for anyone but herself. And how she took it upon herself to rid the world of inhuman creatures, wether they proved harmful to humans or not. If there ever was anyone in the world Hiro held less respect for than himself, it was to be her. Everything she apparently stood for had damn near been proven true to him in the past few minutes and his rage was consuming him. Thankfully for her, protecting Era was his top priority and at the moment, he would hold onto him if it was the last thing he did to keep her sane and safe from herself. From the Werewolf inside her.
"Shh... Era... I'm okay. I'm alright... please.... I know this isn't you, Era... I know you're stronger than this..." Hiro watched her tear filled eyes, hoping that they would shift back to the lovely human orbs he adored so much. One thing was for certain, no matter what she became, and how violent, even towards her own lover, Hiro wouldn't let her go for anything. "I love you." Hiro couldn't possibly have meant his words more than in that instant.

Feeling the scars on his neck from where she had tried to rip his throat out made her heart ache, she didn't want to touch them knowing that they were all her fault. Feeling tears well up in her eyes as Hiro's arms wrapped around her, holding him to her as if he was scared of what she might do. A very inhuman sounding growl slowly crept up her throat as she looked at the woman, she didn't care who she was she just wanted to make her hurt.
Digging her nails gently into Hiro's arms she let herself lean against him, her eyes stayed the silverywhite taking a deep breath she could smell the tang of Hiro's blood; the smell of the woman and the rest of the city. The sirens were getting far to close for her comfort, with the sound getting louder she clenched her eyes shut. Pulling her arms out from Hiro's arms she pressed her hands to her ears, opening her eyes they hadn't gone back to their normal colour but there was enough of the normal Era left to make conversation.
"I love you too" she said softly; slowly she took her hands from her ears deciding she could live with the noise and if it would leave her ears ringing for hours after Era took another deep breath she knew the woman would be carrying a gun and person who knew hunters knew they never went anywhere without some form of weapon, "I just want to hurt her, for hurting you" she whispered.
She knew it was a bad idea because she doubted she would stop herself if she attacked the woman and relaxed in Hiro's arms and let her eyes close trying to calm herself down, just listening to Hiro's soft voice had calmed her down. Opening her eyes slowly once again they were their normal colour, but her anger was still there and she still wanted the hurt someone.

Isi heard what inspired for conversation between the vampire and the girl who could change her eye color at will – That definitely wasn’t a human characteristic. The words which Isi heard the loudest were “baby doll” and “love you Era”. Isi made a putrid facial expression. Love between two creatures? That was seriously disgusting. It was a tie for first place on the night she had seen her pet Seras like … like … she had blocked that out. She wouldn’t think of that night she had gone hunting. But the moments were tied for horror. And if this really was Hiro, Seras’ Hiro, then Isi felt a tingle of what might be faux sadness or the only sort of sadness Isi could feel. An imaginative kind of sadness if you will.
“I love you? Is that what you say to all the girls?” Isi ignored the girl, rolling her eyes as she fell for his bullshit. Maybe, alright, maybe Isi didn’t feel sadness but she felt imaginary sadness for Seras. Or maybe she just didn’t like love. Or maybe Seras had made up the whole thing with Hiro. Isi had never asked in detail for the story of the little vampire girl. Maybe she had been killed and turned by complete accident in a murderers ravage type of thing. Clean cut girl got addicted to drugs while human, out to score, crosses paths with Hiro, so drugged up her body was fighting as she was dying, she died, came back to life, bing bang boom.
She crossed her arms over her stomach as she straddled the butt of her gun. Her poor car was in deep shit. She had just sunk two hundred grand down the drain. She would never get it back because she had done something illegal or well, tons of illegal things: running over “people”, registering it under an alias, etc... Oh and leaving the scene of a crime. Why wasn’t Isi leaving? The sirens were getting way too too close for Isi’s liking. She couldn’t run at the speed of light unlike other people. Her only mode of transportation was gone. She disliked the subway. The buses were too slow. Cabbies had cameras in their car and remembered passengers. If she tried to walk/run she might be found if the cops did a sweep. She was fucked all around. Best to get a head start. “I’ll tell Seras you said hello.” Isi wasn’t being civil, her voice sounded - - not very nice. But it wasn’t like she could just begin shooting with all these witnesses.
