“Yeah well I’m still blaming you!” Ophelia replied child-like. “If you weren’t sitting here I could have…” she trailed off. She had almost said that she could take photographs of the museum. It was easy to see which rooms the guards were in because there were a few traces of light on some of the room windows. She already had memorized the blueprints which were rather hard to get a hold on and knew that the room which had lights on was near another room where the guards were probably watching TV in the dark.
“Suit yourself.” Ophelia replied as she stretched and then began to walk in the direction of her car. It was late and there was no one on the park trail. “He is probably homeless.” Ophelia muttered to herself. “Though he didn’t smell too bad.” She grinned to herself. Perhaps Rhian would find a safe spot to sleep through the night and that safe spot did not mean the park. Would he be gone in an hour or two? That was more than enough time to get a quick bite to eat and then to return with a second, unbroken miniature camera.

Rhian sighed softly. "Could have what? At least finish your sentence if your going to try and blame me for something that's your fault." He ran his fingers through his hair, watching as Ophelia seemed to be lost in though. Rhi shook his head, rather confused. "Your a strange girl." He watched her some more, figuring that she was lost in her own little space and time any how. And he didn't really want to get involved with that at all.
"Bye bye." Rhi grinned as he walked her walking away. He shook his head and sighed, leaning back against the bench more before laying down and gazing up at the stars. He would probably look like a homeless person, but Rhi just didn't want to head inside at the moment. So what if someone tryed to come by and cause him problems? It wouldn't be any different than that one Set guy that he was sure wanted to shoot him. He pulled his phone from his pocket, noticing the text he had gotten. He replyed and slipped the phone back into his pocket before he glanced back up. Staying here for a while more wouldn't cause any problems right? Right.

It was late and Ophelia was half asleep. She made it home after stopping in a drive-in and ordered a coffee and a pink frosted donut. Behind the bookcase which moved was another room. Inside that room was a wall safe behind a painting. Ophelia tucked the broken camera inside the safe and pulled out the new camera. She tucked it away in her pocket and made sure the pocket was zipped. She also grabbed the night scope lenses that allowed her to see heat sources. Why hadn’t she taken them earlier? Maybe the kid was right, she was old.
The coffee revitalized Ophelia who now felt wide awake. She wouldn’t be able to sleep even if she wanted to. She managed to snag the same parking spot as she had done earlier. But instead of walking through the park to see the museum she walked around the park and was in front of the museum. When the coast was clear, as it already was, she took out the goggles and made note of the time and location of the guards. She took a seat at the beginning of the park entrance where she had prime view of the museum. Ophelia could not see the bench where she and Rhian had sat, she could only assume he was either still there or gone. Probably gone.

Rhian closed his eyes for a moment, just listening to the many sounds that seemed to happen all around him. When he opened his eyes back up a deep sigh came from his lips. "Damn it. I feel asleep." He shook his head and sat up, glancing at his watch. He had promised himself that he wouldn't fall asleep on the bench, but it was so nice and peaceful outside that he couldn't much help it. With another shake of his head he stood up and streached. He would have to cut through the park and around the museum to get to his current 'home away from home' situation. He couldn't complain though, it was a lovely hotel.
He headed off towards the hotel when he noticed a bright red spot out of the corner of his eye. Rhi turned his head, watching Ophelia and whatever in the world she was doing. He was silent for a moment before he walked over to her. "It looks like your up to something to me you know." He knelt down when he got closer to her, waving his hand in front of the strange goggles she had. "What in the world are you doing?"

Ophelia was quite busy that she was not paying attention to her surroundings. And why should she? It was quite very late and everyone ‘decent’ was in home in their beds, watching TV, sleeping or coming home from work. The only people she needed to be on the lockout were for the NYPD. She could always say that she was cutting through the park on her way home and had stopped to tie her shoes. And then all of a sudden Rhi had appeared. Ophelia placed the Goggles on the top of her head. It was a style that was very popular when you wore dreads. Of course her Goggles looked like binoculars. But it was very, very dark. Ophelia crossed her hands over her chest. “You know, if you don’t have a home it’s okay to say so. I can help you out if you’re not so proud!”
It was far too late for Ophelia to put her Goggles in her back. She may have looked like she was up to something but Rhi would never, never guess what. It could be anything. And sitting harmlessly on a park bench did not amount to much. Rhi may have known her real name but no one would be able to find her last name. Sure her name was not common and it should have been rather easy to find but she was not listed in any databases. No one would find her. The home she lived at was listed under an alias that she used whenever she did not feel like using her name. She tilted her head back as if she was stretching her neck, that way the Goggles were at an angle atop her head where Rhi couldn’t look at them. She gave him a most innocent smile.

Rhian tilted his head as he watched Ophelia. She looked guilty to him, but what could he say? He didn't know the girl at all. He turned his attention away from her, glancing to where ever she happened to be looking. "I told you once already, I have a home. It's a lovely little place with dead people all around. Perfect for an 'emo' like me right?" He shook his head, glancing back over at the red head as he took a seat on the grass next to her. "Besides, I won't want your help anyway."
He jerked his head in the direction of the museum. "Some hot guy in there you want to bang or something? I'm sure if you go and ask really nice he would let you. Probably has some nice closet somewhere and as long as your both quiet no one else would find out." He grinned. Why in the world would she be eyeing up a guard he wasn't to sure. Most didn't seem really worth it, but he wasn't a girl. Their minds work in strange ways. "You know, if your not careful with how you tip your head, your going to break them like you broke that one thing earlier."

“You live in a crypt?” Ophelia asked. She tried to think of all the cemeteries she knew but could think of none. It was actually rather creepy. “I suppose. Which cemetery?” Ophelia questioned. “Do Emo’s live in cemetery crypts? Though I suppose you won’t tell me which cemetery you live. Would be sort of funny to put flowers on your tombstone.” Ophelia laughed.
“How rude!” Ophelia replied. “I’m just taking night pictures of my favorite buildings.” It was a simple lie that she came up with on the spot that seemed to work. It was better than star gazer or bird watcher. Did New York City’s park have owls? She did not think so. “It’s impossible to get a decent photo during the daytime, despite any hour. People are so rude, always walking in my shot. And, pictures taken at night look much better anyways. And I’m not attracted to that museum guard. He’s three times my age.”

"I don't live in a crypt. I live in a cemetery. Very big difference there." Rhian shook his head and sighed. He could think of so many things to say about the matter but he didn't want to push Ophelia to joining him in a casket. She would surely die of boredom if he was to rant and rave about the differences there actually was. "And I'm pretty sure you wouldn't be able to find it. But it's called Dain's Cemetery." He shrugged his shoulders. It would be pretty amusing if she did manage to find it. However, it was all the way in Michigan. A far cry from the place he was at now, that's for sure. He glanced around the park they were in, listening to the small sounds of nature almost drowned by the sounds of the streets and the city itself.
Rhian almost busted out laughing at her reply. How rude? Coming from her? It was just plan funny no matter how you looked at it. "That's a camera huh? It doesn't much look like one to me and I've seen many strange camera's before." Rhian reached over and tapped at the strange goggle like things. Really? It was the strangest thing he had ever scene. However he brushed it off. What did he care what she was doing? As long as he didn't get dragged into it he didn't much care. "Oh? You must have been looking at him if you can guess his age." He grinned and tilted his head to the side a bit. "Have a thing for the older guys?"

“Never heard of it.” Ophelia responded as she tugged the name of it and put it away in a spot in her mind in which she would be able to remember and recall it at a later date. “Of course I don’t know too many dead people. And I don’t attend funerals either. They give me the heeby jeebies.” Ophelia said as she shook for a moment. The thought of seeing someone dead or being in a place with dead people disgusted her. Or at least crept her out. “Yeah, yeah. I know crypts are underground but I just figured a cemetery has an underground crypt. I know that in my family home we have a cemetery as a backyard and then there’s an underground entrance.” Ophelia could just cringe as she spoke about childhood memories.
“Puh-Lease!” Ophelia said as she waved her arm at the guard, making Rhi-Rhi follow her pointed finger. “Look at him!” she said. “What do you see?” She waited for a few moments. “Look, there’s a stain on his collar. I’m guessing McRib because I saw a McRib in his hand last…earlier.” She had almost said ‘last night’. “His shirt needs to be ironed. That tells me that he either has no wife or his girlfriend doesn’t care or … I suppose that he was late and needed a shirt. But my intuition tells me no wife or girlfriend. Also, there is no ring.” ‘And he makes telephone calls to dirty phone numbers that charge the museum a bill by the minute. Little does that idiot guard know that the women are middle aged and do those dirty chats while cooking dinner for their families.’
“Look at the way he walks. He isn’t confident. He keeps his head down. His right shoelace is untied.” Ophelia stared at Rhi-Rhi wondering how he couldn’t notice these obvious observations. “I mean really, you can tell everything about a person from how they dress, how they stand, what they talk about. And I don’t like older men. I hate older men.”

"That doesn't suprise me at all. Most people don't know the names of the cemertaries around them. Like you, they don't like the thought of death so much." Rhian sighed and shook his head. It didn't much bother him anymore. So many people thought the same way as she did, it was just kind of funny to be actually hearing it from someone flat out. He watched he shudder and gave a small laugh. "Yes, we have a couple crypts for the larger families. They are very pretty to look at, very good workmanship on them." He tilted his head up, remembering a couple of the entrences. They were indeed very gorgous in their stone work, like so many other things in the graveyard.
Rhian tilted his head, watching the guard that Ophi was talking about. "I see a guard." He shrugged and glanced back to her before she started to list off things. Rhian gave her an odd look before glancing back to the guard. He couldn't see any stain from this distances, but he let it go, figuring she had seen it when she was taking pictures. "Geez, harsh. He could just be lazy and his wife or girlfriend don't want to do it." He shrugged and glanced to Ophi once again. "I can't see you ever ironing a shirt for your boyfriend or husband. You just don't seem the type."
"Whatever you say Ophi, I think your spending a bit too much time looking at the guard either way. I mean, I sure can't see that stain from this distantce and it being night time. Let alone his shoes. You may hate older men but you sure are paying a lot of attention to him." Rhian shook his head. "I highly doubt you could say so much about me, and you've actually being hanging around me and talking to me."
Sorry it took me forever, I've been busy and I lost my muse some. ^^;

“How’s this then,” Ophelia sputtered as she turned to Rhi, Rhi and spoke. “You lost a family member and ever since then you’ve been obsessed with death. You probably can’t hold down a job. You see no joy in pleasure or life itself. You are always so negative and hate anyone who is positive. You wonder sometimes if you’re depressed but don’t give a damn to do anything about it. So you’re going to spend the rest of your life alone and in cemeteries where you feel like you can connect with the dead.” Ophelia was completely out of breath after she finished her short speech.
Ophelia crossed her legs. With her hand she shooed at Rhi, Rhi. “Why don’t you just go away? You’re a real jerk. You know that, right? It’s also why you’re completely friendless and alone. You know if you just shut your mouth, maybe nodded sweetly and kept it close you’d make some friends.” Ophelia put the goggles on her head into her large purse. She flipped her cell phone open and turned it on, checking if she had any messages. She of course had none since this was her work phone and she did not like to be disturbed when she was in the middle of pulling a job. She turned the phone off and put it away.
[[No worries. Why is Rhi, Rhi so hard to get along with?]]
