you cry alone and then he swears he loves you.

do you feel like a man when you push her around?
do you feel better now as she falls to the ground?
well i'll tell you my friend, one day this world's going to end
as your lies crumble down, a new life she has found.

the night was cool, but it was relaxing if not calm. camera in hand, amethyst set it up to take an exposure of the night sky through the trees. she had been trying to get one forever, but it never turned out the way she had hoped it would. so here she was again, trying once more. this time she hoped for something worth keeping. what else was she gonna do if this didn't come out? probably take another photo, but then she would have to figure out another time where it wasn't cloudy, usually it had been for the past week and tonight had been the only time where it wasn't cloudy.
amethyst had taken photos of almost everything she could think of it that would work with scenery. she never liked taking photos of people, they almost never came out the way she had hoped. it was either too blurry, or to focused. just never in between and sometimes if just drove her up the wall. it was such a pain to put the model in the correct posture as well considering they always wanted to move and do their own thing. it was annoying as fuck, but she lived with it because she stuck to what she was good at. and it wasn't models.
it seemed a bit too quiet tonight, usually there was some background noise in the park, but somewhere somehow, that noise just disappeared. looking away from the camera, amethyst took a look around. she felt a little nervous being out here now, more than ever, considering there was nobody there. where the hell was everyone? it felt really eerie. it wasn't like she was used to the silence, but here in the park gave it a more creepy feeling than before. was there something out there in the dark that she couldn't see from the streetlamps?
