¨ FEATURES She has a tribal tattoo on the side of her right hand.
¨ WARDROBE She tends to dress depending upon her mood but her clothes are usually quite fashionable and almost always dark in colour like black. She likes to dress formally as night is the only time she really is able to come out. She likes to express herself with her clothes.

¨ FULL PERSONALITY She is usually quite impassive; making it difficult to determine what she is feeling through the blank mask of her face and if someone were to persist or provoke her then she would most likely respond with aggression. She believes that her very soul is warped in deadly sin and broken beyond repair making it impossible for her to change her ways. Being as old as she, she has developed some resistance to silver but in large quantities would surely damage or even kill her. She sees life as a game and though she can kill without hesitation, she does however have some morals to an extent. It would be wise not to cross her as you risk facing her wrath and it wonft be a pleasant experience, for you anyway, as shefd most certainly enjoy every second of it.
At first meeting, she can be quite cold and passive, however, you would be surprised by how charming and sophisticated her tongue is but thatfs all part of the plan, as she is a gifted manipulator and almost always only does anything if she gets something out of it. Mysterious is exactly what Valkyrie is, it is hard to determine her motifs. She is a skilled warrior and outright daring. She is not afraid to speak her mind and although mistakes are hardly avoidable, she tends to venture where she shouldn't. She is definitely more complex than one would consider, she can be vile and cruel however she does have more than one side to her.

¨ BIRTHPLACE Tallaght, Dublin County, Ireland.
¨ BIRTHDAY november eighth, thirteen, thirty four.
¨ FULL HISTORY Valkyrie was born in Tallaght, southwest of Dublin, in 1334, during the construction of Tallaght Castle. Her family was of Scandinavian origin (hence the names). After Valkyrie's birth, her mother became very weak and was confined to her bed. This saddened her father as he loved his wife very much. He was a simple farmer and was very caring, a family man. When Valkyrie grew older, she spend most of her time taking care of her.
The terrible plague, which became known as The Black Death, arrived in Ireland in 1348. Valkyrie's mother contracted the disease and died soon afterwards. Valkyrie was only 15 years old at the time. Luckily she, her older brother, Nicklaus, and her father managed to survive. They moved to Spain in hopes of avoiding the plague altogether. It was there, in Madrid, that she met a man named Ramon Garza. He was dark, handsome and very rich but he also had a dangerous side to him that lured Valkyrie in. She chose to keep him a secret as she knew that her father would never approve. They met in secret, always at night, and the more time she spent with him the more she realized that she was falling in love with him.
Ramon told her things that she had never heard of before and Valkyrie only believed them to be just stories but at times she wondered if Ramon thought differently as some of the things he described seemed so real. One night, Ramon seemed different somehow, distant, almost apprehensive and when Valkyrie asked what was wrong he refused to answer. Suddenly, Ramon turned to her with a vicious look, something she had always suspected hidden deep within the surface, and he grabbed her. Moving her long, brunette hair aside, he lunged forwards and bit into her flesh with his retracted fangs. Valkyrie's scream was muffled by Ramon's hand over her mouth and she began to feel weak and finally passed out from the blood loss.
When she awoke, it was still night and Ramon sat before her. Her first instinct was to attempt to get away but she felt too fragile to move and she had a feeling that Ramon would be able to catch her. She asked if he was going to kill her instead to which he replied no that he was giving her a gift; a gift of immortality. He stretched out a hand and offered her his wrist. When she refused, he bit into his wrist and forced her to drink the blood. At first the taste was awful but after a while she slowly succumed to it. She didn't know what happened afterwards as she abruptly awoke to find herself in her own bed. She wondered if she had dreamt the whole thing but the details seemed too real and when she lifted a hand to her neck their was a scar. It was unusual as it seemed to have healed at a shockingly accelerated rate.
Life seemed to go on as normal for a few days until Valkyrie began to feel ill. The sun seemed to leave her weak and she had this thirst that she seemed not to be able to quench. Her father ordered her to stay in bed but no doctor could figure out what was wrong with her. After a couple of days, Ramon appeared and told her everything. She didn't want to believe that she was a vampire and that she needed to feed on blood to survive. He got angry and lost his patience as did she.
However, that night her father mysteriously died. The cause of death, it seemed, had been a wound in the neck that had resulted in severe blood loss. Her returned again bringing her her brother who was now her only family and was unconscious. Ramon had already bitten him and demanded that she feed from him. The blood oozing from the wound was too much for her and she did as Ramon willed. She regretted doing so soon afterwards and Ramon mysteriously disappeared.
With no family and little money, Valkyrie travelled to France where she learned to fight and fought in many battles including one with Joan of Arc. Her skills were useful there and her vampirism also came in handy as she then had faster reflexes but she always kept it a secret and knew that she would have to move around a lot to avoid questions as she never aged.
When Valkyrie moved to London, England, a couple of decades later, she met Ramon again, by that time he had changed his name to William Knight. He declared his undying love for her there but Valkyrie declined him, seeing him as the monster that took her family from her. Instead she travelled the world without her sire. Appearing in the English court, she soon became one of the many mistresses of King Henry VIII until she grew tired of him. Though at first she did enjoy the beheading, it did become quite boring after a while and she thought him silly so she moved on. Though she had many lovers, she never actually loved, she just used anything and anyone to her own advantage.
With a new perspective, living in Venice, Italy, Valkyrie sought out to make her fortune. She often gave out false names to avoid the authority but the thrill she got out of conning people prevented her from stopping. She easily manipulated people into getting exactly what she wanted. She never knew of Ramon's whereabouts even today.

Wandering the streets of Sunnydale at night was perhaps not the best idea as the creatures that lurked in the darkness were something to fear indeed. It was fortunate then that Echo was one of them, at least in some ways as her loyalties rested elsewhere. Some might think it a breeze having a soul but in truth it wasnft easy, there was always the danger of doing something regrettable once the bloodlust started to kick in. Echo hadnft fed in a while and that made her more of a risk to those fragile humans. It wasnft carelessness exactly that had brought about this but she intended to get herself a clear plastic, bag full of animal blood. It wasnft particularly appetising but it beats having the real stuff. Echo didnft trust herself with even just a drop of human blood as the craving would take over her and she just might lose control. It was a risk she wouldnft take, not with all those lifes at stake.
Time seemed to pass by rather slowly which irritated Echo and still she had not come across anything that she could kill. She was a vampire who hunted vampires. Strange and in some ways unnatural but if you knew the reason then you might understand. Echo didnft like to broadcast her soul-having and it was so rare in fact that many didnft draw the conclusion, that or their intelligence was in question. She wasnft in a particularly happy mood this evening and it was as if this radiated from her like the sun and those who sensed it ran for cover. That thought irritated Echo further as then she wouldnft be able to find anything to amuse herself with.
She hadnft paid much attention to where she was going and she let her feet decide her destination as she scanned the area for any signs of vampire activity. Her heels clicked noisily as she strolled, in such a graceful and elegant manner that it hinted at her supernatural being, down the sidewalk. Echo had chosen to wear a grey, face print dress that showed off her slim figure and it ended a few inches above the knee, a tangle of silver necklaces draped down her neck and rested on the exposed skin. If you knew Echo well enough then you would smile at the familiarity of the leather jacket she wore, she very rarely took it off, and it was her favourite piece of clothing that she owned. She had a couple of stakes stuffed safely away in the pockets as it wouldnft do if she were unarmed, not that she couldnft hold her own against another vampire but that she would have no means of disposing of it.
Her long, brunette hair cascaded around her shoulders in natural waves and she lifted a hand up to pull it all over her right shoulder. There was no real need for make-up as her skin was slightly pale and flawless; however she had put on some dark eye shadow and black eyeliner to accent her dark, brown eyes with just a touch of lip gloss. Despite the lack of make-up her appearance was overall glamorous, it was unfair to compare her to humans as none could muster up to the superiority of her vampirism but even before she had been considered a very beautiful woman. Echo was not modest about this but even so she couldnft care less, she lived for the fight.
After a few more minutes of walking, the sound of distant music playing drifted into her ears. Echo only hesitated for what seemed like a split second for a human before she let out a sigh and headed in the direction of the sound. She found herself at The Bronze, only ever having visited the outside of the club; she made up her mind to venture inside. She made it past the burly bouncer with ease as she flashed him a flirtatious smile and he gladly opened the door for her.
As soon as she had set foot within the club she knew instantly it had been a mistake. The scene wasnft quite her style, even though she blended in without difficulty, it wasnft that what worried her. It was the numerous gathered humans within that caused her to cringe. She could smell the blood that pulsated through their veins and it was such an inviting, delicious scent that it was almost impossible for her to resist. It seemed all too much as their beating hearts sounded loudly in her ears and she hurried over to the bar, pushing past the masses of bodies carelessly as she went. gVodka!h She barked, her hands slamming down onto the counter top as she addressed the bartender. He looked shocked at her boldness but he seemed too frightened to argue and handed her the drink hastily. Echo downed the glass as if it were water rather than alcohol. The slight warmth of the liquid was pleasant as it ran down her throat and it was as if her own heart was beating again, even the volume of the music could not diminish its delightful sound. She was grateful for it as the vodka began to take effect and lessen her craving for blood. She took no notice of those around her and only made eye contact with the bartender who quickly began to refill her glass possibly afraid of another outburst.
