She had noticed the change in tempreture but didn't wake up from it instead Era pressed more into Hiro comfortably; her face was slack of too much emotion in her sleep though every now and then a smile managed to creep it's way onto her face and make her look sweeter then she already did. Era adjusted herself slightly against Hiro before she slowly opened her eyes again; she wasn't really awake like before when she had opened her eyes slightly. Looking up at Hiro she adjusted her head slightly and looked at the lights of the city that she could see, "Pretty" she murmured to him in a very sleepy manner. |

"Not as pretty as you, bbydoll..." Hiro whispered kindly when Era awoke a little. He rested his arms around her in a loving fashion, the worried frown instantly forced off his face and his eyes dried.
Hiro said nothing more and let Era rest, running a hand through her soft hair gently. There were a few wavy tangles, but he made sure to fix them and just adored her hair. It was very beautiful, no matter what colour the girl kept it.
It wasn't long before his own depressing thoughts began to cloud over the constant noise of Era's mind. It seemed that was the only way he could ever drown it out. Though the alternative wasn't very much pleasing in the least. Hiro wondered, could a vampire even father a child? It didn't seem likely to him. His previous lover had done things to him quite often and never once had she became pregnant. And they were even both of the same species, though she had human left in her really. The more he considered it all, the worse it made him feel. Would Era be more disappointed in him then? She had seemed so pleased when they thought she may have a child. Hiro knew Era would be a great mother, but would the girl consider staying with someone who would only seemed to bring her pain, fear, and now a childless life?

Era kept her eyes open as she smiled softly as Hiro spoke to her, "You know...sometimes I think you give me too much credit" she said softly with a small yawn. She didn't want to move from where she and Hiro were currently lying it was different being outside with him at night, still with Hiro she felt safe and warm in his arms.
Staying nestled in his embrace Era moved her head slightly, with a smile she pressed her lips gently to his with a small laugh before resting her head back on his chest. Listening to the beating of his heart she closed her eyes again "Will you sing to me Hiro?" she asked softly as she opened her eyes slightly and looked up at him for a moment before the slid closed again. Moving a little Era's small frame was pressed lovingly against his side and her legs were tangled with his gently.

"I think... you've thought wrong, dear." Hiro smiled. "Look at you, you're so very beautiful." Kissing her back lovingly, the bright expression in his eyes never let up again. Looking out the window, Hiro noted towards her reflection. "You see? Gorgeous as ever... cute as a button..." However, it was strange. It looked as though Era was laying in the chair herself, cuddled with nobody. "Words can be precious, and quite helpful dear." A soft sigh escaped his lips. "Especially if its all you really have..." Of course, being vampire, Hiro had never seen himself before. He held no reflection wherever normal people did, he wouldn't even show up in photographs if they were to ever be taken of him. The poor boy only knew what he wore, and what he felt he looked best in, and what people told him. Luckily for him, he was born beautiful and remained perfect looking always.
Hiro laughed a little. "You needn't worry though, I always tell you the very truth. And you're quite the adorable lass, I will admit."
Thinking softly to himself with a nod, the vampire mulled over some various lyrics in his mind and picked on. He took a soft breath and began to sing in the most vivid, amazing, and perfectly toned voice ever.
How you've kept your mouth closed, with that beautiful smile.
Your eyes plead to glimmer, in what little light I held so dear to us.
But I'm no longer there to wipe them away.
My will is your torn handkerchief, blown away in a breeze.

Stopping himself he took a deep breath and smiled, growing rather self conscious. "I never did feel up to finishing that song for you. I suppose somewhere I've always wanted you to be okay and to see you once more, even if back then... I really did believe you were gone forever."

Smiling softly as Hiro sung she loved the sound of his voice, opening her eyes slowly Era looked at her reflection for a moment before looking up at Hiro when he finnished singing. "It sounds wonderful none the less...even if you never did finnish it" she said softly with a small laugh, smiling softly Era continued to look at him "I hope you do get the chance to finnish it".
Moving her hair away from her face Era placed her head back on his chest "I love it whe you sing, you sound so wonderful" she whispered loud eough for him to hear, nibbling on her bottom lip gently she looked up at him again with a smile "Ah, but you did get to see me again" Era said grinning softly.

Hiro smiled. "There isn't any need to finish such a song, bbydoll. I'll right you another I promise. It'll be heaps pleasant." He ran a hand through her hair, only to then rub behind her ear. "I can't tell you quite how glad I am to see you again." His voice grew quiet. "I only wish... I could see myself with you, even just once."
It truly was something that had begun to bother him. No matter how much he'd want to, whenever they were out and together, it felt as if it wouldn't last. No photos, no reflections in a cafe shoppe window, nothing. Truthfully, Hiro still felt as though his beautiful Era was all alone and it hurt him so. They couldn't be like any other couple, happily snapping photos to keep around their home. All they had was their memories, and the hope that their love would keep them together. Because without it, there really seemed to be nothing.
{"Mother... why did we have to be this way...?"} Hiro whispered in french, to nobody in particular.

With a smile she laied her head back on Hiro's chest gently and closed her eyes listening to Hiro "You don't need to write another song" Era said softly as she kept her legs tangled with his, she was happy listening to the sounds of the city around them as she slowly started to fall asleep once again in his arms. "You don't need to see something to know it's there..." she started as she opened her eyes, propping herself up a little she placed a hand gently on Hiro's cheek before she kissed him. "Like I don't need to see your reflection beside mine to know that you are perfect...besides there is a saying the person that you love is your mirror" Era said softly as she kissed him again.
Listening to Hiro speak softly in french made her smile, resting back down beside him Era placed her head on his shoulder gently. Something about them just laying there felt right, nuzzling his neck gently she closed her eyes as she started to softly hum a tune to a song that didn't have words.

"I suppose you're right..." Hiro whispered in a happier voice, the pleasant glimmer once again in his eyes. It still made him think about, but all in all he was very much in love with Era and wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.
As the lady began to hum softly, Hiro kissed her on the cheek, making his way down to her neck where he found himself nibbling gently. Even through his strong love for her, the vampire in him was showing. A soft sigh escaped him.
"I rather like that tune..." He mentioned quietly, listening to Era's light hum in comfort. As Hiro put his arms around her, he brushed up against her breast which made him smile nervously, but he quickly calmed the lustful vampire in him. It had been a little while since he had done anything with her, but Hiro himself was alright with that. In fact, after finding out she may be carrying his child, he never once thought of making love to her again, and didn't feel entirely comfortable about the idea anymore. Hiro still thought of himself as a horrible person for impregnating her, but even more worthless if it hadn't gone through because of what he was.

Era blushed lightly when Hiro brushed up against her breast, she couldn't help it and she couldn't keep the blush off of her face. Gently nuzzling his neck with a smile Era moved and little and pressed her lips to his "It's just a simple tune" she said with a soft laugh as she gently rested against Hiro's chest her arms crossed on his chest and her chin rested on her arms.
"How am I so lucky to have you around to care for me?" Era said with a smile and a soft laugh, uncrossing her arms she placed her head back down on his shoulder gently and kissed his neck again; she wished she could know what Hiro was thinking from time to time but then other times she didn't want to know because it would be rude. Or really she saw it as being rude, "Do you want to know something childish I use to always think when I saw you and knew it was you?" she asked giving a small child like giggle as she recalled one of the many things she used to think about Hiro everytime she spotted him in the streets.

Hiro did his best to not pay attention to the constant feed of her thoughts that became clear to him. He felt more and more rude with it. "Of course dear... gosh, you're too adorable, u know that?" He laughed a little and held her close to him, pretending her couldn't hear them and didnt know what she was about to tell him. Still, to hear it from her always made him feel awfully better about everything. He hated to think he was constantly, involuntarily even, invading her privacy. Suppose she was thinking of things he wasn't meant to know of? It would be clear as day to him and Hiro would have to do his very best to pretend he hadn't known of it. The constant struggle with it was always tearing him apart. Of all the people, the one he loved most he was beginning to know every little thing about, down to what she was thinking of him, or of anything really. It was becoming quite stressful.
Again, the vampire went to hold her to him closer and ended up touching her breasts. They were always so cute to him, but he hadn't meant to make anything sexual of their being together. Yet, he found himself kissing her neck. When Hiro himself noticed, he awkwardly stopped. It was like the vampire in him was making the gentleman out to be a different person, and he was hating it already.
"I apologize..." he whispered lightly, his hands moving to her tummy. She felt so warm, it was pleasant.

"Well...I would always wish that you could shrink down and fit in the palm of my hand so I could keep you in my purse" Era said blushing more as she giggled softly, "I had a very strange imagination back then" she added smiling and shook her head a little. She had also thought strange things when she had seen Hiro outside her window and they were very good distractions from sewing or being bored by her nanny.
Nibbling on her bottom lip gently Era stopped herself from letting out a moan as Hiro touched her breasts and kissed her neck, when he pulled away she looked at him with a small smile and placed a hand gently on his cheek "There is nothing to apologize for Hiro" she said gently trying to reasure him that he hadn't done anything wrong. She felt no need to scold him or get angry with him at all, though she knew it wasn't all his doing. Pressing her lips to his once again gently she nibbled lightly on his bottom lip "I'm not mad with you" Era giggled pulling away slightly.

Smiling as Hiro told him her little story, he was glad she clarified it because her thoughts on the matter hadn't made much sense to him at all. "Aww, you're wonderful." He giggled a little to himself as well. "Well now I wish I rather was able to be carried in your purse. I suppose you'll have to suffice with me simply being here for you always. Will that be alright, bbydoll?" As usual, Hiro was as polite and docile to his lady as ever, nothing near as brutal and inhumane as his vampire counterpart.
But as she mentioned to him that he had done nothing wrong, reassuring the boy that she wasn't ever upset with him, Hiro glanced away. He felt incredibly indecent in recent times. He knew he was probably losing control over himself from the monster of a vampire that he constantly tried to suppress. Hiro often wondered why he couldn't be like every other creature of his kind and deal with it, only feeding when he had to and not being merciless and despicable. It was so far from what he wished to be that it scared him to think his body would do things and he wouldn't be able to control it. Memories of the look on Era's precious face, as the cuteness faded into such fear and disbelief, it plagued him still. Hiro constantly wished she hadn't had to see him like that, and wondered how she could stay so close to him now.

"You are perfectly fine the way you are" Era said with a soft smile, watching as Hiro glanced away from her she sighed softly before she played with a little bit of his hair. Era was glad that her wolf had been quite for as long as it had, since she had been around Hiro her wolf had been itching to come out whenever it got the chance. Sighing softly Era gently pressed her lips to Hiro's neck and gently rubbed his chest "Are you upset?" she asked softly.
Nibbling on her bottom lip she didn't know what she was going to say if he was, she was going to presume that he was upset with her and what she had made him do. Sighing softly Era looked around slightly the lights just seemed to sparkle off of the buildings around them, taking a deep breath Era crinkled her nose slightly when she got a wiff of something that didn't smell to pleasent; looking back at Hiro she tipped her head to the side slightly trying to make herself seem sweet and innocent to him.

Hiro took a quick glance at Era and smiled, unable to ignore her cute visage anymore. "No, its nothing like that. I'm alright, Era." He ran a gentle hand through her lucious locks of beautiful hair. "You're just too darned cute." Hiro stuck his tongue out her a little, playfully of course. Otherwise, he was far too much of a gentleman for any of that. Even though, there was still a little hint of something bothering him in his eyes. Era would probably notice it. But afterall, like usual, Hiro never wanted to bother her with any of this nonsense.
Shrugging a little, Hiro looked out at the city before them. He too caught a slight hint of something unpleasant. "I suppose Im just heaps tired is all," he commented, though they both knew it was something more than that. But before she could tell him to sleep, he added. "And If I shut my eyes, then who'll keep my princess safe?" It was a funny thing to be worked up about, as Era could clearly take care of herself, she was a big girl afterall, but still. "And... I don't want... to see such horrible things anymore... Im afraid...." Hiro whispered under his breath, just a thought that escaped his lips.

Era smiled and gave a soft giggle when Hiro said she was too cute, as he ran a hand through her hair Era continued to smile softly. Making a small nod of her head her smile faltered slightly as she continued to listen to him, as Hiro spoke it made her a little sad that he couldn't rest because of the nightmares.
Placing a hand gently on his cheek as she looked at him Era kissed Hiro's cheek gently "Your princess can keep herself safe" she said softly with a smile "There's no need to be afraid Hiro, I will always be here when you wake up. I wont go anywhere I will always be here for you" she said gently her eyes locked on his. She hated seeing Hiro so sad, gently taking her hand from his cheek she placed her hand on his chest just listening to him breathing and waiting for him to say anything that was on his mind.
