So. :U I don't know if any of you know about TV Tropes, but here's a little tidbit for those who don't. It's a rather addicting database of story elements in all sorts of media as well as real life. It's written with loads of sarcasm and humor, is full of links to lead you into a labyrinth of tabs and windows (it's terribly easy to get a little lost), and is totally awesome. |:

I just thought I'd post what tropes fit Lyn here! And perhaps later Anastasia, as they're my two favorite characters. :U By all means, post a few tropes that fit your characters as well!

By no means do you have to post as many as I did. . . . I just. >> Got really caught up in reading them all. XD

• Bad is Good and Good is Bad. |: Need I really say more?
  
  
• The Unfettered. Yeah. Good luck with trying to get to stop what she's doing.
  
  
• Complete Monster. Anyone who has read a thread with her can see this. Especially if they're the one in the thread. She has her moments where you're like "eh she's not so bad" but that's only because you haven't gotten far enough in the thread or it didn't last long enough. I don't think I need to go any further than this trope, but. I think I shall. :U
  
  
• Moral Event Horizon. Yeah she's not coming back.
  
  
• Attention Whore Haha. . . show you her boobs. . . she'd get naked and do the macarena.
  
  
• Licking the Blade or Blood Lust. She's already done this in a thread, actually.
  
  
• Evil Laugh Couldn't have said it better myself. . . "You can't spell 'slaughter' without 'laughter.'"
  
  
• Laughing Mad kind of iffy, but. It fits. In her past I can imagine her laughing uncontrollably before her slip past the Moral Event Horizon.
  
  
• Insane Equals Violent Well. :U I have to downplay this a lot because people. . . don't really like being attacked all the time, but yes.
  
  
• Ax Crazy Mostly the. . . you don't know what will set her off thing. THE SMILE MEANS NOTHING.
  
  
• Slasher Smile or Cheshire Cat Grin Like I said. THE SMILE MEANS NOTHING. Well. Except probably extreme bodily harm caused to you. It definitely does not mean she's happy.
  
  
• Kick the Dog "Dog-kickings can be verbal as well, when a line of dialogue is used to shock the audience with its sheer repugnance. If it's uttered in the presence of the hero in an action series, he'll echo the audience's thoughts and tell the villain 'You're Insane!'" It's happened.
  
  
• What is Evil this is right up her alley.
  
  
• Threat Backfire and Insult Backfire. It really goes along with The Unfettered quite well!
  
  
• Card Carrying Villain Ha! Omg. This fits. Lyn. So hard core it's not even funny. I think this pretty much just sums her up with a nutshell, and if you don't read any of the other tropes, you really need to read this one.
  
  
• Too Kinky to Tortue Yeah it's all in the title.
  
  
• Psychopathic Manchild if you've read her thread with Zern. . . she is incredibly childish, but she can turn around and bash your head in with an umbrella as well.
  
  
• Tranquil Fury she may not be a hero, but being calm and collected while hacking someone apart is definitely her.
  
  
• Kick them While they are Down Happily, merrily. . . . Double-tap rule, people. Double-tap rule.
  
  
• The Combat Pragmatist Fight fair? What is this? You should always bring a gun to a sword fight, sillies. Being an unfettered, she'll fight to win, not fight to be fair and give the other guy a chance.
  
  
• Revellious Spirit Stealing is against the law? She'll show you. Murder too? No skin off her back. You tell her she can't do something because it's against the law, you can bet your bottom dollar the first thing she does is run out and do it.
  
  
• Chaotic Evil Just. . . just read it. I think of a Lyn as a female Joker, so. Well done, tropes. Well done.
  
  
• Lack of Empathy. I could not have said it any better myself.She can imitate emotions, she can read them, she can seem normal. . . but we all know she doesn't give a rat's ass.
  
  
• Chaotic Stupid Yup. She has her moments.
  
  
• Chronic Backstabbing Disorder If she joins a group, you can definitely believe that eventually she will turn on everyone.
  
  
• Wildcard Though she is most definitely evil and has nothing but malicious intent toward everyone, but she'll chill with the good guys if she must.
  
  
• The Chessmaster Though this is a hard one to play out in an RP, this is very her.

I will give this a try. God there are a lot of stuff on this website. hehe. Of course, I am doing this on my only character, Geoffrey Owens.

Dark and Troubled Past Geoffrey has had it hard most of his life. He doesn't tell anyone about it.

They're Called Personal Issues For A Reason Like above, he doesn't share what he went through with others and believes he must take care of what happened on his own.

Hurting Hero He's a good guy who has gone through a lot of heartache.

Chronic Hero Syndrome Geoffrey cannot stand seeing someone in need, even if was to die.

Martyr Without A Cause He thinks he's gone through enough pain, so he can take more for others to be safe.

This is all I have right now... so many to go through... getting distracted. haha

Alright! Here are some for Anastasia! Poor girl.

• Apologizes A Lot Yeah I don't think she would survive not apologizing for something she did or didn't do. |: And yes she would apologize for apologizing too much.
  
  
• Sorry I fell on your Fist Yes. . . she has and probably always will apologize for getting hurt and being a burden on the person who had to save her. It's actually happened quite a lot.
  
  
• Actual Pacifist Yep. She hates hurting people, and it absolutely scars her when she hurts others, like in the cases where she shifts to her hyena form, which she still cannot control.
  
  
• Why did You Make me Hit You this pretty much sums up her relationship with Daktari. And well, probably anyone who will in the future cause her harm for one reason or another. That she's close to, anyway.
  
  
• Yank the Dog's Chain I do this to poor Anastasia all the time. . . . Her life sucks, we all know this. She'll finally get something, only to have it ripped violently away from her. Of course because this is an RP and I rely heavily on the reliability of my partner, this doesn't always happen on purpose. XD
  
  
• The Woobie Poor Anastasia. She never catches a break. Her terrible luck has been cause for much sadness, and of course she gets a lot of sympathy and I do want to just give her a great big hug! Eventually, maybe, depending on outcomes of further plots, I might make her Woobie, Destroyer of Worlds.
  
  
• Cute Clumsy Girl Let's face it. She's adorable. Coordinated? Not really.
  
  
• Blood Splattered Innocents. Yeah it's happened. She doesn't like it.
  
  
• Despair Event Horizon I see this happening quite soon, actually. Perhaps it will turn into that Woobie, Destroyer of Worlds. . . but she's close. Dangerously close. Too scared to kill herself though.
  
  
• The Pollyanna She tries so hard.
  
  
• Break the Cutie This needs to happen or poor Ana might not make it past the Despair Event Horizon! If something doesn't break. . . in the right direction, she'll end up just ending it for herself.
  

So I think that's good enough for now.
