This pretty little vampire has the ability to control water. She kind of has a bit of a god complex, so she might get a little annoying at times and expect things to be done for her, but that's about it. I don't really have any plans for her as of yet, so whatever works. Her name, btw, is pronounced Shitali. She's an Aztec lady who was born a vampire. . . . Uhh. . . she's. . . yeah she thinks she's a goddess.
